I ordered blinds for 11 windows on August 24 and paid $4,373.00 down payment. I have had nothing but excuses about the delivery of the blinds I ordered. They finally installed 2 blinds out of the 11 ordered and cannot tell me when the other blinds will be installed. After all this time I want to cancel this order and have my money -- that they have had for 9 weeks. I have asked them for a refund but got no response.

They were rude over the phone when we called to attempt to schedule a date for our blind installation. Every time we call to attempt to scheduled they say the person will call back or just let and no one calls us back. We are feeling that they took our money and have no intention on providing our goods. Can you please help us.

BEEN LIED TOO MULTIPLE TIMES WITH REASONS FOR INCOMPLETE INSTALL AND CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS. NO RETURN PHONE CALLS. MISSED DAYS FROM WORK AFTER BEING TOLD JOB WOULD BE FINISHED IN 1 DAY. INSTALLERS NOT TO HAVE NECESSARY PRODUCTS. LAST SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED WE WERE TOLD DUE TO ILLNESS. TODAY WE WERE TOLD THAT WAS A LIE THAT OUR MATERIALS ARE ON THE DELIVERY TRUCK. (BEEN TOLD THIS MULTIPLE TIMES SINCE MAY) WE DO NOT BELIEVE OR TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. I STRONGLY FEEL THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF SCAM ARTIST.

We placed an order with Beltway Blinds on August28th, 2020 for 25 window treatments (shades/blinds). At the time of the order, we provided a deposit of $6600 (half of final purchase price). We were told to expect delivery and installation within 3-6 weeks. This timeline is also reflected in the contract. We have contacted the company approximately every other week since the end of October. Each time we contact them, the representative on the phone looks up the anticipated delivery date -- which each time has involved additional delays. We believe this delay is unreasonable. We are losing confidence that the blinds will ever be delivered and installed. We have not received any feedback from management apologizing for the delays or assuring us of a reliable expected delivery date. At this stage, the company has held our $6600 deposit for four months with no delivery or reasonable expectation of delivery. We believe holding the deposit without delivery or reasonable expectation thereof, no promised delivery date, and no offer of reduced charges as a result of the delay are unsound business practices.

On 8/24 Jonathan P came out to provide estimate on our horizontal and vertical blind. We ordered 21 horizontal and 1 Vertical blind. Jonathan did well with getting everything setup. Fast forward to installation, the team came out and installed all of the horizontal blinds and when looking at the sliding glass door they noticed that the order was wrong they ordered horizontal blinds for a sliding glass door which clearly stated Vertical blind add Palladium Shelf, Leave Transom exposed this was all on the paper work that we signed. On 11/5 the installer returned to replace a blind in my sons room and install the Vertical blind. When the installer begin to install the blind he stated the blind was to short. I told him it was not supposed to cover the Transom. He stated that it did not come with the right mounting brackets. Also I asked him where is the Palladium shelf. He stated its not on the order. At that time I had him stop and leave it how it was. I called several times to get this resolved, and i was supposed to get a return call by 11/9 to make sure everything was right. I still never received a call as of 11/12. I called Beltway blinds on 11/13 at 9:01am and the gentlemen stated that he will look into everything and give me call. I have paid 5400.00 thus far, I have held 400.00 because of the issue with the blinds and have not signed anything saying it is completed.

I ordered blinds from this company on 9/18. I understood that my order would be installed within 4 to 6 weeks. By 10/24 no one from this company had called to give me an update on my order. I reached out to my sales rep numerous times and never got an answer or return call. I finally got in touch with someone in the service department who told me that there was some issue that caused my order to be delayed and that it was re-ordered on 10/20. I was understandably upset since I had been waiting over a month already. I wanted to cancel my order but the company wouldn't let me. Finally the sales manager CJ called me to let me know that my blinds would be in on 11/3 and apologized for the poor customer service and miscommunication. He said that he would call me to schedule installation, but he never did. I had to contact the company myself on 11/9 to schedule. The installers were nice enough guys, but the blinds were not what I expected. They did not function or fit inside my windows the way the sales rep told me they would. I had them stop the installation and take the blinds with them. I do not want to do business with this company. I feel I'm entitled to a refund since I did not receive my blinds within 4-6 weeks and because the sales rep was not knowledgeable enough to tell me exactly what I was ordering. The contract itself is misleading. You're only allowed three days to cancel an order by mail. I had no intention of cancelling my order until I was informed that a month later my order was still being filled. At this point I am wondering if Beltway blinds is an actual company or just a group of guys reselling and installing blinds from a factory in China. Nothing seems legit about the way they do business.

