On February 5th It was my first time ordering from Edible Arrangements! I had just had surgery and wouldn't be able to get out to buy any gifts. I thought this would be a nice surprise for my husband and children. I waited all day for the delivery, and it never showed up. I tried calling the local store around 7:30p with no answer. I saw on the website that on a holiday it could be delivered up to 9:00p. That came and went and at 10:45p I received a text that said it was left on the front porch because she didn't know if we were sleeping. My kids were sleeping. When my husband opened the door, it was sitting on a pile of snow. We opened it and the chocolate was sweating and the fruit looked old. I was so upset! I sent 2 emails and nobody responded. A few days later I contacted customer service and spoke to someone by the name of Amanda! She was the rudest customer service representative I have ever spoken with in my life! When I told her I wanted by money back she said the delivery person was pregnant and did her best to get the delivery there. She said there was a snowstorm, and I didn't even pay for delivery! I told her knowing it would be a busy day they should have had more delivery people. She said they had plenty! I asked how long until I would get my refund, and she said I would have to discuss it with my bank! I told her I would never order from them again! When I hung up, I was in shock by the way she treated me!
Recommendation: Don't ever order from Edible Arrangements! They are unprofessional and rude! Not worth the money!!!!!!
