I am so disappointed with the bank. I have been defrauded by the bank itself. I don't know if the staff are stealing or what's going on. I raised a complaint over 60 days ago and all I get is that the problem is under investigation, and they will get back to me after 30 days. Now, it is more than 60 days and to make matters worse, even after waiting that long, they put my account on hold for 45,217 AED, which they say is for a credit card. I do not have any credit card with them nor have I linked any other of my accounts with them. It's so annoying to trust a bank with your money, then they steal. It's so frustrating, I am so disappointed, and I demand my money back as soon as possible.
Recommendation: DONT USE THIS BANK THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Hopefully, they realize soon that this kind of service isn’t just disappointing — it’s unacceptable. You deserve to have your money back without any more delays or excuses. Keep pushing for what’s rightfully yours.
Indeed it is frustrating and I wish big time that I never should have opened account with this bank in the first place.
