No package received after purchase
ID:[protected],I bought a package may 3rd and did not receive it. It was double down. I got niether. This is the 3rd time I know that this has happened in our alliance. I would please like to be reembursed for both packages missing. My r4 was threatening class action lawsuit earlier because I know this isn't the only time this has happened.

Over the past week or so, I have lost connection and have not been able to reconnect several times. Including right now. It isn't my internet as everything else is working fine. Nor is it my phone, all other apps start up fine.
Another, unrelated, thing: aren't the Fenrir's summoned from the fangs supposed to drop a Large and Small Speed Up chest when beaten? The last 3 or 4 of mine did not, they only dropped a Small.
Unable to connect to Evony
05/01/2022 At end of Server war game was not operating correctly. Monday morning 05/02/2022 logged in around 7:30 a.m central standard time and game was sluggish. Tried to log back in around 10:00 a.m. 05/02/2022 and game crashed at loading screen. It is now 2:15 P.M. CST and the problem still persists. I have tried the main techniques of clearing cache etc but no change. Please have this problem repaired as soon as possible. Valuable paying player here...

Trying to get into evony server. the app keeps saying is checking new updates. game just froze... we have checked our wi fi connection and it's working fine... No outage in the area according to Verizon... we can load and play other games - just not evony... if my Keep gets burned - I'm going to be pissed off ever so much and Evony can repay me gems and RSS to fully repair

I am 🌺Rebecca in server 406, and I was unable to log in on 4/23/22.. tried everything.. so I deleted the app and was going to reinstall and it does not appear in my iPhone app selections.. can you help me with this?. I have it connected to my Facebook. LoneRebel.. and password I sent earlier but no reply can you help! SVS coming and I’m sure my bubble has dropped and I’m wiped out already!

Hello, I am player king Ichiro from server 245 from the KKO Alliance. I can’t login due to the fact that I receive message that someone else is logged in my account. This never happened to me before. Iam playing on a I-pad , maybe this is the problem, since Apple is not having Evony on AppStore anymore. I don’t wanna delete game and reinstall again because it’s currently still not in App Store. Been playing this game for months and have gladly spent the money necessary to win. But the glitches and poor customer support have caused me take my hard earned cash elsewhere.
Problems began for me after getting my arsenal built. The arsenal cost tens of millions in resources to upgrade your troops. When I use the items necessary to upgrade my troops those items don’t register in the arsenal but disappear from my inventory. I then created an in game customer service ticket and three days later they respond asking for a screen shot. How the hell do you get a screen shot from activity that took place days earlier? Later during an attempted troop upgrade tens of thousands of multiple tiered siege machines disappeared from my inventory. And now my battle reports that show troops need healed, but when I go to the hospital to heal them no troops show up in the hospital to be healed but my total available troops is lowered according to the number of troops that are supposedly wounded.
Desired outcome: Resources retuned, siege machines returned, troops returned, or my money back.

I have been playing evony for a while, and have loved the experience, however for the past 2 days there has been a lot of racial and offensive comments in the world chat. I am not sure if these comments have been brought to the attention of Evony. Seeing comments like this make it bad for a lot of people and the community. I am not sure if there a reparations for this type of language or not. I do believe that even gaming platforms should be like Playstation and help stop comments like these from spreading. I will be attaching a couple of the screenshots to this complaint in hopes that something will be done.

Fix crashing game, stop exploiting us to buy rss.
Since few months ago I complained about the game crashing and till now the issue is not fixed.
With all the money Evony owners are getting on the game they cant hire competent serious developers to build a working and less buggy game.
1. How come you hire lazy incompetent developer and player get endure lots of loss of money, time wasting playing the game..?
Few weeks ago this same thing happened losing 20mil worth of troops and which disappeared from the hospital, bought rss and start all over again, and one dent get nice compensation for the damages caused.
2. It becoming obvious now that players are playing with some of the game developer ms and server admin disguised as player sabotaging peoples game so that players can be force to buy rss.. exploiting players ow I understand how people get bots and alts and till now the game admin cant remove them.
Not fair gaming experience st all.
Fix the game and stop exploring us rubbing us blind the economy is bas enough.
Fire all the lazy incompetent and corrupt game developers and admin you got. GIVE Us transparency and fair game.

They do not spend the money, nor effort finding skilled developers because it is a drug they know people get addicted to, and addicts will keep spending money they do not have, regardless of the quality of the product.

It is not that the Devs are actually in game sabotaging, it is that the game itself is designed to be an almost criminal money grab friend...
Yes, it is free to own, and play the game, but DON'T GET TOO SERIOUS, because as you get more and more advanced, the amount of resources needed to continue to advance becomes impossible, unless you are willing to spend THOUSANDS of dollars on buying from them.
You can play the game for fun, up until about level 25, then after that it becomes almost impossible to gather the hundreds of millions of resources needed to progress further.
Also, yes it is very buggy, and they do not pay for serious Devs, because the whole thing is just a cash grab, and why should they care really?
Quite possibly the most expensive game ever made truthfully. Actually costs more than buying a house, and a new car to reach the truly high power levels, and designed that way!

My username is TrojanKween and I am currently a player on the Evony server 990 . I am writing in regards to a General expiry in the Tavern in my main city . As I was spending gems in the Recruitment option of the Tavern I had come across a General that I have been trying to get since the very beginning of my server opening which is server 990 . I couldn’t believe my luck when I finally saw him there (General Ban Chao) waiting for me to buy after many times of pressing the refresh button using 50 gems per refresh it seemed my efforts had payed off . The general cost 60 million in gold which I did not have on hand to enable me to purchase him immediately , though when I looked at the timer I still had a few hours left before the automatic refresh would activate and he would be gone again . So I quickly went out to search for some packs of gold to purchase after spending 5-10 mins searching through the packs I decided to go back to the Tavern and have 1 final check before I made the purchase . To my dismay when I returned to the Tavern the general that I had spent so much time and effort trying to find was gone and my heart sank 😩😩😩
Is it possible for you guys to maybe put him back in my Tavern so that I may purchase him ?
I would be very greatful and appreciative if you could help me in any way to retrieve the General because it is what I have so painstakingly worked so hard for.
