Same experience as above - order over 2 weeks ago. I usually order via PayPal but can find no charge yet. The email confirmation says I paid with a credit card but cannot find a charge yet. Their email address does not work nor their 2 phone numbers. What is being done to resolve this? Has anyone been charged yet?
I had the exact same problem with the same cartridge order placed on October 5, 2021 (2 weeks ago). I usually pay with PayPal but don't see a charge there or on any of my other credit cards. The email confirmation states that I paid with a credit card. Do you have a charge anywhere yet? Or I wonder if they wait awhile and then start using the credit card information? What is anyone doing to make sure you're not charged? One phone number was a wrong number; the other a recording from someone who said his number was being used by a scam company. The email address on the confirmation invoice does not work.
I encountered the same problem around the same time this month. When I tried the telephone numbers listed on the site, I was very rudely talked to and hung up on, then the other number had a recording 😳 don't call my house! The site says 2 day shipping, however after almost 2 weeks the order is still "processing."
Samething happen to me. I made an order for two HP 61 Ink Cartridges and on Sept 28, 2021. The order is still processing! I called the 800 number and some referral to another company. I have left two messages at the 559 number. I sent them to e-mails and no reply.

Got a laptop, didn't work because of their anti theft program (took up all ram for some reason.) Second laptop upon exchange had a faulty motherboard and loose fan. Decided to go with a washer and dryer instead to finish the term with, but the washer wobbles and leaks after the first month. We were carefully using it, but still a problem.
Easyhome must be peddling goods from person to person- nothing I get works well, and the interest rate has my jaw clenched. I went with them in the first place hoping that it would help me rebuild my credit a bit, but I keep having issues with payments. I have the money but they don't have the file in order. Also it doesn't seem like they took what I paid into the laptop and applied it to the washer and dryer, and now I'm paying 2k+ for a Moffat washer that doesn't work, and they are giving us the run around about sending someone to repair it. Seriously ready to take them to small claims court. Bloody scammers with a business license.

Hello, my name is Tracy Andersen and I have an account with EasyHome Chilliwack BC Please read below the issue that Im dealing with your company.
I have been a loyal customer, always paid bills on time and never have missed a payment so I was quite upset when I called to report my phone being stolen and that I have a police file number and I was told if it had been a home invasion and held at gunpoint then id be insured for a new phone, are you serious? I am already paying for a phone that I cannot use and that was totally my fault I had dropped it and I am still paying for this phone but after being a loyal and good customer being told that there is nothing that can be done for me and will still need to pay for the stolen phone. I find unacceptable! I pay over $400 as it is now and if I am not able to get another phone and have the stolen phone written off guys can come and get your stuff my my house I will no longer deal with you and will tell everyone and anyone the terrible treatment ive gotten from your company, perhaps my local news station would like to hear of my situation.

Took All my Personal Info, Lied to Me, Made me wait like a dog, for 7 hours, lied about delivery stuff all day then contacted me saying they had no idea about me, why did they promise deliveries to me all day they went for the long weekend, .leaving me with unanswered questions, no delivery and a lot of stress and anxiety they lied to me and I have proof

