This website, Linenlooks, is nothing but a complete garbage dump. They aren't worth your time or money for sure. Their sizing is absolutely wrong! I ordered an XXL tank top that was supposed to be smaller than a medium, but when I received it, it was so small that even my tiny granddaughter couldn't fit in it. So irritating and a total waste of money. If you're thinking of purchasing from this so-called website, I suggest you STOP and look for other options elsewhere. Their products are totally different from what's advertised. Apart from the messed-up sizing, their fabric is cheap and covered in pills. What a horrible experience dealing with Linenlooks. Don't fall for their deceitful photos.

I ain't kidding, I was disappointed when I finally got the dress I ordered from Linenlooks. I had ordered it on March 17th, but it got to me on June 8th. I mean what in the world were they doing? Did they stretch the fabric out by hand or did they pick the slowest snail in the world to deliver it? I was looking forward to my new floral print button front dress, but when I opened the package, it was all smashed up like it was stuck in a closet for days. That made me so frustrated!

Now, the dress itself was supposed to be made of a cotton poly blend, but I think they used more of the 'poly' part if you know what I mean. It definitely didn't feel like it had much cotton in it. When I put it on, it just sagged on me like a rag and the belt was more leather-ish than leather. It was tan alright, but I could tell it was cheap quality leather.

The dress barely unfolded when I took it out of the package. It looked all wrinkled up and nasty. And when I tried it on, I couldn't believe how crappy the fabric was. I mean, come on, I paid good money for this and what I got was a cheaply thrown together dress. I wouldn't say that it was worth my time or money, let alone the long wait and the anticipation that built up in those three months.

I have to say, there's no way I would ever order from Linenlooks again. I mean, what's the point, if what you get is a nasty, old wrinkled dress that doesn't even feel right on your skin? Nope, I ain't going to give them another chance to mess me around like this. So, sorry Linenlooks, I will recommend to anyone NOT to order from you.

I recently made my very first purchase from Linenlooks and I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. I ordered a belt but when I received it, it was not at all what I had ordered. It appeared to be a cheap knockoff made of low-quality plastic and macrame.

I immediately reached out to their customer service department in hopes of getting the correct item sent to me, but the process was an absolute nightmare. They initially asked for my order number, but even after providing that information, I never received a response back from them.

I continued to try and reach out to their customer service, but to no avail. I even attempted to attach my receipt and a picture of the incorrect item to help with my request, but the website would not allow me to do so due to pixel size restrictions.

Overall, I would absolutely not recommend purchasing anything from Linenlooks. The quality of their products is extremely poor and their customer service is non-existent. There are far better companies out there who value their customers and provide a quality experience. Save your money and don't waste your time dealing with this company.

I gotta say, folks, don't bother with Linenlooks. This site is not what it claims to be, no way, no how. They've got products up for sale that just aren't real - trust me, I ordered one and what I got was a cheap knock-off that barely even resembled what I thought I was buying. I recently bought some gloves from Linenlooks, a company that sells various items online. My intention was to buy a nice pair of gloves for a man, as I was super excited to gift it to someone special. However, things didn't go smoothly as planned. To my surprise, I received a paper-thin, low-quality product that wasn't even close to what I had ordered. (The second photo shows the actual product I received.)

After sending an email to the company to express my concerns, I was told that they were facing some issues due to COVID-19 and were unable to source the required materials. They also asked me to bear the shipping fee for sending the product back to them. I found it strange and inconvenient as they hadn't even inquired if the wrong product they sent was acceptable to me.

What's even more surprising was the fact that they acknowledged that the item I received wasn't the one I had ordered. Instead of offering an immediate resolution, they sent me a different product entirely, which was not what I wanted in the first place. Later on, they offered me an option to keep what I received and refund only 20% of the amount I had paid. I refused this offer.

The worst part was that even after weeks of waiting, I didn't receive any response from the company regarding an immediate refund for the product I didn't even have. It was incredibly frustrating dealing with them, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with Linenlooks.

It's important to mention that Linenlooks is an alias for Xi An Hui Xin Gong Chuang Co., Ltd. So, beware of this company and choose wisely before making any purchases.

Honestly, I gotta tell ya, this whole thing was a real drag. Like, I spent a heck of a lot of time and energy for basically nothing. To start off, I ordered from Linenlooks (linenlooks.com), thinking I was getting a good deal on some cool products. But boy, was I in for a rude awakening.

They even switched to a new account with a different gmail address, but PayPal totally let it slide. And get this – that "new" gmail address was actually used in my claim! Like, seriously, what gives?

