Easyhome won’t honor repairs on pc
So I lease to own a gaming pc from easyhome and come to find out since it was a purchase made outside the products easyhome has in store that when the pc has any issues with anything, not only will they not look at repairing it or even looking at it to see what can be done, any repairs to it come out of my pocket.
I wasn’t told this when I signed the contract and asked prior to what the details of this plan was.
They just decided to spring this on me out of the blue.
Desired outcome: I’d like to have the pc fixed since I’m the one paying close to $4000 for it.
Recliner chair
I order a recliner rocking chair chocolate brown I got a light brown and my point was make sure you are able to put the back down with out using recliner plus the chair is way way to big I’ve talk to the manager to return it same day I got it his answer was I order it that’s the chair I got witch yes I order it but not light brown and it does not recline with out using the recliner what I mean but that is when you seat on it you push the back it goes down and your able to rock at same time with out using the recliner witch the manager didn’t like his attitude at all witch he told me he didn’t half to deliver it to my house because am out of town and refuse to get me another chair so there for an returnkng the chair all so because he said he can’t pick up because his guy will be on Holidays for 2 weeks so I said ok no problem I’ll drop it off my self or my husband plus I got a couch and love seat and the couch is rip one of the coushion the guy Jacob that sold it to me said bring it in will sew it if I needed sew I would of done it my self all I ask is a better deal with the couch and they left it that way didn’t get no answer back from couch and for the chair it will be back at the store but tomorrow or weekend am hoping buy tomorrow and if I get attitude from manager am going to return all so everything else I got am happy with fire place 70 inch TV and love seat but they need to de with couch the chair will be return so buy next month they need to take off payment of the chair before July I paid June for 2 weeks plus the rest of the month witch chair will be return before that thank you.
Desired outcome: Recliner chair heated and masssge not right chair and now got a stiff neck from that chair now not the right one not the right color and way to big plus back doesn’t go down like I ask first place.

I have leased a nintendo with thesw guys and im near the end of term went in for emergency surgery and litteraly didnt respond to emails as im sitting in a hospital .. they started coming to my residence releasing personal information to a underage minor harrasing him . Not only did i offer to return the product i even gave them times im home. Nope they show up and harass an underage child and people who dont live there . Over what maybe 200 dollars littarally paid that nintendo 5 times over . Not to mention all the email threads i have with the manager . He even dosent reapond back with his name anymore its sent as a blank email bc i called them out on the harrassment. Nezt step is x

Ive escalatsd thia higher than the district manager at this point and further escalated among other things . Im done with the harrasment and how they think they make the rules !

Sectional couch/won’t accept the return back!
I tried to cancel my lease and return a sectional couch. They set up a time to come and take it, they got here and then changed the story to they had to take pictures and the manager had to ok them to pick it up. Which he did not then tells me I’m still responsible for paying for the couch! Manager claimed it has staines (which is does) they have professional cleaners easy home uses. That was the ONLY excuse for not taking it back. I would have gladly washed the couch but the manager gave me trouble after I did the first time cause the fabric got a small rip in it and he said the material is to thin to put them in the washing machine and said he would get replacement covers for me (he never did) the staining he is complaining about isn’t even bad especially for having 4 kids and 2 of those kids on the spectrum. Called customer care to file a complaint they wouldn’t take it back, tells me the regional manager will call me in 2 days. He never did! It’s been over a week now. I REFUSE to pay for this product still as some staining can be removed with a cleaning! There is no actual damage to the couch except those 2 small rips that were suppose to be taken care of by them and never was!

