I & my five kids flew Ethiopian airlines with flight no: ET930 Economy on 17th of September 2023 & arrived at Adidas baba airport around few minutes to 10:00pm & joined ET 574 to our final destination being O'Hara Chicago & arrived by 8:30am on the 18th day of September 2023. On our arrival, l discovered that one of my luggages was missing, with the tag number ET906164 & l was advised to wait untill all the luggages arrives, but never saw it after l long wait & search. Unfortunately, l failed to file a claim to that regards due to the circumstances l was faced with, which includes poor network connection at that Terminal 5, simply because l was trying to reach my wife that came to pick up & l went in search of strong network connection via the airport wifi & by the time l came back, l wasn't able to meet with any of your staff & l never relented, but noticed they have closed for the day.
However, l resorted to call Ethiopia airline customer's service line to that regards on a daily basis, as well as making my complaints, but l was told by one of the staff to go in person & file my claim & l did as l was told on 23rd day of September.
