BE CAREFUL!
BE CAREFUL! These guys say what you want to hear, but wont follow through on it. Make sure you get any promises in writing or you'll end up like me. Absolutely horrible experience going through *** Jewelry design. They completely misled me during the Christmas holidays about receiving my gift before Christmas. I ordered my earrings just over 2 weeks before Christmas and paid for 2nd day delivery. They promised it would arrive before Christmas. I called the next week to confirm it would arrive before Christmas and their employees confirmed it would. I then called again the monday before Christmas (xmas on friday) and the employee again confirmed it would be shipped out and arrive before Christmas. I'm never able to check on my order status because in order to check on your order status you have to create an account with them prior to the order (another annoying thing I found out after ordering through them). I was getting worried because they never sent out a tracking number so I called them on Christmas Eve to see if they sent it out and they all of a sudden started saying that they were waiting on a 'certification letter' and wouldn't be able to send it out until they get that letter. Not once did they mention this certification letter or the fact that they would need it prior to shipping out. They only made strong promises that I would receive it prior to Christmas. Here I am the day before Christmas with no earrings and empty promises. They will quickly change what they say and just say, oh I'm sorry sir. You can return the item if you want. They'll show you a good price and make promises they don't plan on keeping. I hope you don't happen to experience the same thing I did from these guys. I wish I wouldn't have believed what they continually told me.

Thank you so much I am so grateful to have found this company. made my shopping so much easier. I ordered my 8 month old granddaughter a very beautiful set of G VS1 diamond earrings. My daughter loved them for her. And they look perfect on her ears. the carat size is .40 carats total, so its .20 for each ear. very small but this is perfect cause she's a pretty small baby. They're also very shiny and expensive looking. JUST A TIP FOR YOU GUYS BTW, IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR JEWELRY HERE MAKE SURE THE CLARITY OF YOUR DIAMOND IS GOOD. DO NOT ORDER A DIAMOND WITH A CLARITY THAT FALLS BELOW AN SI2. ANYTHING ABOVE AN SI2 IS ACCEPTABLE. I PERSONALLY AM A HUGE FAN OF G VS1 DIAMONDS. IF YOU'RE ON A BUDGET, G SI1 WILL ALSO DO OR EVEN AN H SI1. CLARITY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN COLOR IN MY OPINION. ITS THE SHININESS AND CLEARNESS OF THE STONE. CLARITY IS WHAT GIVES THAT GLASS LIKE EFFECT & what gives shine. SO IF YOU'RE ON A BUDGET, ID RECOMMEND PAYING MORE FOR THE CLARITY, RATHER THAN THE COLOR. also, all their diamonds are 100% natural. they are not lab made they are from the earth. they do not have any synthetic material added, everything is legit. And thats the reaosn why I really love this company. Nowadays, everyone says that their diamonds are "real" like Kay and Zales. However, what customers dont know is that their diamonds are lab made and have alot of synthetic materials added to them in order to give that shiny effect. ITS NOT NATURAL. ENJD is 100% natural and you don't have to doubt it when you're shopping here. That's one of the main things they are very proud of, is their natural diamonds. So my advice ... GO FOR IT. but be smart about what you're buying. Email them if you have to, their really good with communication. They responded to my email within two business hours. Their customer service is amazing. So for that, I give 5 starts. Keep up the great work *** and staff. I will recommend to everyone I know

If I could give a rating of zero I would, where to start. I purchased this dogtag pendant on December 20th for a Christmas gift knowing full well I might take some time to arrive due to the holiday season. According to the website, most pieces ship out in 7-10 business days, the more entriquite pieces could take up to 3 weeks long. 2 weeks pass, then 3. I decided to touch base and get a status. I recieved an email stating due to the high volume of orders over the holidays it was going to take a little longer. Ok, no problem. 4 weeks pass, 5 weeks pass. Shoot them another email asking for status. Nothing. Shoot them another email, no response. Third email I said I better get a reaponse or I'm canceling the order. Finally they replied, the piece did not come out of casting right so they had to make a new cast, if this one worked it would go to their gemologist early the next week for diamond selection then off to the setting experts. Another week passes, shoot them another email. They replied with the exact same response. Another week passes, another email, the exact same response. At this point I call. The gal on the phone said the same thing. I told her this is unacceptable, if you can't make the thing just refund my money and I'll look at other pieces. Long story short. After over 7 weeks, I get an email last friday saying the piece has shipped and will arrive on Monday. Great but I paid for 2nd day shipping? Shoot them another email, their response was 2 business days. I'm like no, 2 day shipping is 2 day shipping, FedEx delivers 7 days a week. I decided to let it go because i was excited after all it was finally on the way. Monday the piece arrives, I open the very nice box to find a pendant and chain that looked nothing like the items pictured on their website. As you can see, the website picture has diamonds in each music note, mine has none, just holes. The chain that came with it looks nothing like the chain pictured and is a lot

