I went through the same procedure with virgin and a new password was issued. Investigation showed that my email address now had an auto transfer address attached - a gmail address of a person unknown to me. Emails I had tried to send from my other email address [protected]@virginmedia.com to [protected]@virginmedia.com had been undelivered and revealed this same unknown name.
The Priory1920 account works fine but, despite numerous phone calls and promises to find the problem, I am still unable to do anything with the [protected]@virginmedia.com address, despite changing the password many times. The address does work internally with Virgin's website but eMClient and others I've tried will not attach. When, briefly, I did manage to send BTInternet addresses bounced with an error code 554
I think the problem is with Virgin Media but CANNOT GET IT RESOLVED.

EM Client 9.o
On December 14, 2022, I purchased EM client 9.2 as an upgrade from EM Client 8.0 Pro. I made the purchase through PayPal, and I have yet to receive my activation code be able to use it. There seems to be no technical support phone number anyone can call, or a chat box, or even an email. For a company that I assume would want Pro users paying for the privilege, this is ridiculously unacceptable.
Desired outcome: I would like my activation code for EM Client 9.2 I am in possession of the receipt through PayPal . Your quick attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. My email address is bob.teague.[protected]@gmail.com.

How to remove an individual email-address (but not the emails)
People change email addresses when they move jobs... And it is embarassing to send an email to their old email which is maybe read by someone else. Thus, I want to be able to remove specific email addresses... But not the emails sent to/from these addresses. Also, these are addresses/domains not black-listed. Please help.
I have tried to resolve this for several years already, but no luck.
Desired outcome: Show me how to remove successfully speciifc email addresses, when I begin typing an address, whithout affecting old email messages.

I am having major problems with EM client.
it is taking forever to load any emails. If I want to forward emails it takes about ten minutes for it to do so.
When I send emails it states this action will take a long time, this I when its a normal email and no attachment.
I cannot open attachments, it is constantly uploading.
Its a nightmare
I cannot work like this.
Desired outcome: Faster email, the ability to click on it and it is fully loaded not having to wait for 5 minutes or more.

trying to set up eM Client e-mail account, but it won't recognize my ATT password. the imap, and smtp are correct . I have double checked with ATT on my password and I am putting the correct password in for recognition. Incredimail recommended you to me to be of the best e-mail sites I can get.
I would appreciate any information on this asap.

This company is a scam. The paid version is a scam with no advantages and the offices are out of the Caribbean. They are scam artists. Do not purchase paid version and do not use at all. I would use a different client. Beware of free software. These people are scam artist. Watch your jun mail and if you have this on your computer, watch out for Trojans and viruses! Install security software immediately! If you do not believe me call their USA support phone number - [protected]. The free version works and their is no advantage what so ever to the pro version. You can have more than two on the free version. I would not use it at all. Call the number, these are scam artists.

Each time I open my e-mail I receive an error message than a pop up stating I can only use two computers unless pay for the premium em client.
