I sold my IPV4 addresses. For this transaction, the buyer and I have selected escrow.com in order to protect one another.

The buyer has deposited funds in escrow.com, and I have transferred the IPV4 addresses to the buyer. After receiving the IPV4 addresses, the buyer contacted escrow.com and requested that they release the funds to me. October 26, 2023, was the date the buyer confirmed with escrow.

Since October 27, 2023, escrow.com has failed to transfer my funds to me and has not even provided me with a proper response. I am emailing them over and over, but they are simply ignoring me.

Escrow.com is the worst to use for a middle man payment. Escrow does not follow anything in their policies. Just be aware it is easy for any buyer to steal Your assets. Even if the buyer does not return anything back to you. Escrow will not do anything and their return period is false. The buyer can easily take your assets and escrow will not release the funds to you no matter what their policies say. They are liars and they do not do their job correctly. You’re better off using PayPal or a different money transfer service. I sold a business and domain to a buyer and he disappeared. I no longer have the business and escrow never paid me. It has been over 4 months and still nothing and they just keep ignoring my emails. Escrow needs to be shut down at this point. They are a waste to use and they are no help if you have a problem. I will continue to pursue legal action against them.

Horrible experience. Ebay transaction was cancelled, I cannot get my funds back. Escrow.com claims that my bank must initiate as a "Chargeback" as the purchase was made with a debit card. But this Ebay purchase and then the vehicle sale not going through doesn't fit the criteria of a chargeback and escrow.com knows this. Escrow.com claims there is one other way to get your money back. For three weeks now, Escrow.com has kept my money and I am still working with my bank to receive the funds. I will never ever use Escrow.com again. It is redundant and unnecessary as a Bank Wire does the very same thing.

I wired a payment to escrow.com, and they keep telling me I need to upload my drivers license. I am under the threshold of requiring id (under 3,000). According to their rules I am in the clear.

My money is under review, and it has been that way for weeks. Every time I email, I get the same response. They don’t even know their own rules. Nothing in my account, or pending actions is asking for any information. What is the hold up? My car transaction is in the trash!

This is beyond terrible

Been with them for several years until it turned into a crap and a huge mess.
I bought a new domain and it was the worst experience I have ever had with them.
The only question I would like to ask is where is my domain, people? What did I pay my money for? It's been a month and I have уут trying to get the answer to this question. Unfortunately, they keep acting like pigheaded and ignore me all the time.
I don't want them to resolve my issue, I want to get a refund and stop dealing with them.

I would NOT recommend escrow.com. Not only are their fees high, they take a ridiculous amount of time to process refunds. In my case, I returned the item I had purchased (because it was stained) and the seller received it 11 days ago... and escrow.com still has not send me my refund! I am already out the wire transfer fee, the shipping cost, and the escrow.com fee, and yet I still cannot get my money back from them. In addition, customer service is terrible -- they're based in California, but you may as well be calling India. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
