EliteSingles subscription issue

I tried logging in at 6:30pm (Berlin time), and it would not accept my credentials. So I thought I forgot my password, so I sent a reset password request.

To my dismay when I logged on to my personal account to check for the new password link, there was an email from elitesingles stating that "I have cancelled my subscription" and I received this email about 4:30pm (Berlin Time).

That's not right, I paid for the account for 6 months and in two days they disconnected my account. So option A) re-activate my account or B)Give me a refund. I m really really mad about this.

EliteSingles elite singles

I signed up to a 6 month trial with Elite Singles and found it a complete waste of time. I have not had one conversation with a prospect let alone a date. The 'automatic' renewal of £149 was taken on 17/09/18 the which they don't even send you a reminder about, I cancelled my subscription...please refund this money as I'm annoyed I've even paid for the initial membership when there are no members in my area anyway!

EliteSingles automatic renewal

I signed up to a 6 month trial with Elite Singles and found it ineffective and fruitless. I have not had one conversation with a prospect let alone a date. The 'automatic' renewal of £149 was taken on 08/09/18 the which they don't even send you a reminder about, I cancelled my subscription the same day and wrote to Elite for a refund but they would not do anything, totally unethically...

EliteSingles basic subscription

After subscribing to Elite singles, I was able to see the faces of men on my downloaded mobile app for 24 hours after wich they informed me on the app that the information is only for premium members . Why do I now have to pay premium just to see faces on my app? Can I please have a refund as I have not responded to anyone of the so called eligible men as terms and conditions require from the site. Please advise.

Esta es la terceera vez que hago queja les he dicho en muchas formas que no quiero que me muestren ladies sobre 53 años, el 80% me muestran ladies sobre los 60 años por favor cortenla solo mujeres de 30 años hasta mujeres de 52 años. Thanks a lot al vincent

EliteSingles unethical and unauthorised automatic renewal payment taken of £149!

I signed up to a 6 month trial with Elite Singles and found it ineffective and fruitless. I have not had one conversation with a prospect let alone a date. My situation has since changed and prior to the 'automatic' renewal which they don't even send you a reminder about, I wrote to Elite Singles notifying them of the lack of service and the fact that I was no longer seeking a partner and they rejected my notice saying it was not within the 14 day cool cancellation period and took £149 out of my account for another 6 months!

Totally unethical and unprincipled.

I would not sign-up unless you want to be out of pocket!

EliteSingles app

I downloaded the app least then a month, I technically try to used but is always hard to used the app, the display is poor and takes a long time to download, it never had notify me if I got need message, and I do have it in the setup, is hard to work with this app, bad quality and very high cost, I'm I unsatisfied with the application and they denied to cancel and refund me my money, the phone number that they have in the website is also out of services, hard to complaint about the app and the services

EliteSingles subscription renewal

I purchased what I thought was a 6-month subscription in January 2018. It was automatically renewed on 26th July 2018 without me being aware.

I would like to request a refund - this is clearly a process to trick people into paying for a services they no longer need. Very disappointing from such a company.

I would like to request a refund.

EliteSingles no way of submitting a refund

On the 25th July 2018 i was given a 'special offer' for a Premium Subscription for the amount of R119.00, i submitted my my card details and to the right of the screen, it clearly showed an amount of R119.00, once i did the payment, i received an SMS which showed R714.00 had been deducted from my account, i went looking all over the site to see how i can contact Elite Singles, and there was a website, www.elitesingles.co.za,
unfortunately, this website does not exist, i also found a fax number, i typed out a letter for a refund and faxed this. I then contacted my bank who advised me that they can reverse the transaction, however as the company has already debited my account, they can still deduct the account at the end of the month. I continued to search for any means of contact for Elite singles, i found an email address, which is [protected]@elitesingles, and sent my refund request, i then kept receiving emails from google to notify me that the email has been sent, but not delivered, this continued for 3 days, and today my account was debited

EliteSingles subscription renewal

I cancelled my subscription 2 days ago but today received an email to say you have renewedit for a further 6 months. I do not want to continue on this site and want my subscription to be cancelled as from today as requested.I will expect a full refund if any further money is taken from my account. I found unacceptable as you had emailed me a confirmation of my cancellation. I expect to hear back from you as soon as possible .

EliteSingles i'm complaining

My name is Ruth and very disappointed with this company. I signed up with elite singles when there was a promotion going for premium membership. I paid £48
but before the date expired I decided to cancel the the renewal, however I have noticed that this company has taken £59 from my account that I did not authorise.
On account management one is able to cancel the renewal but somehow they manage to again automatically take money out. This is not acceptable. I need my full refund back. It is wrong and misleading people.

Even though I stopped it I found myself that your company has taken £143.70 from my account without my permission so I am complaining now .

