What a delightful experience. Kim taught us about window treatments and guided us through the process. Delivery was prompt installation by 2 men who were polite, neat, and very thorough. Explained proper way to use the blinds. I highly recommend this company.

Ginger is an outstanding sales person. She takes time and care with each client to make sure the order is perfect. She will come out and do a measurement & then come out during install to make sure everything is just right. The installers are outstanding, professionals. Highly recommend this organization.

The plantation shudders I they installed look perfect. Did FaceTime with Kim and she did a visual presentation which was great since we were 1400 miles apart. I met her after I closed and she brought all the fabrics we discussed, took measurements and beat a competitor's price by $1K. Kim told me up front the product would take 4-6 weeks and sure enough, 5 weeks from order my beautiful shades were installed today, look stunning, I'm extremely satisfied. Very professional installment also

We purchased plantation shutters for our home and were very pleased with the experience of working with Ginger. She made it so easy and we felt comfortable knowing we had the right product. At Home Blinds & Decor has a beautiful showroom. We returned for window treatments for our bedrooms and once again Ginger helped make our selections beautiful and affordable. There is a reason I am a repeat customer with At Home Blinds & Decor. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE :) Ginger worked with me on my (large) master bedroom power shade. Although it took quite some time for the blind to come in (that is with most things these days...). I received frequent updates from AHB&D. Ginger arranged for temporary shades to be installed (tape up paper blinds). The shade was installed yesterday & definitely worth the wait. Love the shade and enjoy working with Ginger :)

If you want the best experience with a company, that is knowledgeable about their product, and thoughtful about their customers, that would be At Home Blinds and Decor. From the time the salesman Max walked into my home with books of samples and measuring equipment, I knew it would be a good experience. I picked out the Hunter Douglas Blinds I wanted, Max measured the sliding glass doors.
He gave me a price which I knew was fair (comparison shopped)
Within a few weeks Jeff and his assistant Chris were at my home installing the blinds, in an hour they were hung and the area they were working in cleaned, vacuumed, and they were on their way. To tell you that I'm HAPPY with the service they gave is an understatement
All companies should have the service and integrity that At Home Blinds and Decor has shown.

My husband and I had the most incredible experience with At Home Blinds & Decor of Fort Myers. We needed blinds for our lanai. I went online to find places that might fit our needs. The first place we went to was At Home Blinds & Decor. When we walked into their showroom, I knew we need not go anywhere else. Their show room was filled with so many beautiful choices of window treatments; the quality of each was top-notch. We talked with Ginger and made an appointment for her to come to our condo to measure and look at samples. Ginger was so much fun to work with! She was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. She shared her thoughts and ideas, which were perfect for our needs. Today, our blinds were installed. The two installers were courteous, professional, and kind. They certainly knew how to install blinds. Their work was perfect and exceptional. On top of that, they fixed a problem that wasn't even related to why they were there and didn't charge us a penny. They were happy to help us. We are very thankful to have worked with a business that maintains the highest level of professionalism and integrity. We absolutely love our blinds and experience from beginning to end. If you are looking for window treatments, do yourself a favor and stop in to see Ginger and the incredible window treatments that fill the rooms. You won't be disappointed!
