At the las Vegas international airport on
Dec 24, I ordered a chai latte, waited 10 mins while they served everyone that was in line behind me. I finally asked for a refund, as it appeared they didn't want to serve me. At that point one gentleman finally asked the other employee what I was waiting for. They then made the worst chai latte. Very disappointed in this store.

First, I go there and as I'm ordering I felt a little rushed. I asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese like I do all the time. I was charged for cream cheese as well. When I go to eat my bagel there's nothing on it. Gross. What a terrible start to a morning. I need my money because that was a complete waste of money and time
I was in your store today on Yosemite and Arapahoe in Greenwood Village. It's November 4th and you're playing Christmas music over the intercom system. It's almost 2 months from Christmas Day! I hate that you are rushing the holidays!
I will not be coming back to Einstein's until after the New Year.
I frequent the Einstien Bagels in Pasadena. I recently notice a change in mangement. This person doesnt know how to run your store. I've managed bagel stores before, and let me tell you, when you start having 10 customers walk out of the store something is wrong. 10 customers will turn to 100 by tomorrow. Please investigate your new management.
It took over 7 minutes for someone to get on drive thru order box to take my order...ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE...
The coffee at your store in Blue Diamond is always cold why? The service is marginal.Do not hold the staff responsible but the manager.
On the morning of September 18th, 2022, we ordered Einstein Bros Bagels through Doordash.

I just received an email from Einstein's stating that I had 415 points to use. However, when my wife and I was at the Einstein's at Vero Beach, FL (store #4040), I was told that I did not have any points.

I have filled out the form twice once 6 months ago and last week when it happened again. A bakers dozen is 13 bagels I got 12 both times.
There is no phone number to speak to customer service.