EliteSingles elite singles dating app

Elite singles dating app have stolen £155 from my bank account last week.
I vaguely remember creating a elite singles account around 18 to 20 months ago to use as a 1 month free trial. This trial ended and I did not re-open this account or use it ever again. Last week I went to withdraw some money from my bank but was shocked to see that I had no money left. I knew this wasn't right to looked at my bank statement...

When I looked into this further to see why I saw that elite single had stolen from me. I have not used the app since my first trial or received any other kind of payment from them in the past and when I tried to contact them to make sure that I had no longer got an account with them it seemed impossible to get hold of anyone. No email address (that was legit anyway) no telephone number, the only way I can contact them is via fax! I don't even know how to fax? It seems impossible to contact them to cancel whatever so called account I have with them. Surely they can see they I did not log onto there website for over 18months but they still did not contact me to see if I wanted to continue with my account or subscription?

I am very disappointed with this dating agency and will inform anyone who is thinking of joining about my trouble with them.

I signed up with this site a couple of days ago and there was a special offer for premium. For $39.95 so thought why not. I made payment via pay pal and started looking on the site. It wasn't till the next day I go to use my card and it declined, knowing full well I had money in I checked my online backing to see that $239.70 has been withdrawn with you guys. Can I please have it back as it was the only money I have till I get paid at the end of the week. If I New there was a catch to this special I would never have signed up..

Disappointed 😔

EliteSingles unapproved renewal

I was not notified of a renewal nor did I okay money taken out of my PayPal account for a renewal of this account [protected]@gmail.com. I notified PayPal and expect a full refund for the $113.70. I feel this website is illegally taking out money from my account without notification. How long will this keep happening to people before something is done to stop it?

I met someone called Steve Brown on this website 3 weeks ago, we started messaging through the site but on the same day he said his contract ended that day and would I mind messaging via private emails which I agreed to.
To cut a long story short I feel he has scammed me, he posed as a army solider Sargent major and told me he was currently in Jordon on tour till mid June . Obviously I believed him as he also sent me pictures of himself Im his uniform and with his son
Today he had asked me for 3450 pounds to help his friend and business partner pay for their business . I have obviously refused and now cut ties but I am concerned at how others may fall for this . I intend to report to the police so I would appreciate a response prior to this

I joined elite singles in January and paid for 6 months membership.
I met someone who said his name was Steve Brown . We started chatting to each other and seemed to click. He told me his contract ended that day so asked if I would like to chat via private email . I agreed. He told me he was in the army but wouldn't tell me what he did on your site . However once we started chatting privately he gave me more details and said he was on tour in Jordon . Over the last few weeks we had become very close and I felt like he was someone very special. I closed my account with you even though I had 2 months left because I had met him. Unfortunately it seems he had scammed me as yesterday he asked me to send him money which I didn't do and I am about to report him to the police and I have reported it to the army.
Firstly I want to know if you will put my profile back on for the remainder of my paid time ? Which was due to end in July. Secondly, I wanted to make you aware that this guy was and is potentially scamming others on your website, and lastly what checks and restrictions do you have to prevent this kind of behaviour?
I would appreciate a rapid response as I do intend to report this today to the police .

EliteSingles renewing my membership without my consent

my membership has been automatically renewed and I didn't receive any notification.

I would Like a refund please as I should have received an email To ask if I wanted to renew.

I see on the website that you do not refund so I am hoping that this is not the case as this is stealing and I will make it known on social media what this company tests customers and this is not the way.

I to have had my subscription renewed with out any warning or consent. I tried to cancel and was unable to. I want a refund please, this is a scam. I will be making this complaint public if I do not receive a refund.

EliteSingles being charged for 6 month subscription.

Hi my name is Simon Martin, I live at 308 Ellerslie-Panmure Highway, Mt Wellington, Auckland 1060. My problem is I joined Elite Singles NZ on Thur 3 May 2018 around 10am and cancelled and took my profile off 2-3 hours later, and have now been charged $209.70 for a full 6 month subscription. It said it would be $35 a month so thought it would charge per month. My email address for my profile is- simon.[protected]@mail.com, I cant remember my ID number. My credit card was charged on 8 May 2018 at $209.70. My credit card number is- [protected]. Name on card- S A Martin. I would like to get a full refund please. Hope to hear from you. EliteSingles dating website

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I wish to make a complaint about Elite Singles. Last month, March 2018 Elite Singles withdrew a membership fee from my account. They did this without my consent even though I had discontinued my membership.
I haven't used this so site and as I haven't received any emails from them I assumed that they got the message

I haven't used this site in ages and I now request a full reimbursement immediately.

EliteSingles unauthorised payment from my account

As other people have experienced, Elite Singles have, without any warning, taken over £200 from my account to renew my membership for a further 6 months. This is not something I wanted to do as money is extremely tight at the moment and I am ill. They do not make it clear at all in their Terms and Conditions and I feel they are cynically exploiting often vulnerable people at difficult times in their lives. I would please urge other people not to go near this company. I only wish I had kept away from them as my anxiety levels are now through the roof and all I was looking for was a pleasant person to start enjoying life with again.
