Game application
I have been playing this game now for lmost a year, and have spent a vast amount of money on packages to attempt to advance, but I recently had a problem that I am seeking help with...
On September 21, 2021 I was attacked because my Truce Agreement bubble had dropped, even though it had plenty of time left on it, which appears to have [possibly been some kind of glitch / bug, and I lost almost everything, including one item that cannot be replaced easily.
Besides losing hundreds of millions in resources to heal almost a million troops, a literal MOUNTAIN of Horns to recall deserters, and a load of Source of Life to resurrect lost troops, they also hit my Legendary Subordinate City (attached), and took it.
The resources, and the troops, as well as the almost nine months of Speed ups to heal them, I can absorb, and recover from, but the Legendary Europe Sub City, was VERY RARE, and cannot realistically be replaced. As such, I am seeking a solution to this dilemma, and hoping I can get some restorative assistance!

City buffs and gem use
I have repeatedly reached out through the app about how when I use gems to preform and "instant task" the game will all of the sudden has issues connecting to the server and the gems will be gone and the task will not have occurred. Also twice now during the battle event my buffs have gone down sooner than the timer said they would. Because of this I have lost all of my troops and much of my resources. I then have to spend all of my remaining resources to heal them, while waiting days. It also uses up all my recall horns. I am also out the time spent to fix my wall and revive generals. My buffs ran out sooner than said both yesterday and today I tried to attached battle reports but it says the images are to large and I can not make them smaller
Desired outcome: Replace buffs, horns, resources, speed ups, and gems used
Not as advertised and expensive
The recurring ads tout a game where visual puzzles are solved.
Then you discover this is a "War Game" where a great deal of time and $$$ must be invested to play those puzzles.
Even worse, there are two kinds of players.
The first are casual players, who enjoy working with others to kill monsters. I'm one of those.
The second are bloodthirsty individuals that take delight in bullying and attacking everyone, and especially the casual players who do not wish to get involved with harming other people.
It would be a simple matter for the Programmers to create two or more tiers, where the Monster Hunters could progress in peace, and those that like to fight can also do so.
But they do not.
So be prepared for much aggression, insults, and monetary harm where the Leader you create to fight monsters is destroyed by the bullies.
I have played for nearly a month.
Expressed my concern to the programmers.
They never reply.
So I now play rarely, and never spend money.

Logging on
Hi, i play the game alot and put alot of hours in but every time i go to login in a morning on the app it loads 95% then stalls for hours.
I try to resart my phone and that does nothing .
Its your app or the full games fault because iv done all at my end including deleting the app and re installing it and that makes no difference.
Please sort this out because im slowly getting bored now and i can spend money on other games like c.o.d that load and have always ran perfectly. 🙃

1st off the streaming has been extremely bad since midnight my time (the last 2 hrs). And not just me it seems the whole server is experiencing it.
Also would like to know why our Monarch competition stage 5/5 kill event ended a day early. We are now starting 1/5 training and should still have another 24 hrs before this happens

Billing/purchases on Evony
I made 5 purchases of packages totaling $44.95 . I received my items for 1 out of those 5 packages . I've put in multiple emails and tickets and still haven't received any response from anyone. It feels like I'm being scammed. It's been days now. It feels awful convenient that this is happening around server war so they can eventually claim that they never borderline stole my money.

Players With Alts and Bots Must Be Stopped
ALTS & BOTS are against the rules of Evony game but on my server there many people having so many alts that they make an alliance out of it.
These same culprits bully others to the extent if casting aspersions on people's characters so they can progress in the game.
Players cheats and here are the honest players struggling to develope their city or grow hence spending lots of money to grow & this cheaters get all the games goodies.
My server is 306, and I have been a victim of bullies like this and these same bullies are the ones with alts and bots. It upsetting and annoying that even we complain to evony nothing is done and hence they block the complainer in the forum.
Please if you experience that type of issue on your server raise a complain. This is a game where real money is spent to play and it should be fair.

Evony taking money
Hello last few days evony has taken money from my account which I have not bought or received and now im in $56 arrears. If I have not enough money i cannot purchase so I have no idea how they have done this to put me in arrears. I definitely did not get these as I knew I had no money amd had to borrow money off a friend for smokes. This is disgusting and put me in a huge problem.

Amazing arena deal
I bought the package now, the package is "amazing arena deal" ( july 28, 2021) but i didnt received the included items in the deal though it said the payment has been successful and it already subtracted on my payment method . I tried refreshing the game to see if it will be there for times but the items are not still there. I got on the other day and noticed I'm missing thousands of hours in speed up. I don't know if there was a update that removed them, but I've spent real money on this game specifically for speed up. Evony, double paying for items
As I have filled numerous complaints on this issue only to get a run around for months. The game has you pay with gems for items only to not receive them after paying. Making you pay twice for the same item. I have notified Evony many times over this and still haven't seen the items returned. The game messed up durning Boc and I was forced to restart the game 5 times within the first hour of the match. Invisible castles and buildings that could not be attacked or occupied but they could attack me costing me a lot of gems and resources which Evony still hasn't replaced. You still can't delete emails or you can until a new one comes in and all the old ones return. Desired outcome: Ether return everything the game stole 131,600 gems and 200 million in each resources and the bonus that wasn’t given or a full refund.
When I buy an in game pack I get charged for more than I purchased.
I buy packs in groups, 3, 4, even 5 at a time. Then I go for weeks without making any purchases. Therefore I know when I have made purchases.
Three or four times now when I have bought groups of packs the charges will show up on my credit card and then a few days later additional charges will show up as if I bought another pack a couple of days later. When I know for a fact I did not make another purchase. Evony is being run by thieves.
Desired outcome: Stop fraudulently charging for additional purchases that weren't made.

Privacy and cyberbullying
I have been harassed, cyber-bullied, threatened, and doxxed by another player in the game. I've reported all inappropriate comments to Evony and the abuse continues. The player has gone so far as to hack my Evony/Facebook accountants and spread indecent pictures of me around. I have provided proof of this, nothing changes. They have threatened to get me fired from my job. They have called my half-black children monkeys and the n-word. I have tried to block them and their behavior escalates. I have some proof In pictures but they won't attach.
Desired outcome: Would like the player/IP address to be banned from the game, and legal action taken against them
Misleading packages Advertising to trick consumer spending money
Hello Sir/ Madam,
I have been playing Evony the kings return game for over 2 years now and have spent over $2000 during this time. Evony posted package deals and the purchase of the 5 packages will give player a General. I always get mostly different general to what is advertised. When asked Evony said Generals are Random but then on advertise why they mislead by saying a specific general chance and then don't give that general?
I bought 2 packages today and still got different generals to what was advertised . One of the General i received 3rd time.
Desired outcome: Requesting Evony to give the General that was adverised or give back refund of $ 285.

There is a player on server 445 last known as PalestinLove who I believe is in alliance BIW that has been using anti-Semitic language in world chat and on loudspeaker. I didn't get a screenshot of the loudspeaker but it said "I love Hitler." I did get a shot of a sample of his language on world chat and see screenshot below. Please investigate and expel him. Thank you.
