I had the misfortune to deal with Michael Anderson - is this guy for real?. And David Parker just plain broke his promise to oversea my transactions personally.

Then your colleagues lie and say you cannot withdraw less than £100, and then tell me you can.
In my view you clearly operate a system to delay/defer withdrawals as long as possible. I'm going to let my CySec complaint run and see where it goes. I believe you are an unscrupulous lot and need reporting.

stay away. this is just a scam. easy to deposit, impossible to get your money back. Anyone knows that it is easy to make a payout. File a complaint at http://www.cysec.gov.cy/complaints_cifs_regulated_en.aspx and at your credit card company. companys like this must be stopped

EZTrader is absolute scam!

Don't open any accounts with them, you will never see your money again!

As other users said before, they are just trying to delay everything till you give up!

I work in the market research and tested EZTrader to report if it's consumer friendly. The result is the stories you can read on this Forum: pure SCAM!

We totally agree that EZ Trader is a scam. They have repeatedly lied, still not returned our money (over 5 months now), lost money we invested, and continue to lie. We are currently filing complaints with the BBB, State Department, the Ministry of Commerce in Cyprus, and also filling out scam reports online.
Anyone interested in a class action lawsuit against the individuals (not necessarily the company as it is located outside the USA) responsible for stealing our money? Chris Marlin, Michael Anderson, David Campbell, etc?

We totally agree that EZ Trader is a scam. We still have not received a refund after repeated requests over five months. Since they are located outside the USA is anyone interested in a class action lawsuit against the individuals who have lied to us and stolen our money? like Michael Anderson, Chris Marlin, David Campbell, etc.? We are currently filing complaints with the BBB and the US Attorney General. We are also filing fraud reports with different online agencies and I am trying to contact the Cyprus Department of Commerce.

Everyone file a complaint with EConsumer.gov. concerning EZTrader and their scams. EConsumer is the international version of the BB and shares information with overseas countries about scams. Doesn't mean you'll get your money back but it might help to slow them down.

Please post your details here and I assure you we can solve everything. There is no real reason for EZTrader to delay the withdrawals since we are going to pay anyway and the delay only hurts the brand's name. Trust me, let’s work together.

Thanks for reporting on this company.

I was about to deposit my hard earned savings but by an act of God, my bank stopped payment. They usually carry out all my transactions. Five minutes later, my bank calls(Automaton) to ask if I attempted such transaction as it triggered a fraud alert. I decided to investigate further and behold, I arrived here to read such horrendous stories.

I have been waiting 6 days now for a withdrawal request to be processed. I have contacted EZT twice to enquire why it is taking so long, however, no reply on both occasions, and still no payment made to my card. Not really behaviour or service one would associate with a reputable company. I certainly would NOT recommend dealings with them what-so-ever. It may not be a scam but the way they treat you once they have your money suggests that it's running pretty close to one.

I recently joined them and then saw the reviews a bit late but do recognize it as a scam. One thing I noticed about a trade which was supposed to stop at 8:00am would have given be a win but the time continued onto 8:05am to try and make it a loss fortunately it won. I see them delaying the finish of the trade and manipulating the trade price. Its obvious I will lose my money but I might as well continue until its gone. Does anyone have experience of when you lose your money with them trying to get you to invest more this would be interesting and how do we close out the account.

EZTrader would never delay trades, this kind of manipulation is illegal. Few seconds delay in the quotation might happen in a really rare occasion of some small assets, but 5 minutes? Can't be.

All account manager names are fake, they operate against the cysec regulation, sales people will call after you register and are given resistance training to make you deposit by promising you the world, bonuses are a scam and way of holding your money within the company and even as a way of stealing your money which they defend as being part of their terms and conditions, if you try to withdraw they will stall you whilst looking for a way to deduct all the money from your account so you can not withdraw, they fix the prices so that the house always wins and disable trades under a guise of too many traders trading the option, if you are offered an experienced broker they will lose all of your money on purpose to force you to deposit more by saying it was a bad period in the market a lot of my traders lost, if you do not want to deposit money the senior brokers will ignore you and will provide excuses like im on the trading floor or on vacation when they are not they simply have no interest in you because they have milked you dry

If you want to be ripped off deposit money with them if you dont then stay far away from this company they lie cheat and steal from their customers and do so under a guise of regulation with CySec and the terms and conditions

It is a scam! I was told by one their of their staff to deposit £500 and will get £150 as a welcome pack. She never told me about not gonna be able to withdraw it out. My question is, how do you guys sleep at night knowing that you con people just to earn a living. It only God will and can judge this whole situation Cause I find it pathetic!

This company is terrible when it comes to withdrawing your money! I got PROMISED it would be back in my account last week, and when I tried phoning this morning I got through to the same guy, Michael Anderson, who just hung up the phone after I complained about him! All I want is my money back! This is just a shambles company and I have now lost £200! Not one person is willing to help you! I am now posting a formal complaint to CySEC as this is unacceptable!

"You may withdraw your balance at any time, however, if the trading volume required for meeting the bonus entitlement has not been reached then the bonus amount would be deducted from your account balance and the remaining available balance would be free to be withdrawn. I have just been cheated by this company out of £940. They have closed my account because i didnt make the wagering requirments. Before it closed i contacted the support who confirmed i had two days remaining but they closed the account that night. Therefore their mistake has cost me £940. If i had known i only had one day i would have carried out the required wagering that night.
Of course now no one will answer my calls or texts.