Pfft manager calls me, tells me its a problem with my proof of income and claims because my girlfriends income was there and mine wasn't valid ? No clue where they got my girlfriend from, I never gave them her info! They apologize say it was an error on they're part this is Saturday, tell me they're delivering on Monday, so I clear my schedule, Monday comes around, apparently I don't have a phone number now and no income ! Are they nuts . I have proof and emails showing ive giving them and the manager telling me and rescheduling me for Monday herself, what did they do with all my info and banking info, this should be a giant privacy concern to anyone that plans on purchasing products from them, I met every requirement gave them every document and cleared out my schedule many times, they're playing games and jokes on me I guess but what happend to all my information and who has it and why, doesn't this manager do her research before telling me sorry and rescheduling my delivery twice .it seems to me that this woman Nicole is taking her frustrations out on me and using her power to humiliate me and me feel absolutely stupid for expecting something good to come out of this . Easyhome DOES NOT service any essential needs like food or prescriptions & should care more about their employees health & the health of others! I got in today and there is her furniture set with her dents still in the cushions which goes to show me it wasn't cleaned or anything... Just thrown back on the floor.. Hello there,
I previously sent this to the wrong department on the night of the event (Sept. 20 2019).
I went into easy home this evening with the father of my children (James), a friend of mine and my children.. We were looking around for a couch as we just moved and have been watching tv on the floor.. When I finally found one I approached the counter and was greeted by the store manager "Roger Smith".
He questioned whether or not the couch (included in the hot deal) would fit in my living area. James and my friend reassured him it would fit okay. He then returned to the counter to look into my history. I notified him I had previously had an account back in 2015. Once he found it he proceeded to snicker at me, while telling me my things were returned after first payment. (which was due to relocation not that my personal life was his concern..)
We then discovered I was okay to go ahead with the application. Mr. Smith then said to me "Okay, but we do have one problem" I proceeded to ask what it was and he said it was with James. I was confused and called James to join me to figure out what was going on. It seemed Roger had recalled James from having something from Saint John back in what he said was 2011/2012. James asked what it was and he told us it was signed off on. I asked why an account James had in a previous time with a previous partner had anything to do with myself leasing a couch. He proceeded to tell me "well, I know nothing about relationships." Yet he was telling me he had an issue because he presumed I was in a relationship with James. (not that again my personal life should matter). James then asked again what it was and he again said it was signed off on.
James decided to leave the store due to him causing these apparent issues. I then began to get worked up myself so I did as well. He then told me to "have a great day!" & I did use inappropriate language when I left the store and told him to "go * himself... but after having him disclose the information he did, and continue to be rude and argumentative, I was very insulted and upset that not only could I not get a couch for me and my kids due to a Roger pin pointing a man that A) Does not reside with me and B) has his own personal business that does not include myself and my ability to pay for things.
It was wrong of him to assume I was even with James in the first place, especially seeing as the other friend with us was also male. I also have not been with James since 2011 so he would not have recognized the two of us together.
If I had not been who he assumed or by chance Roger thought it was James, but in fact hadnt been he would have either disclosed his information with easy home to a complete stranger.
I am very upset with the fact that I was treated that way and although I was disrespectful and take complete responsibility for that, it was after very uncalled for treatment and I was raised to respect as respect is given. It was not right of him at all especially as a Store Manager. I know of people having separate current accounts let alone tying me to an account of someone else's from 8 years ago.
I hope someone else does not get treated the same way and I would like to be able to look into getting a couch as again we have been sitting on the floor.

Hi im filing a complaint on go easy in red deer. I will be going to BBB as well. Mihajlo had gotten 1 day off from work on sunday. He had gotten kids some school supplies on SUNDAY WHICH GO EASY IS CLOSED. Yes we are behind and we are very sorry. But to have the red deer staff start messaging saying they seen him on sunday at dollarama, i feel like there stalking us and what happens on there time off and Mihajlos is privacy which should be respected by both parties... Someone needs to explain to these ppl that oilfield is nothing like there mon-fri jobs. They are on call 24/7 and work all hours of the night and another crew days. The company is cheap and makes them get a hotel because paying a supervisor to travel back and fourth to home and work cost them lots of money and time, and kilometers. WE DO NOT APPRECIATE THE TEXTS SAYING THEY SEEN HIM ON A DAY GO EASY WERE CLOSED THE FOLLOWING DAY THEY OPEN. AGAIN THREATENED LOCKSMITH AS WELL TO ENTER MY HOUSE. BBB WILL BE CONTACTED if nothing is done this time.

