Do not order from here! Order placed 11/24/23, charged immediately. Got an email 12/7/23 saying order shipped (priority shipping). Cannot get ahold of the company, USPS still says awaiting item (today is 12/19/23). Multiple attempts to contact company have gone unanswered except the first time I asked when I could expect it and they said it “seems it has been shipped”. Terrible company. I made the mistake of not reading their refund policy; there isn’t one. They don’t allow any cancellations or refunds. I placed an order on Black Friday, everything said it was in stock. It’s almost a month later and I asked for an update, and they said that over half my order is not in stock and “wont be restocked anytime soon”. Now they say I can’t get a refund and must get a store credit. Now I have to deal with their awful service again if I want my moneys worth. Don’t order from them… Also, in the photo I included, they somehow managed to put my name at the end of their email. Just please don’t order from them.

Total scam with no order cancelation or refund
This company is total scam and has a horrible customer service. Placed a big order of 19 items on Sunday as party favors for my daughter's birthday. Though it states on the evry website that their order fulfilment and shipping us "fast" and is fulfilled withing 24-48hrs, three days later I still dont have my tracking info.
I tried to contact the company through multiple channels and eventually they responded by email that they cant help and cant guarantee my order will arrive in time for my daughter's party. I asked then to cancel this order (it hasnt been fulfilled or shipped out yet) and they said they dont do refunds. I checked the website again and again. Where does it say there are no cancelations or refunds or exchanges? Where? You shall put it in BOLD on your main page! So clients will not get deceived by you...Scam and crap...
Now I have no party favors, no ETA, and they charged my card even before shipping the items out. What am I supposed to do with 19 items after the party is done already? And after I will spend more money on buying substitute party favors.
The customer service was rude and not willing to help at all.

This is a company that I have ordered from before and did not have problems with, however my most recent order has left me deciding to never purchase from the company again. I ordered from this company before their Black Friday promotion and they were offering 2-3 business day priority shipping if you spent more than $50. When I contacted them, I was told that I ordered a customized item and that would take 4-6 weeks to get to the warehouse. They replied and said they had made a mistake and that it was experiencing "normal delays". I asked again if the items had been shipped because if not then I would like to cancel as they were not going to be here in time for my friend's birthday now so I would have to get her a different gift. Placed an order on Nov 28. On Dec 23 nothing has arrived. Yes, personalized item included-its been one month! The item shipped Dec 15. No tracking a available. No expected delivery. Every asked me to contact the delivery service-their number is unassigned. No way of contacting the delivery company. Absolute joke. $120 later and no product! Very disappointed and will be filing a formal complaint.

Customer service has not even attempted to find a solution all they say is "The package has been shipped there is nothing we can do". It is very frustrating to see they don't care at all about the customer experience, I would not recommend buying here because they will not help if an inconvenience occurs, however, I cannot speak for the quality of the products since I never got my package.

On a college student paycheck, $40 is not sustainable or affordable. I explained that I accidentally ordered this item and that I want to cancel the order but apparently as soon as it's in their system, there's nothing to be done. There is a simple solution. Just don't process the order once the request for a cancellation is fulfilled. They offered me a 60% off coupon, but I do not want to receive this item and I want my $40 back. I find it hard to believe that there is absolutely nothing to be done about an order cancellation or a full refund. This process has been exhausting and annoying. If I were to ever PURPOSEFULLY order from this company, I would not.

On the 5th of December 2023 I placed an order worth €28 and then again another order on the 17th of December 2023 worth €23. I still have not received either order even though I have emailed them about 20 times asking about my packages. Every single email I send them I received an automated response and then I never hear from them again. One or two of the emails claimed my address was invalid so I checked and it wasn’t and I also resent them my address 3 times. I’ve received no help from the customer service and it’s extremely unfair as I’ve wasted a lot of money on these packages I’ve never received. I don’t know what to do but I need a solution.

Hi, I have ordered several items that appeared available on your site and, as they have not been shipped after 10 days I tried to check to see what was going on using your chat. Firstly, my order doesn't seems to be associated to my email but if I put the order number the email appears. Items never shipped/NO communication from them
They generated the label, therefore a tracking number exists, but they never shipped. I contacted the shipping company who agrees that they never received it from Evry Jewels. They may not have even packed it yet. The policy of providing "shipping confirmation" without actually shipping is a frustrating practice among businesses. But what is far more egregious is the blatant refusal to reply to me. I finally got an supposed live agent on the online chat, but they ghosted me once I described the problem. I believe my package is lost. I have tried contacting Evry Jewels Support via email about my order but have not heard back from them.
They say to give them 5 business days yet this has passed with no reply. My order hasn’t moved from the same location on the 27th November till now and I need to know where it is and when it will arrive because I will be leaving the address used for delivery soon. I have contacted both Royal Mail and Canada Post and they are advising me to contact the seller for additional information on my parcel’s whereabouts.
Seeing as no one knows where my parcel is as of now, I would like compensation for my parcel.

I placed an order on November 18th 2023 and I received an email saying that my order was shipped with the tracking number on November 19th 2023. When I try tracking the order it says it’s not even shipped out. The order page on the website says it’s been fulfilled. I’ve been trying to contact them for the past two week and all I get is an automated response. I am very disappointed with the brand and their customer service. If this reaches the brand I request you to either deliver my order or refund it. (Order #A1311661)

I have been trying to contact them for two weeks in vain because when I look up my order it says it has shipped but when I look on the shipping number I was provided theres nothing it says they havent received the package yet. I have been trying to contact them regarding this issue but nothing, all I get is automatic replies to my emails or messages.

I placed an order of two jewellery boxes and on the app it placed twice! £60 were taken and i contacted them immediately under twenty seconds to cancel just one of the orders! And they didnt even cancel the order so apparently they managed to get a order wrapped up in twenty seconds! Never will I ever buy from this company ever again! This is pathetic !

Not shipping my order but still charging me for it
I ordered from evry jewels August 28th and i got my (order number A979606) confirmation email. they said they were getting my order ready to go and would send an email once it ships. they charged my account $56.77. after that they never sent me an email about shipping it and it still says order processed. on the app i checked and it say “paid” but also “unfulfilled” i’ve waited almost 3 weeks and they still haven’t shipped my order. i tried emailing them 3 times. the first they never answered, the second they answered but obviously didn’t read it because they just asked “what is the problem?” when i clearly stated it. my last email i restated my problem and they still haven’t answered.
Desired outcome: Money back or to ship my order

2. Mystery bundles purchased, were not a bundle, just randon items all packed together.

5. SLA's provided of 3 days, they have not met.

7. $185 for about $25 worth of junk

My order was delivered to the wrong address
My order # A885942 was delivered to the wrong address and I've emailed the company twice to ask if a replacement order is going to be sent to the correct address or if a refund will be issued. I've gotten NO response!
My address was clearly listed correctly on my order, 11 Woodland Blvd, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567, but the order was sent to 11 Woodland Ave, Cortland, NY 13045. This is an error on Evry Jewel's behalf, not mine and I think it's rude and inconsiderate to not fix the situation. I'm not going to be out my money and not receive my order!
Desired outcome: I either want a replacement order sent OR a refund!

I can understand if the package takes a week or two or even three. but don't appreciate being given false information. Says 3-5 days.