Lease agreement
My bank card (the same card) I’ve been using for almost a year wouldn’t go through on their end. And I got 2 phone calls, they called my mother And still charged me extra 25$ even when I called them 10 times asking them why they money wasn’t taken out. Made to feel like it’s my fault. Then if you talk to four different workers and ask price owing on product or how much has been paid. You will get a different answer everytime. I refuse to be ripped off. Also this was after I picked out one tv. Got three broken tvs with broke. remotes and had to flip because I was paying for a new product not a display unit. So even after they screwed me around 3 times making the delivery men drive back and forth. I got mad, got a new television from them which was supposed to be cheaper then the one they screwed me around with. But I signed a lease for a certain amount. So they have no right to add on money like that. That’s illegal the same as it is illegal for us to steal from easyhome. Customer support doesn’t help. They just call the Newfoundland Canada store yell at the employees then they call and take it out on us. It’s ridiculous, I didn’t mind it. Didn’t have a problem until after paying 1200$ on a 1520$ signed lease that I still owe them 700$ customer support can’t give you a exact price. But they know call second they get to work wake you up and know exactly what the amount is. And what’s this buy out lease option there for if it says not available on it. But I did get offered to pay it off for 600$ after being told couple months ago I only had 500$ left to pay. If they think your stupid they will screw you over. Overwhelm you with numbers and percentages. But still can’t tel you how much you’ve paid or have left to pay - questionable that’s for sure. Rating easyhome 0/10 - I can’t get into trouble for not paying anymore then the amount I signed for. It’s illegal for me to rip them off so I don’t think it’s right they can do it to us. Confusing us on the phone. Well there’s 67$ + 300$ + 200$ taxes. And then you have interest charges - interest charges are added on with my bill payment. Says so on the lease I signed
Desired outcome: Well to only pay for the total lease amount I signed for. Because that’s no way to treat customers. Then calling me and my references by 11am the day of the payment .
How long of a process is this ?
The real problem is I told them I wanted that one because I could double payments and have it paid off in 12 months. Being told I was getting a better deal on three broken tvs and one 1 inch bigger then one I wanted. . Full on con job. Second they saw I was in panic and desperately needed a tv. Let’s lie to him cause they knew I had buy it anyways

House heating problem, water heating problem with dirty water and bathroom exhaust fan is nor working
We get property on 6 pine Grove M145QG on 8th oct 2022. But the house is in very bad condition when we went there. No heaters are working at all. House water boiler is heating dirty water, house bill is billing so high as we just 1 bedroom house without heaters have been spent 100 pounds in just 12 days. We dont know whats wrong with the property. Back yard is fully planeted needs to be cleaned. Washroom exhaust fan is not working and condition is so bad. Me my kids are suffering a lot as per their need environment is not completely good for their health. Its been now more than 15 days and we are suffering a lot. my kids got sick because if cold and heating problem in the house.
Desired outcome: House heating should be fixed, dirty water for usage should be cleaned And please send someone who can check the band of safety of the house why we are charging high bill in very bad place with no usage.
An unsafe driver
I was driving on October 24 at 10am, Saint John New Brunswick. Merging onto NB1 W ramp, right where there is construction limiting lanes. An easy home driver completely cut me off almost causing an accident. License plate LCG 966.
I phoned the number listed on the back that says to phone to report unsafe drivers and no one was in that office. I phoned both numbers the voicemail left to phone and neither of them worked. I found a few other numbers.. 6 numbers and phone calls later I get a hold of some lady who doesn’t care about the incident. This man shouldn’t be on the road. Let alone in a truck. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I’ve never heard of this company before today. If I hear anyone say they plan to use this company they will be warned about how unprofessional it is.

I've scheduled a pick up of Furniture that I was returning to Easyhome "Stoney Plain Road" location in the Westend of Edmonton. I've made calls,numerous times, with a three hour window, they still failed miserably with contacting me and driver showed up alone with no swamper! So I didn't have a choice, but to help out the young man,get Furniture out of my home to his truck in which I was struggling with the young man, I was short of breath and sweating buckets, and every muscle in my body was killing me...All I was thinking I need to get this Furniture out of here, right now not later or next week...
Desired outcome: Driver was like a Deer staring at the headlights, not a damn clue at what's happening...

