Like many others have mentioned, I received a manual and realized that it was available for free on another site. So, I asked for my money back and they refused. I've been in a PayPal dispute with them for 5 days now and they respond with snide remarks. It's really frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't value their customers.

To make matters worse, they offered me another manual days after I finished the job I was working on. I tried to download it, but it was going to take 6 hours to finish. Halfway through, the download failed and was never finished. When I continued to ask for my money back, they said no because they sent me another manual and "could tell I downloaded it".

Emanualonline is violating copyright law by providing an electronic copy of my copyrighted book on their site. I can't embed the link because it doesn't work and I've uploaded the link as a separate file. I want this removed from the site. You have many complaints about this company already. Why it is still allowed to do business is beyond me.

My issue is I purchased and online manual for my car from this company, for 24.99, the size of the file was 13gb, the file will not download, I cant seem to find any way of contacting this company, and after some research I've found that a lot of people have had this problem, not only with trouble downloading, but also with there customer service

Fraudulent sales practices Ordered a service manual for a 99 3000gt and received for a 91. After multiple emails they DO NOT have the correct manual I purchased. Offered to virtually access my computer to install, total red flag. I hope people are not stupid enough to fall for that. Will not refund money, DO NOT purchase from this company, buyer beware.

I ordered a service manual related to a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 2007 and they sent me a service manual for a [protected] Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD ! IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with them from their webside to correct the situation ! How can I get either a refund or the correct manual ? I purchased what I thought was a service manual for a 2014 Kia Sorento. I need the Engine Mechanical details for my 3.3L engine. When I got the files, the manual was for a 2013 Sorento, and Kia made a 3.5L engine, which clearly isn't my engine. When I pointed it out to them, they said that do not have a manual for my 2014. I purchased a Workshop manual for a Yanmar YSM8 & YSM12, titled "YANMAR YSM8 YSM12 Marine Diesel Engine COMPLETE Workshop Repair Manual". A book with photographs and detailed how-to steps in it. The thumbnails indicated exact this. When I got the files, the manual was a service manual, not even the same title. When I pointed it out to them, they said that this is the only one they have. When I asked why the title and the thumbnails didn't match, they answered: The sample images don't relate to the actual manual." I bought a manuel in ova format which I absolutely didn't know but it is WELL stipulated that format was compatible with all the computers Window. (I can prove it) So I bought it cause my computer is a Window. At the end I couldn't open the file with the software recommended, so I contacted the support. They told me to enable Virtualization on my BIOS with YouTube videos which I tried. But it didn't work and I learned on a website that some BIOS doesn't permit to enable Virtualization in the BIOS. And this is my case. So I contacted the support again to tell them that and ans as a result I want to be refunded because I can't use the product. But they refused to do it.

Purchased a "Parts and Service Manual" from this company's website, I received a download link for a "Flat Rate Labor Schedule" which is a list of service items and book times. This manual does not provide any service or parts info. I immediately contacted Support, they initially denied there was a problem, saying "we supplied what you ordered". I ordered an advertised FACTORY MANUAL for a 1997 ford f150 Truck. The manual I received was NOT I reiterate NOT a factory manual. I have emailed them three Times the first time was to complain that the manual they provided was not a factory manual. and I wanted a refund the then emailed me back asking for vehicles information. I went to their site to purchase a service manual for 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer and I ordered the emanual after downloading the manual, I found out that these manual is not specific for my car. They were generalized for other Chevrolet models. I was not aware of that, as I wouldn't have bought it. If I needed information for other models, I could have googled it as they are available for other models. My specific model doesn't contain information which is the reason I decided to get service manual from them. I talked to customer service and asked them to refund my money. But they were very unprofessional and asked me to take it with Paypal. Glad that I purchased with Paypal and not used my credit card with them. This company is totally a scam and should not be trusted. US should ban these kind of companies to even do business with.
