Estee Lauder Companies review: Broken promise

Ordered my husband some cologne for fathers day. They offered two gifts with the order. So I sent my order, and waited everyday for a week then right before it was to come Estee Lauder reached out to the delivery company and made them return my merchandise to the company. We suspected they wanted those gifts back, and that turned out to be the situation. Not only can we not reorder and get the free gifts we have to wait 10 days just to get our money. Can you believe this company. Apparently they made some poor business decisions, and so now they are turning on their customers. We called and she was rude and read a script. Now my family has to find other companies to purchase our products because this company can't be trusted anylonger.
