I am so unhappy with this.
It was for my niece who is having a very unhappy time at the moment due to her horrible German boyfriend.
1. The delivery date quoted was Estimated delivery date 13.09.2023 - they eventually tried on 14.09 but said she was not there - I know she was there as I was on the phone to her and she has not left the house!
2. NO NOTE!
3. NO PRALINES!
4. She had to pick it up from an office herself!
5. What did I pay a large sum for then?
6. VERY BAD SERVICE!
I will not hesitate to go on all social media to let everyone know what a dreadful, uncaring, incompetent service this is. I am a travel journalist so god help you if you do not respond.
I expect a refund at the very least. You have caused me huge stress and anxiety and worry.

Yet another disaster with the order!
The recipient has now told me that the bottle of Prosecco was FLAT. NO FIZZ.
Is that the fault of DHL as well?
I want you to rectify this order and SEND IT PROPERLY AGAIN.
This has been a huge disappointment and your company was chosen because of your website.
Unless you resolve this to my satisfaction I will be reporting euroflorist to The European Consumer Centre (ECC).
