We got new blinds put in last year in spring 2020. Everything went smooth with the whole thing. The estimate and install were both great. The blinds work good too.

i called these guys up for a quote and Fabrizio came over. he was on time and acted like a real pro. he gave us some great ideas for what we needed and was really easy to talk to. he knew his stuff and was super helpful.

Don't buy from Palace Interior Design, Inc. Their stuff is no good. My zebra blind broke like it was made of paper just 3 years after I bought it. They sent some guy over to try and sell me a new one for $200. Seems like they're in the business of selling bad quality stuff that needs to be replaced every 3 years.

Stay away from Palace Interior! They got the worst customer service I ever seen in my life. They always be lying when you call them for an update on your order. And when they make an appointment to install, they don't show up or call. And then they tell you the order ain't even ready yet. Don't use Palace Interiors, go with someone else and save yourself the headache.

This place is a total disaster. They came to my house and showed me some really nice blinds. I gave them some money, but then they disappeared. Nobody has talked to me about my blinds. I tried to get in touch with them, but they never answered. I even went to my bank to complain, but they said that the company had already talked to me. That's a lie! These people are so unprofessional. I gave them my money on September 15th, and they were supposed to come back on October 20th to install the blinds, but they never showed up. The boss hasn't even called me to say sorry. I found a better company that actually cares about their customers. I'm going to sue these guys.
These guys are a mess
These guys are a mess. They say one thing on the radio, but when you go to buy, they charge you five times more. The price on their website is also a lie, they show you one price but then they charge you something totally different. And don't even get me started on the installation time. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, but it's been almost 5 weeks and they still haven't done anything. They took my deposit (which was half the total cost) and then didn't deliver. That's a breach of contract, and I could sue them if I wanted to. But the worst part is their customer service. They lie to your face and don't care about your problems. I talked to a nice lady named *** today, but when I asked to speak to her boss, they said he was in a meeting. Yeah right, more lies. My advice to anyone looking for curtains is to stay away from these guys. They should be called Palace Lies, not Palace Interior Design.

Don't buy window blinds, shades, or verticals from Palace Interiors! They're the worst company I've ever dealt with! The salesman was good, but everything went downhill from there.
The contract says installation can take up to 20 business days, but it's been 25 days and still no installation. They were supposed to install today between 9:00 am and 12 noon, but no one called, so I had to call them. They said the installer had an emergency and couldn't install anything that day. They said someone else would come at 4:00 pm to install ours.
At 4:30 pm, no one had come or called, so I called the company again. They said the installer was finishing up a job nearby and would come to install ours after that. But at 5:30 pm, they called to say the installer had an accident on the last job and couldn't install ours. They rescheduled for Monday.
This is a terrible company, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Sales guy *** is a liar, he'll say anything to make a sale. I was looking for shades for my house and asked what they had to offer. He said they could install them in 15 days. In the contract, he wrote "INSTALLED 10-15 DAYS". I called on the 20th day to ask why no one had contacted me. The person on the phone was rude and said I had to wait 20 days. When I said 20 days had passed, she got rude again. Five days later, I called again to get my money back because I only chose *** because he guaranteed 15 days.
The installation guy came over and put up the shades, but the measurements were wrong. I called the office and was transferred to ***, who said another sales guy could come to my house, but the shades wouldn't be ready for another "week".
All I asked was for my mother's money back. She's retired and just wanted to make her new house look nice. The shades she had before were broken by the installation guy, so he could install the new ones. The same day, I had to go to Home Depot to buy shades to cover the windows.
If a contract says 15 days, do it in 15 days. Don't lie to an elderly woman just to make a sale. Honesty would have been appreciated. Please give her money back since no work was done in 15 days.

This company is a complete disaster. I would give them a big fat zero if I could. The only good thing was the guy who came to my house to show me the blinds. But after that, it was a nightmare. It took forever to get the blinds because of COVID, which I get. But then I had to call them a million times to get the installer to come out. And then, on the day of the appointment, they called to say my bedroom blinds weren't ready. What the heck?! So they finally came the next day and installed most of the house, but not my bedroom. And one of the blinds had a hole in it! Fast forward a month and I still hadn't heard from them about my bedroom blinds. I was so over it, but I had to call them again. The installer came out and didn't even know how to install the blinds properly. He took them with him and they called me two days later asking if they should cut them. Um, no! So he came back and finally installed everything, but they didn't bring the remote for the blinds. I had to call and deal with some lady who didn't care about my complaints. Don't use this company. They have terrible customer service and are completely incompetent. Check Yelp before you go with them.