Anyway, I guess the lesson learned here is to be super careful about buying from sketchy websites. I don't think I'll ever try to return anything to a seller based in China again. And don't even get me started on how disappointed I am with PayPal's support process. It's really a shame when you realize that just because a site takes PayPal doesn't mean it's legit OR that your purchase is protected.

TLDR: Don't waste your time or money on Linenlooks. The package tracking was a joke, PayPal didn't have my back, and the whole experience was just frustrating.

I ordered clothes from Linenlooks in March 2020. It's now been months and I still haven't received my items! I tried to get in touch with their customer service through email, but I haven't received any response. I spent a total of $98, so it's really disappointing to not have any update on my order.

When I first made my purchase, Linenlooks sent me an email confirming my order and saying they'll notify me once it's shipped. I was really excited about my purchases since I ordered 3/4 Sleeve Patchwork Casual Round Neck Dresses, Women Casual Printed Dress Round Neck Summer Shift Holiday Beach Dresses, 2019 Floral Printed Loose Beach Long Cardigan, and Pockets Natural Casual Plain Linen Pants. But now, I'm just frustrated about not getting any follow-up.

I live in Golden Valley, Minnesota, and I provided both billing and shipping addresses. I chose free shipping, which was available for orders over $69. I paid via PayPal, so I expected a smooth transaction. But now, I feel like I wasted my money and time.

I really hope Linenlooks can improve their customer service and fulfill their promises. I understand that there may be delays due to the current situation, but I at least want to be updated and informed. As a customer, I deserve to receive what I paid for.

So, I got myself some clothes from Linenlooks.com and let me tell you, it was a nightmare! Firstly, they took my money and never delivered my stuff, not cool! Secondly, when I tried contacting them for an explanation, no one bothered to respond. I was livid!

At this point, I thought I'd been conned but weeks later, I received an email with a "tracking number," which was obviously total BS! I was sceptical to say the least.

Alas, my package finally arrived after a long wait and I was surprised at the quality of the clothes. I had ordered a Summer Autumn Women Casual Solid Color Short Sleeve Cotton Linen Dress, a 2021 New Sleeveless Pocket Solid Loose Linen Cotton Maxi Dress, and a Summer Sexy Backless Sleeveless Loose Dress. They were all very stylish and appeared to be very durable too.

The dresses looked so beautiful and I couldn’t wait to wear them, but I never expected that I'd have to anxiously wait for delivery for weeks. Still, I'm happy my clothes eventually arrived even though it took so much longer than expected and no one bothered to communicate with me.

All in all, I'd recommend Linenlooks.com but with reservations. They have some beautiful clothes but they need to work on their customer service skills, communication and delivery times.

So I looked up Linenlooks and placed an order for six items. But when I received them, none of them were what I expected! I mean, look at the attached picture. It's plain ridiculous! I immediately contacted the website three times, asking for their returns address (which wasn't even on the site!) and even included a pdf to show them the problems. But they responded with a weak excuse, trying to convince me that their linen clothing was "the best." Really now?

So I had to open a complaint with PayPal, in hopes of getting my money back. But after all their back-and-forth, PayPal told me I had to ship the items all the way back to China. The original payment was $133, but shipping it back using usps cost me $43. I was devastated. But since PayPal had already frozen my refund amount in the vendor's account, I decided to take a chance and hope for the best.

My experience with Linenlooks has been a total nightmare. I placed my order on January 4th, and only received my items on February 3rd. It was only then that I realized how terrible the quality was. I reported them to PayPal on February 9th, but they didn't respond until February 14th! Their response was feeble and unconvincing. They even had the nerve to say that they had sent me everything as I had ordered it! Can you believe that?

After I shipped the items back to them on March 6th, I tried to post proof of shipping on the PayPal site. But for some reason, the site wouldn't allow me to upload it. I had to call and email PayPal multiple times, until I finally got the proof accepted. But since then, their date of promised resolution has been moving later and later. Today it moved to March 29th! I don't know if I'll ever get my money back.

I just hope that other people learn from my mistake, and review sites more carefully before ordering. Trust me, you don't want to go through what I did.

So I was stoked to get my hands on some sweet clothes from Linenlooks. It took like 5 long months to get my order, which was a bummer but dude, we all know the pandemic has messed up shipping times. So, when I finally did get my order, I was bummed to say the least. The clothes were all kinds of messed up! Out of the 5 blouses I ordered, only one was even close to what I had picked out. The colors, neck styles, and embroidery were all janked up, like they just grabbed whatever they had lying around and threw it in a box. It was all kinds of disappointing because this was supposed to be quality stuff, you know?

But the real cherry on top of this mangled order? Linenlooks hasn't even answered my emails about returning this garbage! Seriously, what kind of biz doesn't stand by their products? I definitely won't be ordering from these guys again, and you shouldn't either. Keep it movin', folks.
