We are completely happy with our experience with United Contracting Group. Riley and his team went above and beyond our expectations. They were professional, prompt, thorough and kept things as clean as possible. Our new roof is perfect! We highly recommend them.

The service that was provided to us by Jason Langham was exemplary! Once he was notified about our roof issues he took over and handled it completely! It gave us complete piece of mind. Our roof replacement was completed in one day and looks fabulous! We recommend not only Jason but the whole company!

I got to be honest I was a little skeptical at first. But Riley and Jarod answered all my questions. United Contracting Group works as a team! My old roof was removed and replaced all in one day! My new roof is awesome! We couldn't be any happier. I would highly recommend United Contracting Group to anyone who needs a new roof. Great Job guys!

I had my roof replaced by United Contracting Group and I have to say that this a great experience. They did good work, on time, and didn't leave a mess! Riley was great at communication and keeping me informed about status. If you've ever had contractors at your house, you know that this is not always the case. Super satisfied and highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Was skeptical at first but Judson walked me through the steps to file a claim, met with the insurance rep when evaluating my roof for damage and was able to file a claim due to the storm and wind damage this past season. All I paid was the deductible and a new roof was put on my house. I did not have the correct vents, an old antenna was on the roof and I was able to get it removed, all new vents with new boards replaced. I highly recommend this company to inspect their roof. The entire process took less than a month from start to finish!

Being a first time homeowner, I was unsure how to go about starting the process of replacing my roof. As well, I was worried as to how much I was going to have to spend on a quality investment. After speaking with Riley during our initial meeting, I was somewhat skeptical as to how affordable and efficient the process was going to be. Riley and his team were prompt, considerate of my family's time, professional, and produced a high quality product. I could not be more happy not only with the new roof, but the entire experience. I highly recommend United Contracting Group, and will continue to use them in the future.

When several neighbors were getting new roofs I actually thought it was some kind of scam and I asked about it and found out there was a wind storm that had done damage. I knew I had damage because I had a water stain on my living room ceiling but no money for a new roof so I hadn't taken care of it. Didn't even think about insurance. I had Judson from United come and do an inspection and he verified there was wind damage. He was very helpful in dealing with all the insurance part. I now have a new roof and all but the deductible paid for by insurance. All of the workers were very professional and they got the work done in a very timely manner. Thank you United. I love my new roof!

When a microburst pulled our roof off, I had a number of companies come out for estimates. There were some special issues with our roof: we have a brand new air conditioner and solar panels on the roof. Riley from United Contracting Group took care of everything. He worked with my insurance adjustor to make sure everything was covered and coordinated the removal and reinstall of our air conditioner and solar panels. His crew was on time and worked like crazy in the AZ heat to complete our roof. They cleaned up everything after the fact-we couldn't even find a nail left behind. Riley suggested we go with a black roof with the new cool roof technology and it is stunning! Our home is 40+ years old with shingles and it looks amazing. With such a large investment I trusted Riley and feel they did a great job with our project.

This company was referred to me from my neighbor and I was a bit bit hesitant and skeptical in the beginning. After watching them work with my neighbor and seeing his roof installed so quickly. I had Judson L inspect my roof where he found some wind and hail damage. He helped coordinate the insurance inspection. Once the insurance inspector came out and concurred with his Judson's assessment I was approved for a new roof. This company was excellent to work with as they helped guide me through the insurance process and offered quality materials. Unlike watching other roofing companies installing roof over multiple days this crew finished the job in one day. The crew was extremely careful on containing debris from the work. They took extra care to not leave one nail or staple anywhere. I would definitely recommend this company. Top notch, easy to work with staff and great construction crew.

I have had the very best experience with this company. Judson L, their rep stopped by while working in our neighborhood on some roof replacements. He was matching shingles and noticed we had substantial wind damage. I was initially skeptical but knew my roof was shot so he contacted our insurance agency with us and guided our experience, which included an initial inspection, meeting with the adjuster, marking the specific areas of concern and helping us negotiate a full replacement. We paid the deductible and an upgrade we wanted. Judson met every deadline, stayed in complete accessible contact, helped us choose beautiful shingles, worked well with our insurance company and made the process a wonderful and worry free experience. The workmanship was fabulous and we couldn't be more pleased. We will be using this company and insist on having Judson as our rep. His word is gold. Thank you for helping us getting a beautiful new roof.

Riley stopped by one day and invited me to take a look at my roof. Wind and hail damage was readily apparent. Riley walked me through the process of filing an insurance claim and the process was begun. Within a very short period of time, the insurance adjuster, along with Judson, inspected the roof and created an estimate. Riley, Judson and I agreed to a budget and schedule and shingles were delivered shortly thereafter. The removal and installation crew arrived, covered all important spaces, including our pool and containers with tomato plants, and started the removal process. The shingle removal and installation was completed very quickly. The cleanup was extraordinary (I have not found even one staple after they left). Bottom line, the whole process was quick and easy. These guys are good! Riley and Judson were a pleasure to work with and I could not ask for a better installation and removal crew. I highly recommend United Contracting Group for any roofing needs.

I made a transaction with United Contracting Group LLC on 8/2 for a deposit to fix up our roof and deck from hail damage. I paid them money for the job, and they committed to doing repairs for nail protrusions, bent and damaged drip edge, flashing issues, downspout and gutter replacement, deck repair, and to provide a labor and material detail for the work completed. However, there are some unresolved issues. United fixed some of the issues, but they stopped communicating with me since October 1. I have repeatedly asked for the labor and material detail, but it has not been provided yet. I am disappointed with their lack of communication and follow through. Order number is ***.

They came to our house one day and said they were from the United Contracting Group and that they were repairing roofs in the area because of a storm. They offered to take some drone photos of our roof, which I thought was pretty cool, so I said sure. An agent named *** showed me that some of our tiles were missing and said they could replace the whole roof using insurance money and only charging us a deductible. I was worried about our insurance rates going up, but *** told me that wouldn't happen since it was an Act of God. We filed a claim, but it ended up being within our deductible, so we filed an appeal. Unfortunately, the appeal was denied and our insurance company decided not to renew our policy. We had to find a new policy at a way higher cost and now our auto insurance rates are going up too since we can't bundle them anymore. *** said he'd send me some documents to help, but instead he sent a contract for a third-party appraiser. I sent him an email with a bunch of questions, but he didn't respond. When I tried to print out our contract, I found out that United cancelled it on August 3rd after my email and now I can't even see it anymore. I still have all of our emails though, which I tried to share with them. Honestly, United's practices were pretty shady and we trusted them and suffered financial losses because of it. Our roof is still damaged too. Just wanted to share our experience so you're aware.

March 10, 2022 United Contracting Group Review On July 11th, a big storm hit our area and our house was severely damaged. The next day, a representative from United Contracting Group assessed the damage, noting the Roof, Garage Doors, Rain Gutters, Screens, Deck Rails, and Solar Tubes needed replacement. We agreed to their services. Eight months later, the work remains incomplete. They've neglected to pay the bills, leaving us with expenses from all vendors involved. Attempts to contact the company and its management often go unanswered. Despite receiving $42,032.00 from our insurance, the company has failed to pay the vendors, and we're unable to cancel the orders. We're left managing the situation, with no assistance from A1 or the garage door service. The lack of accountability is astonishing.
