I activated a three days truce agreement from 21st November to 24th, but someone burnt my city today.
I would like everything I lost in the attack to be restored please. I activated 3 days truce agreement on 21st November and it was expected to expire on 24th November, but somehow my city was burnt and power was reduced from 111 to 29. I really would like this resolved because I’ve invested time in this game. I can’t start building from scratch.
Desired outcome: I need a restoration of all I lost during this attack

I made many purchases to Evony, followed the rules and guidelines and my city got burnt to the ground, today, November 18, 2022. I want a refund for all the coin I spent on this game, as I did nothing wrong, followed every rule and now I been obliterated.
I want justice and I want my money back. Or I want my 14million dollar keep with high end trained troops moved to another alliance. No, nevermind, this is crap, I just want to take my money somewhere else. I want to be appreciated for all the time I will never get back and all the money I spent.

Since the latest update, it is impossible to open the game. The following message (in Dutch) shows constantly:
"Sire, wij zijn het slachtoffer van zwarte magie. Wij kunnen momenteel geen verbinding maken met het spel wegens netwerkproblemen. Probeer het opnieuw wanneer het netwerk beschikbaar is. Controleer de wifi- en mobiele dataverbindingen".
The wifi- or mobile data connection cannot be the problem, as I send this message using the same connexion.

Having trouble logging in
Hi, I'm my name is Johnnie G in evony the kings return in server 496. At approximately 7:00a.m. I was unable to log in fully and play the game. I currently in the crv alliance in server 496. Please, fix this problem as soon as you can. I have good internet service so don't know why I'm not able to log in. As of right now I'm miss battlefield because of this and will like to play some of it at this point.

Having the exact same issue, game comes up, says checking new updates, then eventually tells me I am having a network or wifi problem, but I'm not, every other game will come on, and all my other Wifi devices are working just fine.
Regarding game play
Hi I am from server 1112 here the whole server unable to do gathering and relics due to one solo alliance HNB who has a player of 4.2 B we are trying our best to do gathering and spending money but most of the people are left due to him and his alliance members which consist of 5 members attacking everyone in the server continuously and not letting anyone to have wings and unlock wonders from third svs onwards there is no one aside of his alliance be a king or queen or even didn't get wings. The whole server is pretty much down due to unable to gather and hunt due to him stealing targets and attacking alliance building twice a day and using death in WC continuously its been 4 months since anyone gathered in relics out of 4 at least 3 marches are taking hit every day. We even try to talk to him peacefully but there is no use. we are all hoping to merge with other server so he cant act recklessly attacks us. We are also invested so much in game but if there is no fun there is no point in investing. Due to him in our server there are very less powerful people.
Desired outcome: I can't describe any desired outcome. if it is possible to port him to other server it would be helpful. I don't want him to lose him game as well. So if possible can you able to migrate him to other server.

I was attacked by this player in a time when his bubble was on. Because I was teleported to his base to attack him back but I couldn’t because his bubble on kingdom was on, but his troops were still on their way to his kingdom. This is impossible. I did already manny complaints about this game, no one did nothing… this make me to leave forever the game and I will get my friend also.. Because is to manny hackers and no one do nothing.. Thanks.

From August I'm having pair problems with the game, it shakes, freezes, it be red screen or it kicked me out after I be in World chat, Alliance chat or in Whisper chat. I can participate in Battle field cause they 0 me before I can move from where I was. I really want to play this game cause I love it I uninstalled and installed it back yesterday from two different phones and it still doing all the above. Lost my city
Hi there I play your game on my tablet and my android phone, both with a different email address, I tried to call your phone number but get a hello and then it hangs up on me. I have two cities next to each other on server 1211 and I was told by the server king to uninstall the game and reinstall it and it should fix the problem and it did but it made me start my city all over again on my tablet, and I also lost my lvl 23 city, all my troops and my 15,000 gems, then I was told to switch cities and I tried that and I gives me the city on the phone and I sure do not want to reinstall that city for I have 284,398 gems and 13.8 million troops and I do not want to loos them like I did on the other city. Is there any way I can get back into my city on the tablet called Toups. I sent in many tickets and a screenshot of both cities for there are next to each other in the alliance called (IFN)IFNavy, thank you most kindly for your time in this matter and have a blessed day

