I was purchasing a theme for the first time, however after filling out everything including card details, I got a BLOCKED ACCOUNT nag. I filed a ticket and received this response:

We have reviewed your request against our user terms and unfortunately in this instance, as outlined in clause 55 we won’t be able to offer you our services.
We appreciate that this may not be the news you were hoping for. We have refunded any recent payments that you have made or that may not have automatically been voided by the payment processor.
As detailed within our user terms, if an account is disabled you will not be able to apply for a new account as unfortunately, you will no longer be welcome to use our services. This decision may also apply to any other accounts you have on other Envato sites.

I repeatedly asked which part of the clause I violated, I never got a response back. As far as I know, I have not violated that clause. It would be impossible for me to have violated that clause. And the worst thing---I was told that my other envato subscription could be affected. I'd say what Elon Musk said recently.This is just simply arrogance!
Desired outcome: My desired outcome is to let the other customers know. I have other better options than being wielded power by an an arrogant customer service rep.
