I ordered a set of Browning AB3 1" (low) Integrated Scope Mounts, but received a set of Browning AB3 30mm (high) mounts (Browning model number: 123013). How do I return the item that I received for a refund?

broken used item
I ordered a NEW LaserMax laser sight from these clowns and they sent me a USED/BROKEN one! The box was taped shut and the laser does not work. I was going to get another one until I read all of the complaints about them. Seller used items as new seems to be what they do! Called customer service numerous times and no customer service agents were available and the mailbox was full.
My advise is RUN AWAY from this company!
paid for fishing lures, I was sent a single nail.
I bought and paid for over 50 assorted fishing lures and pieces of fishing tackle from ecop! They sent me six little envelopes, each containing a single nail, I guess to weigh the package enough to make it through the automation. I haven't been able to contact a real human being to discuss my problem, either by telephone or by e-mail.
A search on the internet shows that I am not even close to being the first one who has been sent a nail in place of a fishing lure. I guess they make good money at $8.00 a nail.

Purchased an item on walmart.com being sold by ecop and on Oct 6 2017 USPS tracking says preshipment sent but item not received. So I call ecop not expecting anyone to answer but Lisa did who by the way is the most arrogant unprofessional person ever. She said their was nothing she could do except wait 14 days from today Oct 19th then submit a claim to USPS because it was them who lost it. She said that she couldn't issue refund and couldn't resend item because they sent the original item which USPS says they never received the item only preshipment info. When asked to speak to a supervisor her response was that they were all in a meeting and that Alex would return my call. If he's called you he's called me. Now when I call all I can do is leave a message or email them and the email comes back undeliverable. The item was only $11 But still this company took my money well stole my money and it looks like they do this a lot

I ordered rage mechanical broadheads and this company sent me practice heads! I even have a picture of the product and conformation and it is not what they sent me. Now I can't contact them at all. Been trying for 24 hours now and they don't answer. I researched this company and I see this is a common thing they do. I will never do business with them again.

Pocket Knives - ordered CASE brand, got some cheap Chinese brand. I ordered 2 white CASE (top quality made in America) Coal Miner memorial pocket knives and received 2 brown pocket knives from Steel Warrior brand, made in China. I ordered via the Walmart web site. Received wrong Item tried contacting Copusa via email and by Phone, been three days and still no answer or reply.
Contacted Walmart escalation Dept after investigating they offered me a refund. I informed Walmart I didn't order from their site to get an refund but wanted the Streamlight item they advertised.
Don't know if this a bait and switch or just plain false advertising. I expected better for an company partnered and represented by Walmart.

case knives
I ordered 20 knives off of Walmart.com it says case knives and shows a picture of them when they came in they wasn't case knives they was frost cutlery. I feel that this is fraud for advertising and sale stuff that was not the product advertise. I feel if you advertise or sale a product it should be the right one. I'm completely dissatisfied with this.
minn kota 1358805 terrova 55 trolling motor w/54" shaft
On July 5, 2017 I purchased on ebay, a new Minn Kota electric trolling motor, model 1358805, from ecop.
The description was inline with what I was had been researching. The feature I was most interested in were the foot pedal, i-pilot, and spotlock. ecop's price was comparable and second choice for purchase as the first purchase had just depleted their stock. ecop misrepresented the sale with a picture showing the item "with" the foot pedal. With vacation nearing, I made the mistake of making the purchase.

On July 6, I received notification the purchase had shipped and on July 13, 2017 it was delivered. After removing the item from the package, I found neither the foot pedal nor a remote. I immediately contacted ecop by email with my concern. The response I receive negative and of poor customer service. following are the first responses:

ecops also stated this is a stock photo which is a direct lie. This is in fact "NOT" a stock photo of the item which I verified on the minn kota website. Secondly, the item in ecop website also states below the picture "ACTUAL ITEM MAY DIFFER SLIGHTLY FROM PICTURE" then its explains "(PLEASE CHECK LISTING TITLE/DESCRIPTION FOR FIT, COLOR, AND SIZE)".
I then simply asked ecop if they would please send either a remote or foot pedal. I was denied and my option was to return the item. Now vacation nearing. Finally ecop/Porter Internet a return label to return by USPS. On July 21, 2017 at approx 4:15pm I made an attempt to ship it from our local USPS. The postal service does not accept packages that large! Another ecop failure and disappointment. On July 24, 2017 I contacted ecop again, explaining their eneptness.

fireman's suspenders
I bought a pair of Fireman's Suspenders from ecopusa on Nov. 27th 2016 because the pic showed loops at the attachment points.
Well, the loops turned out to be so small (intended I guess for rings on the belt) that no way could I thread the thinnest belt through the loops.
Returned same and they refused my refund request because I did not use the same packaging! Said they could not find the bar code. Not true. I used the same box.

