Do not ever call me shady.
I chatted with the rep. i asked about pricing i thought we were good. then he says click on the link to start everything I said OK I than told the clown it was not working he argued yes, it is. I said no it isn't. he said I'll send it to email I clicked the link there to it was not working either he then said I the author was shady. I gladly replied [censored] off and informed them I would be posting this review. Another thing I wanted to mention, was that he wanted me to use my visa card to pay for something I had no clue about since I wasn't able to get any link to work. And this guy is calling me shady, people if your publisher ever does anything like this to you, just [censored]ing run away and find a nice company, that will take care of. I have many that are nice to deal with.

I hired them to help complete and publish my book and they have not done so. I was told my Book would be published and on the market to buy on June 5, 2023, and it was not made available for purchase. I was also told that the 50 books that I purchased from them would be ready and sent to me no later than June 12, 2023, and I was informed that they would not be. They have been paid in full on both parts and have not completed their part of the deal. I have contacted them and have gotten no response. I contacted them through email, phone calls, and text messaging on June 5. I talked to two people on June 5 and got a runaround. I haven't gotten anything but a runaround and dead-end roads with these people. I expect them to finish my book, give me a written apology, and I expect something in return for all the nonsense that they have put me through. This is not good business. I would not recommend them to anyone, no way, no how, no fasten! My book should be up and on shelves, and for the 50 purchases, and it is not done to the agreed date, and they need to keep their end of the contract!