Purchased livingroom set in the late fall early winter of 2020. Sold our house in the summer of 2021, contacted the store to come and take the furniture back as we did not have room for it. They refused to take the sectional back as there was some wear from use and some scratching damage from our cat, we were told the furniture had to be in perfect condition for them to take it back or I could buy the sectional for 400.00. Asked why they couldn't take it and sell it for the 400.00 and was told we don't do that. I have used easyhome numerous times and NEVER had an issue sending ANYTHING back! I no longer have the sectional and am still paying weekly, and way beyond 400.00 as I didn't realize I had to pay the 400.00 upfront! I don't believe the manager of this store is on the up and up!
Desired outcome: I would like for these payments to be done as they have informed me I still have to pay for the next 80 or so weeks weeks
The loan process at easy home
I applied for a loan threw an easyhome co.pany after jumping threw hoops which included 4 visits to my bank in 4 days for what was specified and after putting threw 48 hours of waiting they call to tell me now they multiple more items to continue I gave the best I can and it wasn't good enough and after the employee says to me there won't bca problem with this loan it's an easy loan then I get put the ringer agsin no way to run a business I would not suggest anybody to become e a customer of this company

i had taken 4 appliances with them at 1st they were supposed to take the payment every week so that way i wouldnt spend time going to the store to pay because i work alot. so the 1st time they didnt i had to go there and pay thats fine, and i asked them did you take the card number he says yes fine, i leave and guess what i get another call telling me saying to pay? i had paid for the whole month of feb i wasnt late cause of their fault so again i am late for their mistakes the month isnt even over and their harrasing me calling me every hrs the month isnt even over and they are charging me late fees? so now the bill is like 400! are you getting me? where in the hell are these charges coming from? when its supposed to be 150 a month? like are you serious?

PS4 has never worked right as it was return, can't register the MSI desktop as they won't give me the required documentation to do so, JBL soundbar and sub has had issues with connecting sub and wireless speakers since purchasing, prices change from online order confirmation to more when picked up in store, unknown extra charges for some club fees that apparently I can't cancel or something happens, asked about different charges from online to pickup and got the run around and no straight answer and I'm still paying the extra money, tried to make arrangements to pay overdue and got told they helped me too many times and they will take the stuff that I've made payments on for 2 years and have only a couple payments left on a few items. So no. They harass me and the references I gave anytime a payment is even a minute late, they trespass on my property and they lie about everything. They called me 7 times yesterday alone.
Desired outcome: LEAVE ME ALONE AND TAKE ME TO COURT OR COLLECTIONS LIKE EVERY OTHER LEGITIMATE BUSINESS HAS TO IN THIS COUNTRY.
They are trying to uprice us for our item but we clearly had agreed on the normal payment methods.
I feel as if they are trying to squeeze money out of us by saying that we owe more that our actual agreement and telling us that the "prices" for our item went up. First of all let me start by saying that I am pretty sure if I did read up correctly that they are not allowed to switch or tamper with a contracts pricing if both parties aren't in agreement with it. But we are getting other people who weren't even in our contract trying to get us to pay them on emails and even 2 random people knocking at our door even when our payments are correct and paid as our agreement said. We have tried to contact store managers and higher ups but the employees/ workers always seem to find a reason that the manager is away and it has been a good amount of times that we have considerably called them to talk about what is going on with the employees.
In my opinion I feel as if the people who are not in contract are trying to take advantage of the fact that some people may not be knowledgeable but that's just my opinion. Im just here to see what other people may think is going on. (we have contacted them and agreed to our normal form of payment as we formally had agreed on but we are still getting other people who didn't sign our contract trying to send fake emails to make us pay more than what we already agreed on.)

I got a laptop from store #670 in Kitchener and I have been fighting with them about returning it. I have no income and no way to get to the store to bring it back and they are being very rude saying they don't have anyone who can come pick it up.
