Delivery sucks
Delivery sucks. They say 2-4 days but it's been 10 days and still no juice. They charge way too much for this crap. Wish I checked out other sites before buying. Don't waste your money here, find somewhere else to buy from.

I ordered from E-Juice Vapor 3 weeks ago and they said my package got lost. They added a $17 insurance charge that I had to pay. I tried calling them but no one answered and their voicemail was full. I also tried emailing them but it bounced back saying the email wasn't active. I lost over $120 and I don't think you should buy from them. Look for another seller.

What kind of biz sells broken stuff and won't fix it when you tell them right away? This place is a rip-off. I got two new vape pens today and they were both empty (no vape, blinking lights). I hit up the company right away and they said too bad. They don't back their stuff. No money back or new stuff. My tip? Go somewhere else. These guys don't care if you're happy or not.

I bought 3 disposable thingies from E-Juice Vapor in December . When I got them, 2 of them didn't work. I messaged them 2 days later, but they didn't get back to me for almost a month. They told me they don't give refunds or exchanges for stuff they sell! That's a bad way to do business. They just take your money and don't care about what they sell. Lots of people say the same thing about them on every review site. They're the worst and I won't buy from them again. I didn't even want my money back, I just wanted new thingies.

I bought Helix bars from E-Juice Vapor like 3 or 4 times already. The 1st time I got my stuff, 2 of the devices were messed up, but they fixed it fast. But then my last order had 2 messed up things (out of 6). And now they're saying they won't fix it or give me my money back for those 2 things. So just be careful if you buy from them.

Multiple emails and phone calls to their full mailboxed phone number. No reply. Nothing, nada. I have no idea where my package is, or if it's even been sent. I got 5 vapor sticks from this company for 5.99 each. Two of them don't work at all. I emailed them and they said no refunds. I called them and they said I need to choose better. What? Also, these are nicotine things and I bought online with no check and got them in the mail like a letter. No 21 or older signatures is normal with these buys. I just want my 11.98 back.

I followed their instructions for returning the wrong thing and they said if I didn't pay for tracking, they wouldn't be responsible if it got lost. They try to scare you into paying more for their mistakes. I paid for shipping twice for something they still have and will sell again. I lost $50 and they won't give it back. They're stealing from people.

I asked for new pods on 5/8 and they sent me a label to send the pods back. But when I got my new pods on 5/15, only 4 of the 10 packs were right. I emailed them right away asking for a label to send back the wrong pods and a refund for the 6 packs that were wrong. They asked for a picture of the pods and the packing slip. The slip was only partly right, but I sent them a picture of my original order from their site. Now they're not answering my emails and I just want to send back the unused pods and get my $50.00 back.

I sent them right away and then on 8/20 they said they'd send me a new one and give me a tracking number when it was ready. But then on 9/22 I realized I hadn't heard anything so I emailed them again to ask what was up. Then on 9/23 I got a message saying the email didn't work. I tried to call them yesterday 9/24 but their voicemail was full. I just want my stuff replaced or maybe even a refund since it's been over a month and now they're gone. Their website still works though so I don't know what's going on.