Stay away from Palace Interior Design, Inc. They don't care about their customers. The salesperson was nice, but everything went downhill from there. On the day of installation, the installer missed a piece and didn't put the little side pieces on any of the windows. On the second visit, the installer only brought the long piece and was missing the whole window. The customer service department was disrespectful and I had to schedule a third visit at their convenience. The installer was a no-show on the third visit and the admins mocked me on the phone. On the fourth visit, the blinds were too short and the little side pieces were still not fixed. On the fifth visit, some of the blinds were hard to open. The installer fixed everything, but there was a disagreement in credit and the office admin threatened to remove all the blinds for a $3.50 disagreement. This company needs more competent employees and I asked to speak to the owner, but they wouldn't let me.

Got these vertical blinds put in by Palace Interior Design on 12/8. They said they'd give me a warranty for a year. But then last Friday, the thing that holds the blind in place in my daughter's room broke. I sent them some pictures and tried calling and emailing them a bunch of times. Finally, they told me that I'd have to pay $75.00 for gas if I wanted someone to come out and fix it. But the warranty doesn't say anything about that kind of fee, and it's supposed to cover the clasps too.

My windows were a mess until I found Palace Interior Design, Inc. They fixed my vertical windows so the sun doesn't come in anymore. My bedroom was also a problem, but they fixed that too. The installers were really nice and knew what they were doing. I saw some reviews that said the venetian blinds didn't close right, but I didn't have that problem. I'm really happy with the work they did.
Job wasn't done right
Job wasn't done right. One of the blind supports is gone or maybe busted and now there's a hole in the middle. Same thing happened with the old ones. That's why I paid for new ones, but now I'm stuck with the same issue. I'll call tomorrow, but they don't even pick up when they see my number and think it's trouble. Service for customers is bad.

I got some window stuff for 4 windows from Palace Interior Design, Inc. They put up a shade that wasn't as good as the one they showed me before. They also put up some blinds on the 3 front windows that had black lines to block out light. But they didn't all match up and there was a gap of an inch where you could see inside. The stripes didn't match either. The shades weren't measured right and you could see inside along the sides. The whole point of getting window stuff is for privacy, but these didn't do that at all.

Also, the motorized shade doesn't stop hard. I paid for everything already. I called Maria more than 8 times from September to November, but she didn't send anyone to help. She said she would call me back, but she never did. I had to call her every time. I asked to talk to the boss, ***, but she didn't answer. I bought everything on December 26, and they installed it on January 11. I first told them about the problem in February . I asked for help on April 27, September 22, September 23, September 30, October 8, October 22, October 26, and November 3. On November 3, I asked to talk to the boss. It's November 10 now, and I still haven't heard back.

I had a lot of problems with Palace Interior Design, Inc. I ordered some Fabric Zebra Shades for my sliding doors in September and was told they would be installed by October. But when the delivery guy came on October 13, he didn't have any blinds and "THOUGHT HE WAS to FIX" A problem. They finally installed them on October 14, but a few days later, one of the blinds started making a LOUD SQUEAKING NOISE. I had to make several calls before they finally came back on November 12 and said the motor was faulty and needed to be replaced. They promised to bring new blinds in a week, but it took them until December 8 to set up a delivery. And then they didn't show up! They rescheduled twice and the girls in the office were no help. They put me on hold forever and made up stories. I asked to speak with the owner, MAGBIEL O, but was told he had covid and never got a call back. They finally came on December 15 with wrinkled blinds and the motor still making noise. The guy didn't speak English and just used a screwdriver to temporarily fix the noise. But within days, the other blind started making the same noise and the wrinkles never came out. This company has very poor service and quality blinds. Don't shop with them!

I had a bad experience with Palace Interior Design, Inc. I had trouble with customer service and communication. I ordered "zebra" blinds for $909.50 in October and had problems with them in June . I called and emailed about the issues, but had trouble getting a response. When I finally got in touch with someone, they were rude and unhelpful. They charged me $35 to send a technician to fix the blinds and then tried to charge me $180 to replace them. They also accused me of causing the problem, even though it was a defect in the material. Eventually, they agreed to fix the blinds for free and scheduled an installation for July 2nd. However, when the installers came, they didn't have the blind and had to reschedule. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service I received from Palace Interior Design, Inc.