I just can’t believe your response and lack of resolution. I ported over to the server with 5 mins remaining in SVS. With about 20 seconds left in SVS I attacked a city on the enemy server. As my troops were returning to my city, SVS ended. The attack occurred during SVS play.
1. I didn’t get credit for the SVS attack in my score.
2. I had 1 mil troops killed on the attack when this should not of happened during SVS.
3. I had to spend about 1.7 bill in RSS to recall deserters and revive troops souls.
4. I had to play the last 3 weeks with 1 mil less of important troops during key battles.
5. Support waits 3 weeks to resolve my issues and only refunds me the RSS that I spent to revive and recall troops from the holy palace.
6. Support completely ignores the 1 mil troops that were killed and didn’t go to holy palace.
Desired outcome: I want my killed troops restored. I should not be missing 1 million of my troops that were killed during a SVS attack that was treated like a KE attack.
Bullying
Server 1128 is being bullied by an alliance called BAN. Players citykiller and Cheerio take over smaller alliances and kill them off of there is a dispute with certain players they don’t like and another alliance accepts them. They are rude, they discriminate, elements of racism and they bully the whole 1128 server. It’s like they own the server, they are so strong we have no choice but to watch our alliances be destroyed…. A lot of players like myself spend money on Evony and we need help from this massive alliance …. They are currently destroying the alliance I am in because they do not like a player we have accepted. PLEASE HELP US.
I have all screen shots and player info. I’m sure Evony did not make this game for massive powerful alliances to destroy people like this …. They have been doing this for months and now I’m bringing it to the makers of Evony to sort them out …. Evony game was fun, and i enjoyed it very much till this rouge player announced an alliance as KOS and tile hit us every time.
We cannot progress in game without gathering resources and exploring relics.
The player is the Queen with the biggest power in the server.
So many people from DNS alliance quit the game because of her mental issues.
Please do whatever you see fit for the game, especially in 1094.

Bullying
This game is the world's most horrible and disgusting game and should be completely shut off and never be allowed to ever be re-instated again. To make matter worse, the complaint board of this game is actually deleting the complaint that shows the reality of the game. There is a top player by the name King SirSilas who has been harassing me with mails non stop. He was forcing and threatening me to follow the rules LAID DOWN BY HIM! It was not the game rule but a set of rules made by him and he wanted me to follow them as if I am some slave of his. When I refused, he started threatening, attacked my alliance and all my alliance member. He did not even let me recover and attacked again. When I recovered after the second attack, he attacked again. Pretty much BULLYING and FORCING me to leave the game or follow his rules.
I am thoroughly disgusted of the game. I deleted it and asked my friends who were also getting harassed by this top paying players to do the same. I would NEVER recommend this game to anyone and if I find anyone playing it, tell them too about the fraud things they do. NO ACTION is against these players, there is no restrain on this TOP PAYING players behaviour and in fact they seem to encourage this behavior! I have suspicion that they are the staff or employee. This was the most horrid game experience I had and I will make sure anyone in my network who plays this game to bring awareness to them about the reality of this game.

This was the most awful experience i had playing a game! there is so much toxicity! a player named king sirsilas, who is also one of the top ranking player, has been continuously sending me mails to the point of harassment to follow rules that he has laid down and if not followed they are continuously attacking, bullying, threatening and forcing you to follow them! the worst of all, no action is being taken against this behavior! there is no way to block such players or file complaint against them! i feel they are most probably the employees or staff themselves or top paying players! this was such a disgusting way of treating a player who just want to enjoy the game! i am deleting the game as no action is being taken against this king sirsilas whose rules i am harassed and forced to be follow, and if i refuse they wre attacking again and again making it impossible to play the game. The rules that this player is laying down is not even the rules depicted in the game itself. It is a rule made by the player itself anf we are literally harassed to follow it? wtf is this? and there is no way ti stop this awful behaviour or take action against it!
i am absolutely disgusted by how the game is being managed. No actions are being taken against this top players who are treating other players like they are their slaves and are bound to follow them. Evony login issue
Upon opening the game to update my bubble I was prompted to “update” or “update later”. The screen then immediately changed to a message saying that I didn’t have enough data to update the game which was not true. By the time I reset the game to get around the error my bubble had dropped and I had been attacked resulting in loss of rss and troops as well as a ticked off clan.
Desired outcome: Email stating the legitimacy of the issue that I can share with the clan. Some type of compensation for loss.
