i returned my lease car to faulkner pontiac, gmc, isuzu, suzuki and it was a big mess. they and the finance company were pointing fingers at each other and not owning up to not telling me about fees and choices when i gave back the car. it was a real headache.

My car broke down on April 26, so I had it towed to Faulkner Auto Repair for fixing. They had my car for almost 2 months, and then my service advisor, John, called me on June 23, to say that my car was ready for pick up. I went to the dealership on June 25, and they gave me my keys. But when I opened my car door, I saw that everything was covered in brown stuff. I was so surprised that I went back inside and asked what happened to my car. I was so sad that I asked if they could check the cameras to see what happened. That morning, my daughter and I left with the loaner car. I waited for someone from the dealership to contact me, but when they didn't, I called them. The service manager, Mike, told me to give him until Monday to get it cleaned. I picked up my car on July 2. I have a Faulkner Consumer Affairs Case#12345. Please help me because, according to Mike, the damage done to my car's parts and labor is over $10,000.

My hubby had a crash and we took it to Faulkner Body Works on *** Street in Harrisburg. They ordered the parts on December 18, but we had to keep checking in because they didn't know when it would be done. They sent a generated email saying it would be done on January 28, 2022, but that wasn't true. We had to rent a car from December 18, to February 10, 2022, and we paid for most of it. GMC said they would reimburse us, but we haven't heard back yet. We picked up the car on February 8, but it wasn't fully fixed. The part came in the same day, but they said it would take another 2 weeks to fix it. We asked for a loaner, but they said no. The guy at the shop was rude and never kept in touch with us. We called GMC, but they didn't help either. We already paid the $250 deductible, but it still needs to be fixed. We have emails, the repair bill, and the rental car receipt.
