Eastman Meyler review: Firearms restoration

I scheduled my phone consultation and was told my situation was a "slam dunk" case. I made my initial payment that day and started paying off the balance per our agreement. This was 2018. I was paid in full in January 2020. After I was paid in full, i started getting the run around. "We're waiting to see how _____________ case goes because it may help your case a lot. " ok, they bought a couple more months. After several months I sent an email. Responded they needed me to get my criminal background report from the State Police. Ok, done. Sent over all documents and required information. Several months go by. I send email asking for case update. Finally after going back and forth I am told my old case manager has moved to other endeavors and I should schedule a phone call to see how to proceed. I schedule a phone call for May of 2023 and was told they were going to refile my case and start from scratch and it will likely be filed by the end of that week but if not, the beginning of the next week and I will be kept in the loop more. A month goes by I haven't heard anything so I send an email asking for an update. No response. I try logging in to my account, website doesn't work. I tried calling, no one available so I left a message. I tried emailing, no response. I try desperate measures and scheduled an initial consultation like I'm a new client wanting more info and schedule a phone call. They never call. Stole almost $3000 from me, as well as paying to get my background report from the state police. I resolved the issue myself and was issued a FOID card in September. Money back guarantee is garbage. This is not a law firm, it is a scam organization that did nothing for me over the last 3-4 years. Unbelievably frustrated.
