This firm is WELL AWARE of my attempts to communicate to them. I pulled MY OWN FBI report and I know the court system in my area and how to get things done, filing my own petitions many times over many years.
Therefore, I also know with the nature of my case which was started with this firm in October, 2022, there is ZERO reason and ZERO chance that under any circumstance other than COVID (which we are long past where that could be the cause), that it would take this long to process expungement of 1 conviction in my area. This firm is also aware of how many times I have attempted to contact them through multiple mediums.
So, it is very, very clear to me what you are doing. I have already filed a dispute that my credit card company so you now have a maximum of 30 days to get me a court date and in contact with the specific attorney in my local area handling my case for you, which is a reasonable request that any other law firm would have provided to me many, many months ago.
I see how you are "resolving" complaints on this site so I do not expect resolution here, if if you post and claim that this is resolved.
However, let me tell you what WILL happen from here:
IF you do not provide me with a court date and attorney contact information within the 30-day dispute window, where you then can go back to the credit card company and claim resolution/services rendered and/or if you do not respond to my satisfaction OR if you set a court date and the attorney is a no show or the court date is moved and continues to move in a questionable fashion, I will proceed to file a small claim in Austin along using MY money to partner with one of several great class-action firms, some of the Partners in these firms are my friends or I have had professional dealings with in the past.
The time where this firm can use the funds that are given to them to pay their bills, their salaries, and run their business- rather than FIRST applying funds received DIRECTLY to the relevant costs and expenses of services contracted for- are coming to an end!
Like my subject title states, I won't stop until my case is resolved quickly or ALL of my money is returned to me. Those are your options.
Desired outcome: I want a court date no later than 10/2023 & the attorney name I'm to be working with, their contact information, to be informed of the court date/time, & to complete my expungement with a verifiable cleared record no later than 11/30/23.
I too was a victim of this firm and I can help you get your money back. Please take the following actions below:
While I will not go into the details of my case, I am a highly educated and credentialed business owner, with multiple degrees and just short of a JD myself. What this firm is doing is called “misappropriation of funds” and it is without question a breach of the law, a breach of legal contract, and criminally enforceable at the local, state, and federal levels.
IF YOU REPORT YOUR SITUATION TO THE RIGHT ENTITIES THEY WILL LISTEN AND TAKE ACTION
I can attest to this.
If you want any chance of getting your money back NOW is the time to act on this as the “ball is rolling” with all of these entities so, please “hop on board now.” This should take less than 1 hour of your time.
I HIGHLY encourage you to copy and paste the details of your complaint into a word document so you can tell your story to the following entities, who ALL have current and active cases working on this. The more information received, the quicker you will resolve what you have lost:
