Europcar has reported on 21/08/2023 that there were damages to the vehicle I rented between 20/05/2023 to 06/06/2023 in Italy during my vacation. I have dropped-off the vehicle after-hours at the rental facility near Naples Airport on 06/06/2023.
No damage has happened to the car during my rental period including the ones Europcar is claiming. I have photo proofs with me that I took at the returning location on return date. I have also shared the pictures along with date & location details as requested by Europcar as proofs.
I respectfully refuted the damage charges imposed and request further clarification regarding the evidence supporting the claim on 09/09/2023. It was essential for both parties involved to have a clear understanding of the circumstances surrounding the alleged damage.
However, Europcar is demonstrating ignoring tactics and not responding to the clarifications and further evidence I am seeking. Without sharing sufficient evidence, Europcar is blindly pressing damage charges & forcing me to pay for damages amounting to EUR 91.5 against me.
Desired outcome: I am requesting either to waive/cancel the unrecognized charges of 91.5 EUR that are being imposed on me without my fault and without any sufficient proofs and apology.