I tried to order this item on this web sight and it was not finalized. i did not finish my order, and they still debit my bank account three times for a higher amount of the item.The item was never shipped, but they still debited my account. I called them various times and the recording says" not available". my bank will credit upon an investigation.

returned items, got no refund, and no communication replies
I purchased two pistol magazines, and they were not as described or shown, so I requested a return through their site. I get approval, but no instructions for the return, no procedures or address to ship to. So I mailed them back to the same address they came from, with RA number on label, copies or original order and return authorization included with the mags. After 4 weeks, and having sent 8 emails, made 6 calls - leaving 4 voice mails, I've NEVER had a reply once, and no refund. The company provides no viable ways to contact a live person, and they respond to NO attempts to resolve the issue. I did not get tracking for my return so I have no way to prove they received it, so I'm out $80. This company is a total rip-off, poorly run, and I would recommend NOT doing business with them.
I purchased an Atwood A/C, it went bad in less than three weeks. I was told they had a problem with the circuit boards and sent a new one out. That did not fix the problem. Called all of the 'approved' mobile service people on their list and no one worked with Dometic/Atwood. Customer service agreed to allow me to have a local service provider do the job, sent him a new A/C which he installed and I paid him fully expecting to be reimbursed as I was told. The A/C was done in June, 2016 it is now Sept 27, 2016 and I am YET to receive my check. I keep getting e-mails wanting a different form filled out and submitted and now I am told I need to submit the invoice I originally submitted, again. No wonder I couldn't find a mobile service provider if this is the way they pay their service people also.

ecopusa sells on eBay at ecop! Complaint after complaint after complaint abound about how they list items as new and sell them as used. Most of their business model involves listing every item (thousands) from RSR Group (www.rsrgroup.com) and marking the items up significantly. RSR Group is a distributor that drop ships. So they don't inventory anything. You buy an item and they get on RSR Groups website, buy the item and have them drop ship it to you. CRAZY - especially since ANYONE can get an account on RSRGROUP.COM as a retailer. You would be amazed how many guys on eBay and Amazon are doing the same thing.
My issue is that I bought 2 knives. Expensive knives compared to what I have had in the past. Both arrived looking like they were sharpened on the sidewalk. Scuffed, scratched and dull. Do a return, right? Nope, they won't ever answer email. They hide behind their feedback numbers on eBay. They make so many sales that negative feedback means nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I wish i would've seen this on ecop on ebay dealing with them now. Its a used case and broke. I told them give me a discount and save all this hassle, they said sorry we can't do that !
knife broke randomly and would not come to understanding
I bought a really nice Laguiole knife from this company and I had never spent so much on a pocket knife before. It was many months ago, and I contacted them a few months ago and we corresponded a few times and then they stopped replying to my emails. First, when my knife showed up, it looked like someone was sharpening it, then got distracted and took off too much on one side and didn't even touch the other and then decided it was good enough to sell. And then Ecop decided this knife was good enough to sell. I had a friend who is a knifesmith sharpen it for me and it was OK then, still not as attractive as it should have been. Then after a few weeks of use on cheese and meat (the purpose of the knife and no misuse at all) the spring broke partially and now the blade wobbles both fully open and fully closed and I am afraid to put this pocket knife in my pocket. Yes, a fair amount of time has passed, but a good company should still replace a defective tool. It is a beautiful knife and I would love to be able to use it, but it is not safe to use in its current state.
the seller ignores all communication with customers
I bought two knives from the website www.ecopusa.com. It was horrible experience, because the delivery was delayed by unknown reasons and the seller didn’t inform me about it. Also when the knives finally arrived, they looked like crap and it seemed that someone already used them. I tried to return them, but the seller ignored me and my emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I purchased an item thru Walmart.com and the item stated that it was the crossbow with salient crank. I only received the SILIENT CRANK so I took it to my local Walmart for a refund They said that it was a third party thru their web site and that I would have to contact them.
