Injectors of our FordEverest was faulty, we booked a service, and took our vechile in on Monday afternoon 16 October, we receive a quotation on 17 October for the parts, and accepted the quotation.
On 20 October, we send a mail to Sakile Soko to ask if our vechile is ready.
He confirmed on our mail that parts was received, and they are busy working on the vehile, and confirmed that our vechile will be ready early in the next week.
On 21 October, he send us a mail, to say yhe sistem cannot read the injectors, and that they await headoffice for approval.
On 23 October, I've send an email again, and ask for how long this will take as we neef our vechile urgently, he replied only on 24 Octobet and said that the injectors is on back order, and said that they will arrange a bakkie for us.
I've asked when we can collect the arranged bakkie, he replied that he will let us know.
Only on 26 October he confirmed that we can collect the arranged bakkie. We can collect it at any time. We went to fetch thd bakkie it was not available, we had to wait and wait, due to someone there went to town with the bakkie, we had to wait until he returns. This was very unpleasant, and a waste of our time, waiting for the bakkie.
On 30 October, I've senf a mail again asking the progress of our vechile. He said that they are still waiting for the injectors, it id still on a backorder. And don't know when they will receive it.
On 1 Nov. They send me a mail, said that still dont know the date of arrivsl of the injectors, but logged a call at Ford.
On 8 Nov. I've send a mail to follow up on our vechile, he replied that he is waiting for the warranty people, waiting for feedback, and he will be pushing them to make it an urgent matter.
I've told him that this is unacceptable, and that we are going to logged a complain and thanked him for trying his best, but should sort this out as soon as possible.
On 9 Nov. He send me a mail saying that the warranty clerk is busy with Head office, we have to wait for feefback.
Today is the 14th of November, no feefback with no mail as yet from them.
How is this service from Eastvaal Ford?
We are very unhappy! And dissatified with the way they handle this situation.
Please attend to this urgently as we neef our own vechile!
