I selected a puppy from Eckstein Hollows in Vandalia, Mo. Hannah can only text-I can't. The transaction went through paypal by email correspondence on July 16. Their email address is ecksteinhollows@gmail .com. Hannah, one of the kids on the farm is who is responsible for the care and arrangements to fly the dog I ordered-his name is Simon. I live in Butte, MT. I sent an email to Hannah giving her options where to fly Simon because on the purchase agreement my first choice was Bozeman, then Butte. I also, after not hearing from Hannah, researched which airlines fly into Bozeman or Butte. Then offered to drive to three other MT cities to give Hannah more options. Since I've never had to receive a pet handled by the airlines, Hannah is aware of my concerns about long layovers. Their only information about live pets is written by someone on the same plane with her pet-not what I'm doing.

I can't make any travel plans to leave home because I'm waiting to pick up my dog. I'm thinking it might work out better for me to have my money refunded. I hope you can resolve this in a timely way. Hello, we are currently looking at getting a puppy from the same breeder. We will like to know if there were any follow ups to the case? Did the issue get resolved and did you manage to get your puppy at the end?

Yes they received their puppy. The problem is we arent willing to send pups in 100 degree weather nor if the live animal desk is closed. Airline doesnt allow it, our vet doesnt allow it and we wont do it. Safety comes before "I want my puppy now". Also Hannah is a 23 yr old woman not a "kid". If people would be honest when posting and not say things they have no idea about, we wouldn't have so much FAKE NEWS. You could always find out about a business by old fashioned calling. Communication is best. 😊
Be Warned . I had issues with them too. I Paid for a puppy in November . They have canceled 4 times the delivery. Just like the above person I gave them several options where they could fly the puppy. They claimed the puppy was too small, then on the 7th the car broke down . Then when I canceled and asked for my money back her exact words were “I think that’s the best for Holly” I have still not received my refund . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE A PUPPY FROM THEM. I am hoping they will do the right thing and give me back my money.
Did you ever receive your puppy? I am looking to get a puppy from them now but they seem to be very pushy and very slow at responding to simple questions I don’t want to be scammed
I'm Gerri Kober from MT and yes I did get my puppy. It took awhile because of the weather. He's a good dog and worth the wait. Be patient because the farm has lots of other animals and associations. Also, if you don't have a cell phone or can text(I didn't have a cell at the time) contact is
going to take longer to get arrangements made.
I just received a paypal request from these people never even wanting a puppy or ever hearing about them! Maybe it was a mistake? Still seems shady. Weird
