Received and itinerary for a trip we were looking at to Morocco. It had hotel and flight times. Did NOT have the name of airlines - I requested these twice. After several questions I paid $8,000 for a deluxe trip. Then I received the itinerary - flights had changed to over an 8 hour layover and only then did it have Airline names - Jet Blue - I emailed sales agent several times - no response. Called customer service and waited over 45 minutes to speak with agent who could not help me but would escalate the issued. This happened the few times that I was able to get thru. Customer service is abysmal and the outright lied about flight times and I would never book thru Jet Blue. Cheap - have to pay for seat assignment - and this was a deluxe trip - would NEVER BOOK THRU THEM AGAIN. Jet Blue was so late taking off we would never have made our connection. DO NOT USE THEM!
