I'm very happy with the quality of the windows I purchased from East Coast
I'm very happy with the quality of the windows I purchased from East Coast. They keep drafts and noise out! All the people I interacted with at the company were customer-focused and professional. They explained my options, kept me updated about order status and then met their commitments, finishing the job on time. They really made the process easy.

Everything from the moment I contacted them, to the install, and to the final call after installation was spot on. Everyone was knowledgeable, felt no pressure from the Salesman, or Project Manager. The roof install was quick to schedule, and the install itself went smooth and fast. Everything was cleaned up, and follow up calls insured we were happy! I have already been recommending them, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job well done!

My experience with East Coast started with a water leak from Hurricane Florence. They responded to my phone call immediately & their salesman, John Smith, came the same day. To solve the problem, new siding needed to be installed to run horizontally, not diagonally, along with waterproof wrapping. It took 1 day for the install. They kept me updated from the time I signed the contract until the scheduled work day. Everyone from the office to the project manager to the work crew was very courteous & professional. I would definitely recommend East Coast Roofing, Siding & Windows & will definitely use them again.

They are very good at getting the sale, but when it comes to getting the job done, slow and sloppy, very frustrated and dissatisfied, I feel like they ripped me off for the work they performed. I should have known better using a contractor that has ads on TV commercials.
Called them up this morning, wanted a quote gave them; Name address phone number email address This [censored] asked if i have 30 minutes to discuss, I said i have 20 minutes. He asked me how i found out about East Coast. I said on TV. He asked what TV channel was i on? I said really is this necessary? He said yes he cannot continue without this information. Really? I like a lot of people do not have time for the stupidity. I won't use them now cause of that!
As a single woman, owning and taking care of my home can be stressful at times. Hiring East Coast Roofing and Siding for this project was the best decision that I have made as a homeowner. From start to finish, my experience with the company was professional, accommodating and efficient. After choosing an affordable financing option, I chose a siding color called Wedgewood Blue topped with new white modern shutters, and a new garage. My house looks like a brand new home! My neighbors have gone out of their way to let me know how beautiful my newly sided home looks. I highly recommend East Coast Roofing and Siding!

I had a very good experience with East Coast Roofing, Siding & Windows. From my first meeting, to the completion of my vinyl siding job (which was completed about 1 month earlier than originally expected), Nate, the project manager, kept me abreast of all phases, their team managed the workers, and helped me through an issue that came up. All-in-all great experience and I would highly recommend this company!

We have hired East Coast Roofing, Siding & Windows for a number of different jobs. Roof, gutters, garage doors to name a few. We have never had a bad experience with the quality of their crews and workmanship. Afterwards they clean up everything and the project manager does a walk around to make sure it's all good. Would and have recommended them for many years. They do show up unlike the Cape Maybes we have in our area. Thank you East Coast.
