I bought a 2017 *** Wrx from EMG Auto Sales, Inc. in January . I put down $16,000 and financed the rest. They sold me a warranty on the car. But after 4 months, the engine had rod knock and needed to be replaced. They told me that since the car was modified, the warranty wouldn't cover it. They didn't help me at the dealership, even though they sold me a modified car and a warranty. They didn't do anything for me. I had to spend $20,000 on the engine, and now the car is running again. They knew the car was modified when they sold it, because the exhaust was really loud.

They had the whip listed for $22.3k and I was down to pay that. I even threw down a $500 deposit on my Visa to show I was serious about buying. The sales dude said he wouldn't charge my card until the deal was done. But then he hit me with an extra $2800 in fees on top of the advertised price, not even including tax and tags. I was like nah, I'm out. He said he didn't charge my card, but the next month I saw the deposit on my Visa statement. I hit them up and they straight up denied everything. Not cool, EMG.
