I am a small beauty business
Called Epos for the software system somehow they have sold me the hardware as well the whole Epos system for £310 upfront
I paid for the system £310 and rest was set monthly payment via direct debit
But when I checked on website it has promotion of zero upfront
I called and complaint about the miselling
Epos has come up with an excuse that I don’t get for in that criteria
To be honest there was no criteria mentioned no packages mentioned on the promotion
Infact it has ticked all the boxes for what I have been offered
I raised a complaint and requested a refund but they are not willing to refund or acknowledging that I have not been clarified about the promotion and why I have not been qualified during the point of sale that I don’t fit in that criteria
I could see lots of negative reviews about this company
They are not on the list of ombudsman being a financial retailers or other similar bodies
It’s my right to cancel subscription and request a refund if the business has not been black and white during the point of sale
Desired outcome: Full refund and subscription cancellation
