On may 22nd 2024 at approximately between 7:30 - 8:00 am i visited the einstein bros bagel store in poway,ca at the address 15721 Bernardo Heights Pkwy, Ste G, Rancho Bernardo, CA. I ordered 2 bagels, 1 coffee and 1 small ice mocha. I noticed after a while that the young woman that took my order at the cash register was getting other customers coffes and iced drinks but not mine. i gave her the benefit of the doubt because it was obvious the staff was super busy with the morning rush. so i waited. and waited. after 20 min, i waited for their to be a break in the line so i can tell her i never received my drink, i did and all she says is, " shes going to get to it when she can" thats all?! i thought she would apologize at least and give it to me right away,she was free and standing at the register. i was running late to wokr at this point and so out of rustration and the fact the store kept getting more and more full, i left in utter frustrartion. it was obvious that the staff had put their top priority on their online orders instead of the physycal customers in the store, and secondly they where obviously severely understaffed. 3 people for a early morning lunch rush? really?! what kind of logic is that?! I was so angry and sad at the whole situation, That i personally plan to boycott Einstein bros bagesl and will tell everyone i come in contact with to stay far away becaue they have NO idea how to treat customers or run a resteraunt porperly.
