Hello - I settlement my account in August and they assured me no outstanding charges will be required going forward. Now I got a message telling me I need to pay R120 surprisingly, I went to the Egdars store at Northgate and they called the customer care people to check why am I being charged.
They said its a subscription for a magazine which I have requested for it to be cancelled back in 2015 I even went to the Edgars at West gate shopping to explain that I got a call from one of their consultants who told me what Edgars was offering and I made it clear I do not want no insurance/Funeral covers or magazines and that all I want to do with my account is buy clothes but he added the subscription anyway and they promised me at the store that they will cancel it.
So which means had I not settled my account I was not going to spot that you guys are adding that subscription that you said you cancelled into my monthly instalment. R65 has been added monthly on my payment since 2015 till 2023! that is fraud
Desired outcome: Please refund me and I want this subscription cancelled