I had the salesman from Beltway Blinds into my home On Monday, October 5th. After meeting with other companies as well, I chose to do business with Beltway Blinds. Within a week of our initial meeting, I paid a 50% deposit ($2323). Just before Thanksgiving, I was contacted by Beltway Blinds and told my order would be installed the week between Christmas and the New year. I would be contacted, the install would be scheduled. I never heard from them, and finally the first week of 2021, I contacted them and was told my product was in. The put me on hold to schedule my installation, and after a very long wait, I was disconnected. This happened twice. I finally called my Salesman, who said he would take care of it. A day later, Beltway Blinds contacted me to say that only part of my order was in, and they would come and install my shades in the sunroom. When they did finally come, the installers, put my product up off center, the shades on the door, interfere with the door operation, and two of the shades are damaged. However, they collected an additional $1000 from me. Stating they would reorder the damaged product. In the meantime, I asked the original salesman to come back to the home. He told me he probably should have explained that the shades dont really work on the door, and he talked me into putting shutters on the door, instead of the shades, which he told me would be less expensive anyway. At that time, I was also considering a whole new purchase because I didn't love the color - and since they had to reorder for 2 window anyway, and I was now going to get shutters instead of shades on the doors, and he told me this could be worked out. Someone came out to measure for the shutters, and again at that time, I was told that the Shutters from my original order, were in, and she did not understand why I had not been contacted for the installation. SO - I am left with my sunroom, with 2 damaged shades and no word from Beltway Blinds. I never received any of my shutters.

Hello all, My name is *** I have a serious complaint with Beltway Blinds. On January 18 a service Rep. came to my house to discuss me getting some blinds for my living and dinning room. The service rep. took measurement of 7 windows and 1 patio door we went over the color blinds that I wanted, he showed me all blinds I asked him I wanted motorized remote control blinds he stated he had them and it would cost me 2,700.00. I gave him a check for $100.00 to hold and that Wednesday January 22 we agreed for them to take $1,300.00 out my checking account and when they come to install the blinds I would pay them the balance. The came to install the blinds on Thursday March 5 the installers was very nice and professional as they were installing the last blinds I asked if they would show me how to use the motorized remote control fro the blinds. They looked puzzled in the face and said that my contract didn't state motorized remote blinds. You have to push them up. I was upset and he told me to call the office but first give him 10 mins. so he can give them a heads up. I called and spoke with an employees who stated they will ensure this matter will be settle let them speak with their Manager and they will call me in the morning. I waited Friday morning and I called them about 12:00pm a female employee answer the phone and advised me the person who was handling my account was Mr. CJ and he was not in for the day (Friday)and would I like to leave a message I told her I call back Monday. Monday March 9 I called at 4:23pm spoke to Mr. CJ he advised me that on my application it stated motorized blinds they do not have remote control blinds, I advised him that his sales rep. told me my husband and my friend who was over my house the day he took the measurements that I was getting motorized remote blinds. CJ stated he never told me that I must have missed understood what he said. I informed CJ that this was not the blinds I wanted and I would like to terminate my contract I

On 10/24, I paid a deposit of $1,370 for shutters to be installed in my morning room
On 10/24, I paid a deposit of $1,370 for shutters to be installed in my morning room. The total price was $3,425 with the remaining balance due ($2,055) at time of installation. Installation of the shutters was completed on 12/5 and the remaining balance due was paid in full via my *** card on the same day. On 12/12, I noticed that two of the shutters were already beginning to separate from the frame. Upon my return home from travel (12/13 - 12/18), I noticed that yet another shutter had also begun separating from the frame. In addition, the corners of pretty much all of the shutters are starting to split in all of the upper and lower corners. There is also some separation in the inside corner of some of the frames. And on top of that, there is what appears to be glue caked up on two of the shutters in the bottom corners. A service technician came to my home on 12/28 to assess the product/damage and his initial opinion was that the area was improperly measured hence the cracking in the corners of the shutters. He advised that someone would be in contact w/ me after the turn of the year as the area needed to be re-measured and frames re-manufactured. The merchant called me yesterday, Sunday 1/10 but appears that was only a promotional call. When I furthered inquired about the status of my open repair job - I was simply advised that it was still active/open. The customer service rep, Joanne, was unable to provide any additional, concrete information as to what was going on w/ the repair/replacement or what point they were in the process. She advised that I needed to speak to the Service Department (who I initially was told was only available Monday - Friday) and proceeded to transfer me, then came back to the line to say the Manager, John F, left for the day. I have gone back & forth about this issue since last month with no real progress it seems. The merchant has already received payment (in full) for this product yet I do not have what I paid for - quality, correctly measured shutters. Mind you, they came out twice to measure the area. I am requesting these shutters be removed, the area be brought to the condition it was in prior to installation and my money refunded in full or that the shutters be replaced expeditiously. I have tried to request to speak directly to or leave a message directly for Oliver S, VP, to discuss and resolve this matter. I also sent an email to Beltway Blinds customer service on 12/21 with a cc to Mr. S and Jim K (my salesperson) but never received a reply from either.