Im starting off this review by saying this company is amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I'm writing this review to help out other people who made the same mistake I did. I originally bought earrings for $500. They were M 13 diamonds - which is the lowest quality diamond you can get (I didn't know this at the time). After unboxing a cloudy, grey, fake looking diamond, I contacted the company. Their customer serviced was fabulous. They educated me on diamonds and told me the best choice would be to exchange for a higher quality. So I ended up exchanging my poor quality M 13 diamond earrings for F VS2 earrings. i paid around 1.5 k for my earrings. which was a big jump , but I understand why now. Good quality diamonds are not cheap, especially since this company only uses natural earth derived stones. I suggest you all spend around the same amount if you want nice earrings. Most people have the mindset that all diamonds are shiny because they are the best of the best. However, that is not true, Not all diamonds are beautiful. if you pay 500 dollars, I can guarantee you won't be fond of your earrings. 500 is cheap for diamonds. No nice diamond is gonna be 500 dollar I promise, that's just impossible. Only way you'll get a nice diamond for 500 is if you go to Zales - and that's bc they are lab made diamonds - not earth derived like *** Jewelry. You have to spend more for good quality earrings, or else you'll end up getting a brown or cloudy diamond. trust me, the last thing you want is to spend 5 hundred for a diamond that looks cheap, brown and unclear. I feel alot better with my new earrings. I really didn't want to go to zales because I wanted real stones from the earth. Im so grateful that they were able to help me out with a tiny discount . Their staff is very friendly. Now that I know what to look for when jewelry shopping, I'll be making way more purchases thru this company. I like them alot and I'm happy with my earrings. So to end this review I just wanna say, DO UR RESEARCH KIDS. Jewelry can be quite difficult to understand. I give this company 5/5 stars because my mistake was not their fault. I would rate this company zero stars. Long story short I shipped a return (due to unsatisfactory quality) and they emailed me saying they received an EMPTY box from me. After several email exchanges and a phone call (initiated by me), they offered zero help to resolve the issue, implied that I intentionally shipped back an empty box, and the final outcome with the company was that I had to file a claim with the shipping carrier and there was nothing further that they could do. They would not even look into their camera footage to check if one of their employees stole the item. The issue with carriers like UPS, Fedex, etc. is they typically reimburse you if the package was stolen or damaged and typically a damaged package needs to be available for their inspection. In this case, the retailer may or may not have the package and it was delivered to the destination. I finally ended up getting my money back by filing a claim with my credit card company. So buyer beware, you get what you pay for... or straight up conned. If you're up for a long story here you go: It was a terrible experience from the start. I ordered diamond stud earrings in November that were $1,560 and their website said they offered two day shipping on orders over $1500. After waiting a couple weeks, I called to cancel because their website looks sketchy to begin with and I hadn't received any email updates on the status. On the phone they said they charge a 25% fee for cancellations so I went through with the order. Finally, the earrings arrive and they are absolutely not the quality I was expecting. I ordered studs with a halo that were about .9 ct total weight, color H, clarity SI2. H diamonds should be near colorless and SI2 should only have small inclusions that are not easily visible to the naked eye especially on a stud that is that small (less than .5 ct for each stud). However, I could immediately see a yellow tint, obvious inclusions, and the diamonds just didn't look clear. I'm no expert on diamonds but I have several other diamond jewelry pieces that are color H and SI1-SI2 that appear clear and you really have to look carefully for inclusions. I called customer service to express that I felt the quality was not up to par and request to start the returns process. A manager called me back as well to push for an exchange rather than a return. Both interactions were extremely irritating. They are like car salesmen hustling to push sales with no focus on customer service or making sure customers are happy. I didn't have a good feeling and ended up insuring the package when I shipped it back. When they received the box, I got an email from a man named Johnson a couple days later with a short message, "Our Returns Department received a package from you 01/03 with an EMPTY box; the merchandise was not inside. Footage indeed showed the merchandise was not inside. Please open an investigation with the carrier you selected." Yep, my instincts are pretty on point. I went back and forth with Johnson via email because I requested to see a copy of the video footage and he kept sending short responses saying the video footage confirms the box did not have merchandise and he would advise me to open a claim with the carrier. I finally got a hold of him on the phone as it seems like he's the only "manager" that interacts with customers. When I spoke with him I said I was surprised by how this is being handled due to the lack of communication and effort to resolve an issue regarding a fairly expensive purchase. He gave me a long winded story about having COVID (which is unfortunate if it's actually true), how they've had two instances in the past where customers shipped back empty boxes intentionally, and that he doesn't know if I might have done the same. Another car salesman tactic we all knowtalk excessively to exhaust the other person until they give up. Such unprofessional customer service. I should have known the price of these earrings was too good to be true.
I ordered a pendent but cancelled it after two email saying that I should use pay pal instead of my credit card,they still took my money and only after my credit card company complained to them they returned two thirds of the money and kept the rest,I ordered on Dec 6 2023

