Einstein Bros Bagels review: coupon redemption and product availability

Todays I was told by "mike" at the store that I could not redeem my 2 free bagel coupon because my purchase was a rewards bakers dozen. I would have to make an addition full price purchase to receive my 2 free bagels for taking my time to do your survey. this requirement was unknown to me and did not appear on the email sent to me. I have also note that both this store and the one in ft lauderdale on federal highway do not have a full selection of favorite bagels on mondays after 12:30 even though locations are open till 2 pm. Also clerk that attended me first today told me to come back in 45 minutes because they were out of bagels that's when mike came over and said no 5 minutes we will have everything bagels and sesame

I do not feel like a valued customer and feel the corporate must not be supporting the stores well enough to wish to honor rewards and coupons.

I think this is a poor way to do business and will share that with everyone i know
