Ordered a couple of replacement body panel for my vehicle
Ordered a couple of replacement body panel for my vehicle. They never once attempted to contact me to notify that one of the panels was on back-order. I emailed in to have the back-ordered panel canceled and to check the status of the the one that was supposedly in stock. I was informed that the back-ordered panel was canceled and they would be shipping the other within a few business days, They then billed me for my order and sent me an order confirmation WITHOUT tracking, I have yet to see this part, and It has been over a month since they charged my account. I have emailed in multiple time since and have yet to get a response. both times I was able to get through to someone over the phone I was told they would call me back(never happened), and the second time I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then the call just ended. As someone who works in the aftermarket automotive suspension industry, I understand that supply shortages are everywhere and everyone is understaffed. But, regardless customers should be notified about out-of-stock products in a timely matter.

If I could give a negative number of stars for this review, I would. Our son surprised my husband for his birthday with new rims especially for his 1966 Ford Falcon. The $1400+ order came and after a visual inspection we saw that the rims were okay. We put them aside until the nicer weather came so we could bring them to the tire place and replace the old rims. We got a call from the tire place saying that we had received two different sizes of rims! The sales order from Eckler says they were all the same. Our son called and they blamed us saying we didn't inspect the order properly. We never thought we'd have to measure each rim to make sure they were 15"! Their "outstanding" customer service that I must have heard about 20 times while I was waiting on the phone should actually be saying NON-EXISTENT! After I waited for 1/2 hour THEY HUNG UP before speaking to me. This is far from "outstanding" and when I came here to this page the 1 star did not surprise me at all. By the way, I also called the company number on this page 5 times and every time the call was disconnected at their end. Bottom line - they stink.

I placed an order on 9/2 for 6 parts, see below. All of these are for a Camaro PUI window Felt Kit - showed In Stock, I have not received these parts Windshield Molding clips- showed In Stock, I have not received these parts Console mounting hardware kit (2 kits ordered) - received 1 mount kit , missing 1 mount kit Lower body molding clip set- shipped incomplete kit Interior spray vinyl dye Parchment (2 cans) - The dye is an ugly flat gray color, not correct Carpet set - received, no problem I have called multiple times and sat on hold for more than an hour each time until I couldn't wait any longer. I have emailed MANY times and did get a response once to which I was told the molding clips and console mounting kit would be shipping out and I should have them with in 5-7 days, it's been 3 weeks now and no parts yet. The emails I do get back say they will respond within 5 days, to which I do not get any other emails. I tried to call and cancel the parts that have not shipped so I can order from somewhere else, but I sit on hold and nobody will answer. Ecklers has not always been this bad and I don't know what happened, but it is unfortunate their customer service has hit rock bottom.

As I am reading through the complaints below, I have become more concerned that I will never get m case resolved. Like many have stated, Ecklers seems to have a problem with customer service. I placed an order for a sound deadening material and have not received all of the material I have paid for. I have been dealing with Ecklers for two weeks on this matter. At first my case manager Corey stated that he was working with the vendor to remedy this issue. Turns out he did speak with that vendor but has not resolved the issue with them as he needs to send a PO to the company to direct them to send the items out and so that the vendor gets paid. Long story short, I emailed Ecklers again this morning questioning when my material would arrive, they responded that the vendor had sent out the material and it should be at my place soon. I spoke with that vendor after I received that email to verify if they had in fact sent the material. Vendor said they HAD NOT sent anything to me and that they were waiting for a PO from Corey. I can take a lot of , but I do not appreciate being lied to. Ecklers customer service gets a negative 10 rating from me and I will not be ordering from them again in the future!

If I could I would give Eckler Industries - 10 stars They are the worst company I have dealt with in the U.S. In Nov 2020 I asked for a quote for parts a couple of weeks no reply they misplaced quote sent another copy no reply so I went to C W Moss had quote sorted and on its way in 3 days I am in Australia and I had received C W Moss's order before I received Eckler's quote. I complained to eckler's they appologised and gave me a $50 gift voucher ( don't get caught like I did just don't use it ) and I needed parts they had that other companies didn't so I made the mistake of sending them another quote for more parts sent on 19th Dec 2020 and it took 1 month about 40 emails they could not work out how to do a quote i got replys from every one in the sales dept and customer relations dept none of they talk to each other you cannot deal with 1 person so the next person you talk to does not know what the 1st person has said so you get different prices ( ( I ended up with 3 different shipping prices for same order ) I had had enought so I phoned and Lucky for me I got the onle person at ecklers that knew what she was doing and finaly we got it sorted out on 19th Jan 2021 1 month after i first sent quote DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIPPOFF

Through their recent order process, I became aware of a practice that they are using, that to my knowledge, is illegal
Through their recent order process, I became aware of a practice that they are using, that to my knowledge, is illegal. On a recent order, their was a back-order that was shipped approximately 25 days later. After reviewing the automatic charge to my credit card, it became obvious that they had charged me a different sales tax rate as compared to the original invoice. After calling them to discuss, they informed me that they charge Sales Tax on SHIPPING & HANDLING. I called them on this, as this would be like charging Sales Tax on LABOR, which is not legal. They then said that they always do this. I informed them that they are opening themselves up to a Class Action Law Suit that would apply to all of their customers. To my thinking this would be a HUGE dollar impact plus the damage to their reputation. If this is their way of giving customers "outstanding" service, you might want to reconsider who you purchase merchandise from in the future. In addition, their website identifies which States they are required to collect Sales Tax for. When I didn't see the State where I reside listed, their Manager said that Federal Law requires them to collect for every State. If this is the case, their website is also FAULTY and doesn't reflect what it should to customers. All this points to very questionable Customer Service and someone who is not taking care of business in a professional manner.

I ordered four torq thrust wheels from them august 8
I ordered four torq thrust wheels from them august 8. Two out of the four were damaged and instead of replacing them they just gave me a refund. Now what am I supposed to do with two wheels. I then placed an order for the additional two. That was September 20,2021. We are now in December. They would deduct from my account but it stayed at pending then would fall off. I then found out they were on back order. Every time I called in they stated they simply needed to place a purchase order, each and every single time but assured me they called the vendor and confirmed they were in stock. They never placed the order and now the wheels aren't even available! I called so many times to finally decide you know what I don't need the wheels at all. So I cancelled the order for the two wheels and was sent labels to send back the original two that weren't messed up. When I call to check on the status they say all areas are behind and it'll be at least a month for a refund. On top of that they never cancelled the second set of wheels and started charging me again! Somehow I got a smart rep on the line who got that charge removed immediately but as for the refund I'm skeptical and worried. That is $500 wasted. What's taking so long. I've spent so much money with this company in the past to now get treated poorly and pushed around. I ordered wheels and now I wasted all this time waiting for nothing. It's not worth the stress and headache. Also they never respond to emails. I have sent so many and for the machine to say it's faster emailing yeah sure on my end it is if I want to not hear anything back ever.
