I would like to raise my complaint about our auto loan. In September 5, 2020 my checking account had funds to pay off our auto loan. I was surprised when I checked my account that they did not deposit my check. So I called their hotline and asked why they didn't deposit my check. It was funded. Their satff answered me that we were automatically enrolled in Bayanihan 2 Special Holiday Payment for 6 months, and asked me If I could accept it or not. I agreed. I'm comfortable that we talked okay. I was just surpirsed that we were charged for 3 months on our auto loan because our account defaulted and we had arrears for 3 months.
I asked for payment history and there I saw that they only validated for 3 months instead of 6 months.
Now their collecting agency is harassing us, they say that they'll pull our car.
If we did not pay our arrears.
We are very much complacent that we talked well with their staff, we never thought this would happen.
It's not our fault that you offered us a holiday payment, but you did'nt comply with what we discussed.

That Bayanihan and special Holiday payment program nila was fooling a lot of their clients.
sa akin nga po matured na last May 2022 hiningi ko na sa kanila ang exact amount for final payment and the SOA nung binigay nila binayaran ko agad tapos ngayon di nila ma release request kung OR/CR dahil daw may kailangan pa akong bayaran na interest. di ba laking pang gagago!
Same issue here.. they're using the bayanihan act for us to pay charges although our payment were updated. About a year already that we've been communicating to them and sending them all the transactions, but still they turned the eyes blind. Anyway to resolve this? Have you paid the charges just to release the orcr documents?
Same issue here also, much better sana kung ipa tulfo na lang naten sila, and ayan din po ang sinasabi ko sa kanila kapag tumatawag ako sa hotine, at least malaman na marami pla ang mga ganitong issue..
We are also going through the same thing? Anyway we can gather as a group and perhaps get things situated legally! This is ridiculous!

same here have issues w/ EWB. tapos na rin ang bayad ko dapat ang kaso. may mga unwanted withdrawals nangyari na wala akong ka idi idea kung papaano nagkaganyun. ang alam ko nagbbyad lang kami monthly. may mga advance payments pa ako, tapos nagrequest ako ng SOA pero nung una ang nabigay lang nila is yung after 2 yrs na kc nga daw hindi na makita sa system so yun na nga may may mga withdrwals sa atm machine .. tapos nagrequest ako ulet nung history from [protected] tapos nakita ko record ang nakaka duda pa sa erod. branch nagwithdraw tapos pati mga payments namin nag deposit kami sa marikina dapat, pero sa history record nila erodrigues branch sabi ko paano nangyari yun samantalang marikina area kami.. ang nakakpagtaka lang bakit never kami nabigyan ng payment history after ng 1st payment.. saka lang ako naka request nung may time na nagpunta na sa amin at naniningil kesyo 3 months na daw kami hindi nakkabayad.. hanggang ngaun hindi pa ma closed account dahil may 3 months pa daw akong balanse, pero kung bank deposit slips ang pagbabasehan overpaid pa nga.. haykss.. nakaka stress..
