Sink fell out of granite countertops...water and all!
Today, the kitchen sink fell into the cabinet below (water, dishes, and all) due to their very poor installation of granite countertops and a new sink in 2021. They used ZERO Clips and obviously an inadequate amount of adhesive, too. I called to request repair due to poor installation but was told their warranty for faulty installation is good for only one year. I've lived in this house for over 20 years with the same granite and sink until 2021 with no problems. But get new countertops and a sink through East Coast Granite and the sink falls within 2.5 years.
Recommendation: SAVE YOURSELF $$$$ DAMAGES and time and go elsewhere.

Debra T is an excellent designer. She does beautiful work. I highly recommend working w her & East Coast Granite.
This business is a set of franchise style offices. My builder had a contact at the furthest location. My first appointment was a bust because I thought a closer store could help me make selections. Even with an appointment I got no help on *** Highway and was forced to drive to Simpsonville, the furthest location. I selected the granite, backsplash tile and cabinets in January. It took 3 trips to define the cabinet footprint but they forgot a spacer by the door to allow for a doorknob. It's now October and I still have a kitchen drawer that I cannot open. They never follow up as promised. The tile took until August to get and came the wrong color. They made no attempt to resolve the situation with the Project Manager or me. They also never communicate to anyone, it's up to you to press for service. I would never use them again.
Horrible Installation job! Also, the process was messed up from very early on! We were supposed to be able to pick out our slab - well, we didn't get to. Then during the installation, they cut one opening for a sink TOO large that the sink almost falls through, and the shower threshold was installed leaning out, so water leaks outside onto the floor!
I would absolutely not recommend this business to anyone! After we picked out the granite we wanted for our countertop, it took them forever to get back with us. Man at the counter was rude and said they were regional and very busy. They finally came out and measured the countertop and gave us an estimate. You have to pay most upfront, before the project is done! About a month went by and supposedly the countertop was ready to install and when the guys got there, it wasn't even cut! They cut it in the house and dust and particles were everywhere. They didn't wear a uniform or even a shirt with their company name. They chipped the granite countertop and tried to cover it up with a permanent marker and broke the backsplash in half! Very unprofessional and messy! Now, after waiting for so long! They have to come back and replace the backsplash! It looks bad! I had to clean the drawers out and clean all of them and spent another 2 hours cleaning up the kitchen! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! We were told the granite would be cut at the store, and ready to install! Very poor workmanship!
Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. Not a single thing stated by every representative of this company that myself and my business partner spoke to was honest or truthful for our experience. I will not do business with this company again, nor will I ever recommend them.

Terrible followup! 2 months after getting a new granite island top the granite started peeling like a sunburn. After 3 calls they finally sent some guy out to my house that explained it was normal for the granite to do that and that it just needed some fill-in ( which I knew wasn't true). He make a terrible mess of my granite and left a permanent sticky spot that will not go away. My husband and I both called Jay (the owner of the Asheville store we purchased from) and he still to this he day will not return our calls. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Just pay a little more and get what you pay for!

Nothing but issues! The only plus was that the sales team (Scott) was so helpful and knowledgeable, but that's it. The installation comes and they break my garage door and cut my plumbing vent incorrectly when installing the sink. Afterwards, the manager argued with me saying their people did nothing wrong and the installer calls me to argue with me as well. Then only after I gave them a bad review she called and said she would have someone come back and cut it straight so that I can properly replace the vent they cut without my knowledge. Then the gentleman came out and refused to do the job that Irena promised he would do. Would NEVER use this company again or recommend to anyone ! Completely, disgusted by lack of professionalism that this company has and their rudeness towards their clients. I went with them originally because they were NOT a big box company - now I wish I had went to a big box company. At least I would have had the professionalism that every customer deserves. This experience was completely awful.
Bought tile from them and explained I needed 30 sq ft total. Deborah sold me 30 sq ft of the cappuccino mosaic and I only needed a 10 sq ft box. She sold me 10 sq ft (3 boxes) I didn't need and would not take any back. Didn't even offer a restocking fee. She didn't take time to understand the application just wanted the sale. In all she sold me twice the tile I needed. She made zero effort on the technical side when I asked if she could calculate my needs. She indicated the Essenze crackle was in stock and had to order the mosaic. When I tried to return she lied and claimed she had to order both and it was a special order. I know you buy in bulk to save on shipping cost and time on what she also claimed is their most popular tile for splash guard. I don't trust them personally and based on other reviews here there are many dissatisfied customers. There are more competent, qualified, professional suppliers available in the area.

After the completion of the island countertop, there was a large gap between the dishwasher and countertop
After the completion of the island countertop, there was a large gap between the dishwasher and countertop. The dishwasher brackets are protruding from this space. This is an eyesore and dangerous. We have contacted the sales manager 4 times since the original phone call with him on 2/26. He told my husband that it sounded like they were at fault and they would make things right. My husband left him 4 messages and he has not returned the phone calls.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
