I made the worst decision to trust Condor airline with my travel plans, including flight and luggage
I made the worst decision to trust Condor airline with my travel plans, including flight and luggage. This company has horrible customer service. I was traveling for vacation. They literally lost my baggage, and it ended up in *** while I was in Africa. All of my belongings were away from me during my entire trip. Clothes, toiletries, etc., did not make it to my destination. It took 6 days for me to get my luggage. They did not refund me, nor did they offer any type of apology or compensation. DO NOT TRUST THIS AIRLINE. THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR ENTIRE TRIP.

I booked a flight with this company through Priceline, confirmed on 1/1/2023 for the amount of $689.99
I booked a flight with this company through Priceline, confirmed on 1/1/2023 for the amount of $689.99. Today all of my travel companions flights were cancelled due to a strike happening at the ***, *** airport. They are not able to adjust flights without incurring a large additional charge. I now have no place to stay and I am also scared that I will be stranded in ***. I tried to cancel and receive a refund, I spoke with a representative that could not help me and basically said tough luck. She also said there is no supervisor available for me to speak to and there is no use. I am very frustrated and might lose almost a thousand dollars. Please help. I just would like to cancel my purchase and have funds returned to me. The representative that I spoke with said her name was *** and her employee log in is ***. Thank you.
My wife and I had booked a flight on Condor airlines. After the COVID-19 outbreak we tried to contact Condor to confirm whether our flight was canceled or not. After searching on the internet we found a customer service number and we were told that it was likely canceled but that we'd have to wait for an email confirming this. We received the email confirming that our flight was canceled, however it offered a credit voucher and not a refund. Also concerning, is the wording of the cancellation. It states "we have cancelled your booking as requested" however, WE did NOT cancel this booking. I believe this was an attempt to deliberately create a false paper-trail in the event that I were to pursue a refund. We called back on and reached an agent. She said that if we preferred a refund she would cancel the credit voucher offer, after which we could receive an email confirming the cancellation of the credit voucher and intent to issue a full refund within 14 days. We received an email noting that the credit was canceled but we saw no indication of the refund. We waited the requested 14 days, but did not receive the refund, so we contacted condor again. We were told that we had to wait 14 BUSINESS days, and to contact them if we did not receive the refund by the coming Thursday. We did not receive a refund on Thursday, so we called condor again on Friday. The agent said the billing department was closed and they couldn't process my refund, and that I'd have to call back on Monday during German business hours. I called back at 6:00 AM on Monday, the agent tried to reach the billings department but wasn't able to, so they said they'd call me back. We then received an email stating that they would not be able to give us a refund with a link to file a complaint. We now have NO refund and NO credit from this Company. They are holding onto almost $1,700 of our money after weeks of giving us the run-around.

On 2/18 I bought 2 airplane tickets from Condor through Vayama booking agency based in California (booking # VUS-[protected]) The tickets for the trip from Phoenix to Sofia cost $2162. The flight was canceled by Condor with no option for rebooking. A Condor representative told me over the phone that the money was refunded to Vayama on 6/19 and that I should contact Vayama for my refund. They refused to show proof of that. Vayama on their part refuse to refund me. A Vayama representative directed me to Condor and Condor representative sent me back to Vayama. I have filed a complaint against Vayama as well. The outbound flight # DE2027 by Condor was scheduled to depart 7/20 from Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, online check-in # 9642350. The passengers are Petya Georgieva Maneva and Mariyana Valentinova Ivanova.
They canceled my and my family flights due COVID-19. AND I requested for a refund. They promised that I will receive my money back in few weeks but two months have already passed.

I'm trying to apply for my airline reimbursement, but Condor airline just redirected me everywhere instead of reimbursing me. We tried to travel abroad, but were denied boarding due to missing documents.
We attempted an international trip, but the check-in agent at the airport barred us because we lacked electronic documents. Previously, obtaining documents upon arrival was standard, as stated on the airline's website and experienced by relatives. Demanding a refund or rebooking, I faced a runaround between the travel agency and the airline, each deflecting responsibility. After persistent calls, they offered a meager tax reimbursement instead of addressing the full cost of the mishap. With substantial expenses already incurred, I'm considering legal recourse to resolve this frustrating situation. Flight details: DE2033 on 10/12/2022, purchased on 09/16/2022 for $2,259.96.

I had 2 flights booked with Condor Airlines
I had 2 flights booked with Condor Airlines. I upgraded to premium seats for more flexibility and services. On July 20th, I called to inform the airline that my daughter and I had contracted COVID-19 and couldn't take the flight due to the illness. They said my only choice was to cancel or change my flight for a fee. They wouldn't let us board the flight. Rescheduling wasn't possible because we were sick. They kept telling me I should have bought a nonrefundable ticket, which I thought I did by purchasing a premium seat. They said this multiple times. I went to the website to try and book a refundable ticket but couldn't find any. I also have a recorded conversation with a Condor representative. The person didn't believe me, so they checked the website and couldn't find any refundable tickets either. They don't offer insurance to protect your flight. Since the airline won't let me speak to management or provide any accommodation, I filed a complaint with my credit card as a last resort. The dispute was started on August 1, 2022, and then I got a threatening email from Condor demanding payment within 5 days or they'll take legal action against me. I sent another email explaining the situation and only got a confirmation that they received it. The credit card company needs 60 days to investigate the dispute. I asked to schedule a call or get a US contact number, but I only get vague emails confirming that they received my email. Condor has lied about the services they offer, and their rules don't provide any details on COVID-19 illness. I paid $3,000 for airline tickets that I couldn't use because of COVID-19 sickness. They denied me access to the flight and gave me no option but to cancel, and they kept my money.

In Feb 2022, I bought two tickets on Condor Airlines to fly in July 2022 roundtrip. We also bought upgraded meals and economy seats. Total spent was $3,087.96 USD. The night before departure, I checked in via the Condor app and paid for Business Class upgrades. At the airport, we were told the flight was overbooked and we couldn't get our Business Class seats. We flew Economy. I was advised to contact Condor for a credit. After our trip, I requested a refund for the unused upgrade. I've only received an automated email from Condor acknowledging my complaint.
I bought a plane ticket from Condor's website to go from my hometown to Paris
I bought a plane ticket from Condor's website to go from my hometown to Paris. On the day of my flight, I went to the counter, but the worker couldn't check me in. She said there was a problem with one of the airlines that Condor uses. She told me to contact Condor to find out what was happening so they could let me check in. I called customer service, but nobody wanted to help me. They said they shouldn't be responsible because it wasn't their mistake, it was the other airline's problem. I bought my ticket from Condor, gave them my money, and I don't understand why they are making other people responsible. Whatever issues they have with other businesses is not my problem. I paid for a service and they refused to give it to me. I even tried calling the other airline, but they said only Condor could help me because I bought the ticket through them. I spent 24 hours at the airport trying to get help, but they kept hanging up on me. It seems like their customer service team often hangs up, maybe because they are in another country. I was traveling alone and I am pregnant. I was worried that all the stress and lack of sleep would affect my baby. I sent emails, but never received a response. All I want is a refund for the service I paid for but didn't receive. Now I received an email from them with a bill saying I owe them $600 for "extra services." They said if I don't pay by the 30th, their collection agency will handle it. I am shocked by this situation. Not only did they not give me a service or refund, but now they are sending me a bill for $600 for "extra services." Please, I need your help. I don't know who else to contact. It seems like these foreign companies can do these things to customers and get away with it. Thank you for your time, and I hope to hear from you soon.