after years of regularly making payments towards our over priced products i got laid of my job and we started to fall behind. we had talked to easyhome and explained the situation and told them we would need to pay what we can and this time and catch up later. this is was the situation with our telephone provider aswell so they had suspended our services for us to let us play the catch up game. easyhome however did not want to accept this and started constantly contacting my brand new employer ( who i hadnt even told easyhome i worked for yet ) and is something that was against my company policy, to only have personal calls on an emergency basis, though i had expressed this to easy home they continued to contact my employer even after i told them they had got me written up, which eventually ended up in me being fired ! after a battle with the store manager at easyhome and apologizing to my employer i got my job back and went back to work only to receive yet another call from easyhome, aswell as several facebook messages calling me names and saying i was dodging their calls and messages - even though i had told them we cut those off for abit to catch up on more important bills like hydro and water . so now my new employer had enough of this and yet again let me go . i am now jobless, i couldnt afford my old house anymore and had to move ! since this easyhome has showed up at my home on several occasions at the crack of dawn. this morning i wake up to a note that says " payment today or i come back with the sheriff, home or not we will get the t.v ! " really ? your so unprofessional after ive paid $1500 for a $800 t.v your going to threaten to break into my home over the remaining maaaybe $600 and rob my almost paid off tv ? how do you expect people to pay if you get them fired from their jobs ? beware people easyhome is nothing but a glorified loan shark, save your time and money you can find something better at a yardsale !
overcharging for products already paid for
my name is robert hiscox, i live in williams lake, b.c., i am a senior citizen on a full medical disability, and recently had 1 out of 3 brain surgeries, because of my medical problems the manager was coming to my home to collect my weekly payment, we had a talk about my bill, and he stated in front of witnesses that everything other then my bedroom suite was all paid and that i only owed $52.54 a week, i went into the store to make my payment and was told i owed almost $300.00 and i asked on what, he started to tell me about things already paid for, and when i told him the manager said i only owed for the bedroom suite, and i was called a liar, all my contracts were for 3yrs or less, i have been paying for 5yrs, i have now spoke to a lawyer concerning this, also spoke your head office and was told i would recieve a call back, i never did, i have no choice but to go ahead with a law suit against your company, also i am not the only person with the same complaints, and others will follow my action,
I am writing this complaint about a store representative who acted very unprofessional on the phone.
I have just gotten off the phone with one of easyhome staff and I must say the phine call has made me upset. I have been deliquent with my account due to job loss and have been working on a solution with easyhome store 226 I believe. I have told the store to come pick up and hold my items until I can get back on track. Instead they say no we will adjust the payments. I said ok. I have made arrangements to make a payment but haven't been able to follow through. I phoned this morning to say that I will be in on Tuesday the 21st and I was told "thats not good enough! and that my account would go to court and there will be lawyers) I think her tone and the threat were very innapropriate. I have had an account with Easyhome for many years. Ive paid items off and I've retuned items. I have never been talked to by any of your staff like this ever. I've always gotten along with them. The representative talked to me like it was her stuff I was renting. The tone and she even raised her voice to me on the phone. I have paid 3 years for a sectional. I have made my payments. I had no problem them picking up my stuff until I can afford to bring my account up to date.
I was really upset. I don't think her customer service skills were up to par. However I will never deal with that store again. And as much as I liked doing business with Easyhome I doubt I will again.

I am thouroughly discusted with the behavior of the so called manager at your store in kirkland lake. I am appauled at the fact that this woman thinks that it is ok to purposfully taunt and cause mental anguish to a person with an anxiety disorder which is a disability! She not only does this herself but allows other employees to do the same and they all get a nice laugh at his expense. Not only have I witnessed this behavior but other customers I have spoken with have knowledge of these events as well so I know this was not an isolated incident. I have only ever had a positive experience when dealing with this young man and I feel badly that this is the kind of environment he has to work in. Pat should be ashamed of herself and learn that being a "manager" is not about having supremecy over people and making them feel like lesser human beings. It is about ensuring the physical and mental health and safety of those she manages. Ensure proper training. And most importantly when it comes to diciplinary action screaming and yelling and belittling someone is totally the wrong way to go. If her behavior is not dealt with I will advise this young man to file charges of harassment and abuse and advise him to sue for damages due to mental anguish. Noone and I mean noone should have to deal with thos kinds of conditions. If I were you, I would seriously consider her contimued employment with the company. I hear that he is not the first employee to be treated in this manner. Perhaps you should call some of her former co-workers and get to the bottom of things. I have noticed that this store has an extremely high turnover rate of employees. Perhaps your manager is the problem.

She is very rude, disrespectful. It's very disgusting. She's threatening to take me to court and suspend my disability. She's told me if I file bankruptcy she will make sure I go to court and have to pay everything back plus pay for the courts time. She doesn't take the time to understand people's problems. I have filed bankruptcy. She is now harassing me thru email and won't leave me alone.

I have been renting this television since 2015 and its now 2019 I have paid over 6000 $ for it and the Sudbury LaSalle location is trying to say I owe another 1300$ Now that's [censored]ing ridiculous, I've been a customer for over 15 years and never had a problem with your company till now so I refuse to pay another dime seeing as my contract was up in n 2018 I have it here and some how I was down to 6 payments and now I'm back up to 16 does that make sense and they put me on. A new contract cause I was finished paying my 3 year contract also they added some [censored] insurance I don't want or need I can get this exact television for 599.00 right now but a 2019 model and 4k so why is your LaSalle look location trying to rip me off?