I am dissatisfied. The ring is very unsatisfactory. The ring has a large black blemish in the middle. Within 2 hours of receiving the ring, I notified the company that I want a refund, the ring is dissatisfactory and has blemishes. I sent an email and left a voicemail. I have since notified the company with multiple emails. I have called multiple times. No one answers the phone or responds to my emails. The company refuses to provide me with an "RMA," which the company says is necessary to complete a return. In the afternoon on 1/27/22, I also attempted to return the ring to the company in person at *** But, I could not gain entry. *** WEBSITE INFO BELOW: "RETURNS The return policy timeline starts when you receive your order. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days and recieve a full refund." I agreed and they promised a Christmas guarantee. Through the next two weeks I called a total of three times, each time I was told not to worry that they would do everything to deliver on time up to overnight shipping. Tried calling several times for the last 2 days leading to Christmas. They neither answered the phone nor answered my several emails also. I had to *** out and buy my wife a present on Christmas Eve so as not to have nothing for her. Now over $600 is tied up on my credit card because of the dispute I filed. I couldn't even use the credit for the new earnings I had to *** by on Christmas Eve. So I had to pay out an additional $600 for her gift that I had to *** out in the mobs of people Christmas Eve during this epidemic! I've been calling and emailing several times everyday since Christmas. A customer service email was sent to me two days after Christmas stating that the company was only working at 20% because of state restrictions due to the epidemic. I answered the email back stating that I just wanted the order canceled. I did not want it anymore, at this point I was so frustrated I wouldn't take it if they gave it to me. They then sent me a email stating my order has been canceled and I would receive a email within 48hours for my refund. Once again, after48 hours later and days of trying relentlessly to contact, still no communication! I just want my money back! I have received nothing from the company for my money, just aggravation and added stress to our holidays in my house!

Order XXXXXXXXX on Dec 1,2020, paid in full with my credit card. Total paid *** including *** of second day delivery. I've been sending emails regarding this order since December 5,2020. *** answered my first email that same day telling me my order was under production, because of Covid they were making everything from scratch, standard production between 8-10 business days, and once the order was ready I'll receive it in 2 business days. It's been 44 days business day or so. Dec18,2020 I sent an email again, *** responded it. His answer was that my order was in the final stages of production, it should have be ready by that day or next day and the order was guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. That I was going to receive an email notification with the tracking number and suggested contacting by phone. I answered him telling their phone is always busy, he just answered that due to Holiday rush they were receiving non-stop calls.December 22,2020 sent another email asking for my order, had no answer. Dec 23, 2020 I wrote again, got and automatic answered thanking me for contacting ***..Dec 24,2020 wrote again, had no answer until Dec 26,2020 from *** apologizing email, with no information of the delivery. Just justifying using a mandate of Los Angeles Mayor for Covid regardless operations. I reply it with the info I was given on the delivery between Dec 18 and 19,2020 and got no response. In a prior email they guaranteed the delivery by Christmas *** January 4th,2021 I wrote again and this time *** answered it again with excuses and apologies but with no information on behalf of specifics. Just that the order was expected to ship that next week which was the week of Jan 11 til Jan 15. Jan 14,2021 wrote again requesting information about my order on Jan 22,2021 and demanding action and warning of complaining to *** and *** if action don't take place on their part. Got no response on the matter, just an automatic email stating a *** will contact me. June 26,2021 wrote again. Received an automatic answer again. No *** had contact me still and it's January 28,2021.
