Company is a scam. Said they are Fortis, said they would provide a fixed rate at the rate I am paying and if rates drop then I still save. So their promise is you don't pay more than you are paying. At this point you are believing you are dealing with Fortis and you trust them. Then they rush to get you to sign an agreement (which nobody reads) and you are actually signing with Easy Energy. Then a few months pass and you realize your rate is way higher so you call Fortis and you are told that you now have an agreement with Easy Energy. So they lie and trick EVERY SINGLE customer. Fortis rates have been between $2 and $5 for 12 years. Nobody would agree to a fixed rate of $8. But that's what happens. They do call right after your initial discussion and most people are not paying attention because they just talked to someone else and are convinced once again that you are dealing with Fortis. And they send you a letter. Many people at the point of the letter pick up on the scam, but those that don't read everything they get in the mail these days get scammed. It is a disgrace. One wonders how someone can work for this company. Especially own it and be married with kids. One word for Tom Dixon... "Karma" will catch up to you
