Edwin Novel Jewelry Design review: Counterfeit! Ripoff!! No refund will ever be issued!!!

I spent $1,550.00 buying what I thought was Beautiful Jewelry as shown online. My items were not delivered in a timely fashion, and I got nervous & requested a refund. They told me that my shipment had to be handcrafted and that’s what was taking so long and it would be another two weeks. I told them no thank you and ask for a refund and the next day my shipment arrived in an overnight delivery. I opened the package and the diamonds were cloudy. I did not believe they were real, so I took them to a state certified appraiser who told me that they were. “Real” but they were not jewelry grade diamonds. They were industrial grade diamonds, and they did not meet the AGA counterfeit certification that was sent with them. I immediately requested a refund which I never received. It has been over a year now and still no refund. I encourage all consumers to only buy from a trusted company that they know and have done business with in the past.