I have removed my previous post as the problems have been resolved by EZ trader & Michael Anderson.

It appears i cant delete my post about EZtrader so could i ask a moderator to delete the post made on the 6th of August. I'm happy that EZtrader have resolved my issues..

Beginning of June I asked to close my account and to withdrew the EUR 1900 .
I spoke to Jordan Hunter from EZ told me that this will take about 5 days.
After several phone calls and a lot of emails I got EUR 500 on my card the beginning of July.
The remaining EUR 1400 is disappeared. If I call Jordan Hunter, who was an excellent pupil at media training. He only repeats and repeats one sentence " the financial department has to follow the regulations" . My questions "tell my about the regulations", answer "legal regulations". If I loose my temper has that will not help. If makes me furious. If you stole the EUR 1400, just say so, than I can decide what to do next.
Later I found two employees of EZTtraders on fora. Mr Rick Paterson and Mr Peter Jansen. The reacted immediately on my emails and were very helpful and friendly, but until now 11th august 2014 now no sign or answer from their financial department.
I suggest dear fellow victims that we should legal steps and put some financial journalists on the case.

but eztrader is a scam well organize company.
First they offer you bonus promise of training section
and are they are not even able to stick to this empty promise.
What it piss me off is that them platform is set to give you really
slide chance to win. When you wait and finally the share reach the top or the bottom price of the day and you try
put the trade in them platform will never aloud you to perform the transaction.
Say technical issue try again and will never go to happen until price go back down or go back up.
When they have high risk to loose they don't take the bet.
You can be knowledge of all the risk analyses you won't just don't work. You can only bet when they won't.
Now instead to talk let's go all together and file a class action against them and complain with all proper financial authority.
And check if we or them are right.
About have fund back in yours own bank account this is another story.
If you are smart enough don't have them system robe them all still they won't them all.
The twisted procedure they have in place will stop you.
Always new documents need it new fax to send new missing document to file and still no money.

Joined through a scam that option navigator on Eztrader. Do not leave this article in the hope to happen again twice the same victim reported that the contents of the video advertising option navigator in mind. We have been linked with the 14 eztrading Option navigator site as having a signal-to-noise in advertising openly trading bot crosswords are belong to Eztrader Option navigator. Toppling blow to 0 $ for all 13 results. An attempt was made to recover the remaining money will come in the next day to contact Eztrading strangely. "I'll give you a couple of times a day will siganls a huge bonus and deposit 24 times" asking for more money. Here is another of my snaps. But I care. I felt they continue to postpone postpone the withdrawal itself needs to be asking to withdraw my money manager has just lost all again in four trading with a minimum amount though.We chat interchangeable the manager in charge of six hours today. When you ask for copies of the recorded conversations they contravene the freedom of information act and refuse to produce them. Make sure you complain to Cysec, they are supposed to govern them.

This is what happened to me, please don’t fall or it. Put Eztrader
into a search engine and read the horror stories – there’s alot!
EZTrader Scam:
1. You will be taken in by advertisements and fake endorsements and choose to check out the service.
2. You will then be contacted by an EZTrader representative who will push their bonus option.
3. You will not be given chance to read their terms and conditions before making a deposit.
4. With the promise that you can “just give it a try” using the bonus, you begin to trade.
5. You will (probably, as i did) have a number of problems with the website and decide it’s not for you.
6. You will then ask to withdraw your remaining funds.
7. You will be told to prove your identity by emailing scanned documents/ID before withdrawing.
8. You will still not be able to withdraw and will now be asked to remove the bonus before you withdraw.
9. You attempt to withdraw the bonus but all communication breaks down, no replies to emails and no answer to phone calls.
10. They will stall until you’re over the 90 days.
11. Then empty your account of the bonus as well as your remaining funds.
12. They will then quote terms that you were not given time to read.
They have a number of clauses in their t&cs that allow them to steal your money!

First of all, what do you mean by “You will not be given chance to read the T&C”? There are plenty of chances to read the T&C before doing anything with the platform. The fact that you chose not to read it, doesn't make EZTrader a scam. Second, our bonus policy is one the fairest in the binary options market. Look at other brokers – You have to trade with much more volume and they give you less time. Third, we have verify all the necessary documents in order to be in compliance with the regulation and the anti-money laundering laws.

Everybody who has been tricked by EZTrader's (or initially OptioNavigator) dishonesty, please join us.
Together we stand up against this vicious Dragon! The first message here is from 2011, today it's October 20th so we can safely say that they have stolen huge amounts of money so far. Besides they "operate" all over the Globe! They're in business since 2008, so go figure.

Yesterday I found out they spend ONLY on domain names a staggering US$4, 872, 480 as of 2013!
That's also why you find so many FAKE sales sites/reviews/blogs/vids etc. etc. Those got me fooled as well, you are NOT alone in this and although we might kick ourselves we got scammed so brutally: THEY are the ones responsible and to blame for!
Their marketing strategies coped with a bunch of people out there to trick as many as they can, is a recipe for disaster. Besides all their system manipulations, bonus trick and other illegal practices.

I dont have a problem at all with this platform, they have a good education centre and a good support in my language.
Also didn't have a problem with stockpair, some people here dont read the terms and cods i think.

I really disappointed which till dated still unable to closed my account. All documents requested already submitted, asking from the service chatline all going round the bush. My amount is onli $2200 to be credited back to my credit card. such amount still unable to credit back. Asking for deposit to the account take less than 10 min, yet withdraw take weeks still pend for the return... Sad...
