We purchased a wall oven last year from Lowes. We were told it had a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, and when it stopped working, we contacted the manufacturer for the repair. The manufacturer sent us a thermostat, which did not address the issue of the oven not powering on. We have been leaving messages and emails, which go unanswered. We have reached out to the manufacturer trying to resolve this issue on numerous occasions with no luck. We are seeking a full refund of the wall oven and reimbursement for the electrician's services for installing the thermostat or a replacement of the wall oven.
We moved into a new house with an Empava gas range
We moved into a new house with an Empava gas range. Three weeks into the new house the oven stopped working. I've been email and calling Empava for two weeks one email has been return with no answer to my issue. Two phone calls only to be told we will age. The answer for you next day. It's been next day for two weeks. I'm being given the run around. They seem like they are just ignoring me and pushing me off. This was a brand new aplliance.

I bought one of their gas cooktops through Lowes and one of the burners doesn't work. I bought the cooktop on 17 April 20, but it took a while to be delivered. It took even longer to get it installed due to a remodel holdup. By the time I realized it was defective, it was too late to return it. Besides, the hole has already been cut in my granite countertop for this model. I contacted customer service and they asked for a video, then they sent me a replacement thermocouple. That didn't make it work. Then they asked me for another video (which showed the same thing) and have yet to do anything. Their customer service rep, April, is unresponsive and takes days to get back to you. She refuses to send anyone out to fix the *** thing.
Charged me for a part on phone. Not getting back despite of numerous follow ups. Seems fraud. Rarely used empava electric oven in last couple years. While using it for max 3rd or 4th time total so far, the inner glass of the oven shattered by itself while Bali g pizza. When spoke to customer service, they charged me $75 on the phone promising that they will send the inner glass/door. Took my credit card information, address etc. doo never arrived. It has been months now. They have not been even responding. I am not sure if this company exists or not or if this is a fraud. I am writing to get a resolution of possible. Wasted so much on their oven .. biggest problem is I got my cabinets cut as per their size and so stuck waiting on them otherwise will have to buy abs get carpenter again to put another brand oven. Such a *** company this is. Are they scamming people?

We originally purchased our Empava whirlpool tub through Lowe's in late 2020. From the beginning, the jets on the whirlpool tub have never worked. We had our installing plumber thoroughly evaluate the tub and he believed there was a malfunction of the electronics. We contacted Empava via their online service in March; in response, we received an email promising a replacement set of electronics. Those parts never arrived. We have emailed and called countless times. We have filed additional online service requests, with no response.

My family ordered a 36" gas cooktop. After less than six months of usage, the unit had become hazardous. The company will not offer repair. I purchased the Empava product EMPV-36GC23 cooktop via Amazon through Empava's storefront (order number [protected]). On May 7th, the cooktop began malfunctioning and several burners became dangerous to use, so I emailed the sales representative named John. On May 9, I followed up with John, providing proof of purchase and details of the unit's issues. By May 12, John responded, informing me that he had shipped a replacement part for the burner. When the parts arrived on May 22, considering the nature of the issue and the potential harm that could be caused to property and person, I requested that John arrange for an Empava certified repair technician to address the problem. The issue was that the center burner was emitting sounds that resembled a precursor to an explosion, and the cooktop was completely sealed and complex, making amateur repair risky and potentially leading to further damage to the unit or bodily harm. John replied that the warranty does not cover labor costs. I am appalled at the service of this organization. It seems that once they sell their product, they want to keep their hands off any post-purchase issues.

About one month after installation, the stove cut off and was not working. We contacted the company and they instructed us to take the wall unit out of the wall and hit the reset button in the back. At the time, we couldn't figure out what the issue was. About another month later, the same thing happened again and we figured out that it only occurred when we tried to use the 450 degrees or broil function. We wrote back to the company by email about the problem and they said the issue was probably the thermostat and they would send us a replacement. We asked who would install the thermostat and received no response. We have a defective product which is only four months old and we are expected to pay an electrician to install the thermostat if that is indeed the problem. The product in question is an Empava Wall oven. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the order number and account number as they were not disclosed in the original text.

I ordered a 30 inch double oven wall mount through Home Depot
I ordered a 30 inch double oven wall mount through Home Depot. It was delivered Mid-august and it was a single oven. I refused the order and was told within 1 week I would get the correct double oven. We received it in late august and it was a double oven. When we opened it the inner glass of the top doors was shattered and the bottom door has a small dent. We called that day to Home Depot to get the new doors ordered to replace the broken ones. We tried several times being told that we needed to call Empava since Home Depot couldn't get through. I called continuously for an hour until someone answered and was told I would have a new door in 1 week and I was hung up on. No door 10 days later. Called for 3 days to talk to someone, finally did and was told I would get a tracking number in my email and would receive the door in a week and it has been 10 days. Have been contacted via text message with someone saying they were April and no resolution has occurred from that.

didn't come with lp parts company refused to provide them we bought their wall oven, model *** from sears about two years ago for a house we were building. my wife and brother in law swore they checked it. it was supposed to be able to run on lp and they assumed it was set up for that and it went into storage until we were ready to install. a year later we install it only to discover it was sett up for gas and no lp nozzles were included even though they were supoosed to be. no one else sells emapava parts but empava. i contacted them to get the parts, even offered to pay out of warrenty. they refused unless i could provide an order number from them that i purchased it. problem is they don't sell them to the consumer, you have to buy them at a retailer that carries them like sears. the reciept we have only shows item and price from sears and since its been so long they won't do anything. we are stuck with a stove we can't use because of deceptive practices by the company and a refusal by them to even provide service parts for their own products.
