My name is Editha Adams, I'm in San Diego airport. a frequent flyer and I always buy a breakfast at your location at the airport. This morning Jennifer is a cashier. I ordered spinach, cheese and eggs bagel. So she asked my name and hand out my credit card to her and saying my name is on the card. She gave me a look and a long face kind of intimidated myself. She snob while she is opening the cashier and handing out my receipt to sign. She never smile and never say thank you, It seems like she is so mad and not passionate on her job. She called the next customer and i was observing her looking back on me looking so insulted, because when the other male worker are calling handing the bagels, she only put my name as an "E" so I don't know who he is calling. They gave me a wrong bagel and there is no supervisor on site.03/18/18-6:00 am Einstein Bagel San Diego Airport California.

I ordered a jalepeno cheddar bagel with onion cream cheese at the Dubuque Iowa, Wacker Drive location. When I opened the bagel to eat it there was a big lump on the corner of the bagel, it was burnt and covered in cream cheese. I almost continued to eat it thinking it was a jalepeno or an imperfection in the bagel but when I looked closer it was wax paper. There was a wad of toasted wax paper that had been spread in with the cream cheese that I almost ate!

The bagels are old and the employees are rude, this place is horrible. They will be slow. They will mess up your order. Order it with butter? That'll be 30 minutes without butter. Order two that'll be one bagel that isn't what ordered. A pretzel bag, a plain bagel with salt. Unacceptable how bad this store.

This particular store appears to be dirty and the food is not fresh at all. I would advise from going here, the bagels are not anything special and just cheap and vomit inducing.

I recently found a filled out Dozen Dozen Card for 13th Dozen free.
I went to two Einstein in Las Vegas and was told that this card is no longer honored. However there is no expiration date on the card and I was told to contact Headquarters.

I have eaten at Einstein for years and I love the Senior discount. If you can accommodate me by providing me a free Einstein Gift card in compensation for the Dozen Dozen card. I would be most appreciative.

Filthy Einstein Bros Bagel at 1500 West Avenue in Miami Beach Florida. Homeless just sitting inside, not purchasing anything, taking up space and charging their cell phone. Filthy floors, dust everywhere, dirty tables/chairs and filthy bathrooms. Standing water under the counter. No mats on the floor behind counter. Counters dirty/messy. Need new management. Phone ringing and no one behind the counter for 5 mins. I will notify the Health Board if you don't take action immediately !

I'm a student at the University of Cincinnati. While walking to class, I was in the crosswalk and a foreign male catering driver came inches from hitting me with the company car while looking down at his phone. He proceeded to roll down his window and said "[censor] you" to me and sped off. I had the right of way as he was turning left and failed to yield.

I placed an order 10 minutes before restaurant closing and the manager, Santos, said there was only 1 egg so I couldn't have an egg sandwich. I ordered something else. When the food was ready, he just dropped my bag on the counter without saying anything and walked away. I check that my order was complete and as I was walking out the door, he shut the lights and blasted his radio.

I went to The Ohio State campus location off of Neil ave. Columbus, Ohio I ordered the Smoked Salmon Bagel and i asked for it to be toasted. Due to the leak coming from the ceiling i did not stand and watch my bagel be made. When i got back to my office to eat my bagel it was not toasted. i am very unsatisfied and upset that i paid $7 for something i no longer want. I do not have time to go back to Einstein to get a replacement at the moment. Very dissappointed...

I can't believe a great operation can be so greedy as to cancel the senior citizen discount
I'm sure the gain from this will be even out by
seniors not eating there, that's a disgrace to us, bad judgement.
Seniors live on a tight budget and it just makes it impossible to afford the goods without the discount, I see lots of seniors visiting the stores but after this raise who knows

Today 6/28/17, this morning, I stopped by at the Einstein Bagels for a coffee and my usual sandwich Spinach, mushroom and swiss on an everything bagel. I came to my office to have my breakfast, I had the first half and when I bit into the second I noticed something that was sticking out on top of my bagel (looks like a bug with a hair on it) I immediately started throwing up.
