I just had a new Hunter Douglas cellular blind installed on my patio door from Elite Shutters it is beautiful thanks to our representative, Nancy Owens, she helped us choose the right color, and blind that looks perfect. I highly recommend Nancy to anyone wanting to make a change to their windows or door coverings, you won't regret it. The installers were so polite, very clean, just a great experience from the whole team, thank you Elite Shutters & Blinds and Nancy Owens.

I am 100% satisfied with Elite Shutters & Blinds. Diane came out, recommended the size and color, measured, ordered, and they were installed on time. The installer also did a great job! We got plantation shutters in our living room and bedroom. We also did a roll up shade in our laundry closet because the bifold door didn't work with the new size washer/drier. That is an expensive option considering, but it works and looks terrific. I recommend Elite Shutters and Blinds and Diane.

We couldn't be happier. Elite Shutters & Blinds is so knowledgeable about the products and helped us choose the right window coverings for our entire home, which is *** square feet. If a call is placed for service they are out quickly and are prompt and handle it all with ease and a smile! Elite Shutters & Blinds is the way to go! The entire team is amazing, professional, and have great expertise. The representative came out, took measurements for our new build home, took his time and the entire process was seamless from there. We got the best shutters in the neighborhood and great blinds as well. Highly recommend. Great products, great install, good quality service. Elite Shutters & Blinds is a Rock Star! She is a very knowledgeable resource who consulted with us on selecting the perfect cellular shades for our new home. We needed 21 window treatments for Energy efficiency and privacy. Her installation team was professional and went above and beyond to help us set up the Powerview applications on our phones. The team at the home office is friendly and kept us in the communication loop. We are very satisfied customers that would highly recommend Elite Shutters & Blinds, and everyone on their team.

Over the last four years, I have replaced my blinds with shutters. This year I replaced a regular vertical for my slider with a Normal Smartdrape. I love it! It dresses up my eating area and allows us to enjoy the trees and flowers in the yard. At night there is compete privacy. My dog loves that he can walk through the drape and Smartdrape is easy to clean. Elite Shutters & Blinds has made great suggestions and is always so helpful. The company, Elite Shutters & Blinds, and the installers are very customer focused. It is a pleasure to do business with Elite Shutters and Blinds.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience, from beginning to end. Elite Shutters & Blinds came to our house with samples and answered all of our questions. We placed our order that day for 2-inch blinds for the bedrooms windows and plantation shutters for our office and living room windows. All of our product has been installed and we are absolutely thrilled with the look and the quality. They listened to my vision and provided great products that matched that vision. More importantly, they made recommendations regarding design and installation options that I would never have thought of on my own. I know that these ideas created a final result that was even better than I imagined. Wow! Elite Shutters & Blinds was incredible! I purchased shutters and drop down shades and I am very pleased with the products. I had two different sets of installers in my home and was blow away with them. They noticed a problem with my shutter's finish after installation and brought it to my attention right away. Then they took the initiative to make the phone call needed to replace part of the frame. All four of the installers I met were professional, polite and took the time to explain my window coverings before they left. It is so hard to find companies that appreciate your business and give this kind of service anymore!

First of all, I would like to thank our Salesman John for taking great care of us from the time he visited our home with his presentation until completion. The shutters were ordered in late August and were received earlier than expected. The installer Mike was professional and did an amazing job on the installation. We have 3 more windows that we will be ordering in the near future. We are so happy that we made the right choice for selecting Elite Shutters. Elite Shutters & Blinds is a great place to do business. We used them 12 years ago when we first moved into our home & again this past Oct when we decided to purchase additional shutters. Sarah was our sales person and it was such a wonderful experience to work with her. She was able to answer all my questions & made good suggestions when I needed her help. She followed up when needed & even returned my calls while she was on vacation, which could have waited till she returned. I would work with her again in a heartbeat! We love our shutters & will recommend your company to anyone who is looking for window coverings. I had a great experience with Elite shutters. I obtained three quotes from different vendors and requested a second visit from John, our salesperson (and owner) who kindly returned to answer follow-up questions. I then visited a showroom and again had great customer service. I considered this purchase a pretty significant investment in my home and John really seemed to appreciate this and patiently answered a barrage of questions. His quote stood out for being easy to understand with no gimmicks which it seems are common in this industry. He had great suggestions based on popular brands/products and his experience. He knew his products very well. My order arrived ahead of time and his install and scheduling teams were great to work with. I also feel like Elite offers great value having shopped around extensively. Highly recommend!
