I have been scam by eztrader.com that if I deposit $2, 500.00 to my account. Eztraders will give me bonus of $1, 250. The total fund I have is $3, 750.00. One of their eztrader manager told me that I can withdraw the fund at any time after I made two weeks initial trade with them. After two weekstrade with eztraders.com, I lose $1, 000.00. I am still have about $2, 750.00. Now I try to withdraw the fund, but they not allow to draw the fund according to what they have said. One of the manager told me that I can not get out or make any withdraw until I have $37, 500.00 in my account. Now I can not withdraw the money and I lose all the my money in there. This is a lying and scamming to the general public. Please do not do business with eztraders. If you have any question, feel free to email me at anytime tome at: [protected]@yahoo.com. I will explain more to you. Thanks.

It is very danger when you give them all your personal information. Professional scam is much easier and most dangerous in Europe and Middle East people. Be careful. THanks.

Hi Thomas,
There is no scam, I think it's just matter of misunderstanding the bonus policy. Please contact me: rick@eztrader.com and we'll clear the issue.

Note that EZTRADER is the same as EZINVEST.com Same people, different name.
http://www.ezinvest.com/ - They are also BIG TIME thieves. I am working at getting my money back . They have never traded for me but they claimed that my money was lost.
TO anyone who has a complaint about these people report to CYSEC. I have a pending case there. This is the regulatory body. I am not sure how effective it is. Avoid EZTRADER !

AVOID http://www.ezinvest.com/

I just want to know how they are getting away with stealing peoples money from under their noses when they are apparently regulated by CySec under their holding company WGM Services Ltd. What is the point in a regulating body that is not taking any action?!

This is a real scam company. They sell all customer information to PARTNERS these are NON regulated partners. And they won't stop calling you. If they BLOCK your deposit, even if you have a bonus:

If you already invested in them. DONT get a BONUS.
If you already have a bonus. WITHDRAW your WHOLE deposit.

If they block your deposit because of the bonus.

GO TO CySEC and report it.
url: http://www.cysec.gov.cy/en-GB/complaints/cifs/

Read the CySec regulations:

"Any restrictions on the withdrawal of clients’ funds are not in compliance with the provision s of the Investment Services
and Activities and Regulated Markets Law, as in force (“the Law”) and the Commission’s Directive DI144-2007-01 of 2012 for the authorisation and operating conditions of CIFs (“the Directive”).

Furthermore, prompting clients to conduct trades with a view to achieving a specified trading volume and then be entitled to withdraw their deposits are not accepted as fair and good practice towards clients. "

EZtrader is simply a SCAM.

When they give you a bonus on the phone they never tell you that you need to trade 20.30 or 40 times the amount of bonus you get.
The goal of the BONUS is locking your money. That is trickery. Afterwards when you want to withdraw they tell the whole story.

And when you say no one ever told me that. They say its in the T&C.

Well Mr. Rick how is it possible that when you give out the bonus none of the requirements are told to the customer? Is this a legal practice?
I can assure you it is NOT. When you sign a contract you know what's in the contract. But YOUR EZtrader employee's HIDE the TRUTH so that the customer is not aware of the whole situation. Because of that everyone who is treated like that should get a FULL REFUND of the total of their deposited amount of money. But they keep saying it's in the T&C. Well than you should have told the customer on the phone or by email BEFORE offering a bonus what the REQUIREMENTS are. NOT afterwards when they try to withdraw!

Furthermore, prompting clients to conduct trades with a view to achieving a specified trading volume and then be entitled to withdraw their deposits are not accepted as fair and
good practice towards clients.

There is even more read: CI144-2014-02 and C065

"Examples of conditions/practices that do not seem to be consistent with the spirit and the letter of the above provisions, which are not exhaustive, are:
i.
No explanation, or insufficient explanation of the conditions of a trading benefit granted to a client in a clear and understandable way.

It has been observed that the trading benefit conditions are not explained, or are not sufficiently explained, to the client in a clear and
understandable way.
Before the granting of a trading benefit, the CIF must explain to the client, in a clear and understandable way, the trading benefit conditions, using, inter alia, simple examples, so that the client is able to make investment decisions based on accurate and adequate
information. Emphasis should be given to the fact whether the trading benefit and the profits generated using the trading benefit
may be withdrawn, or not, upon the fulfilment of the conditions."

"3 It is provided that all profits and losses generated using clients’ funds are allocated to clients and in no case, the CIF may keep the profits."

Yes EXACTLY:

Before the granting of a trading benefit, the CIF must explain to the client, in a clear and understandable way, the trading benefit conditions, using, inter alia, simple examples, so that the client is able to make investment decisions based on accurate and adequate
information. Emphasis should be given to the fact whether the trading benefit and the profits generated using the trading benefit
may be withdrawn, or not, upon the fulfilment of the conditions."

All they Wendy Feringa and the legal department say is: "You have accepted our T&C when you deposited money" or "We have a link to our T&C on our website"

I have repeatedly told her YOU NEED TO EXPLAIN THE CONDITIONS REGARDING THE BONUS.
But she still won't get it.

How is linking to the T&C or offering a bonus on the phone without telling anything about the requirements of the bonus in compliance with:

"..the CIF must explain to the client, in a clear and understandable way, the trading benefit conditions, using, inter alia, simple examples, so that the client is able to make investment decisions based on accurate and adequate
information"

So if this happened to you as well: Go to CySEC and file a complaint.
url: http://www.cysec.gov.cy/en-GB/complaints/cifs/

BE AWARE EZtrader gives your personal information to their PARTNERS (from Israel). They will call you and tell you great stories about how they will HELP you with trading. After that, they will persuade you in opening an account at some broker. A non regulated broker. After a while it will get blacklisted and they will shutdown the broker website. And you will lose all your money!

Where does the money go to? ? ? EZtrader!
This company ruins the lives of so many people.

But their own Web team is very active and they try to neutralize the complaints by posting fake reviews opening fake review websites.
And doing damage control.

Hello Juno,
Any EZTrader user needs to approve our Terms and Conditions at least once (usually twice) before even starting to trade. The first time, when opening an account with EZTrader, you are prompted to review our Terms & Conditions and are asked whether or not you agree to the said terms. The second time, EZTrader prompts our traders, YET AGAIN, to review our Terms and Conditions before making any deposit. If you have not approved our Terms and Conditions, you cannot trade with EZTrader.
If you had not reviewed our Terms and Conditions, even after being prompted TWICE to do so, that is not the responsibility of EZTrader.
All of our Terms and Conditions, Risk Disclosure and General Information about the nature of trading binary options are ALL readily available on our site. We are in strict compliance with all of CySEC’s regulations as all procedures practiced by EZTrader are clearly written out for all of our users and remain on the site as a point of reference.
With regard to the bonus, you do not HAVE to take the bonus and even if you did decide to take it, you can forfeit it at any point, as is clearly stated in our T&C.
Lastly, EZTrader is a regulated broker. Using a regulated broker means that your funds are protected, and transactions are overseen by a 3rd party. Your personal information is NEVER disclosed or shared.

If you have any further questions or comments, please feel free to reach me at my e-mail rick@eztrader.com

To be honest I only put £200 in my account, just to see how it went as I haven't tried this before. But it was still money hard come by and I could have done without losing.
You get roped in as to how easy it is to make these trades and make a big profit but in reality it isn't so. I wasn't looking to be greedy and make thousands, just a little extra income would have been nice.
It all started off great, and then it went down hill and I ended up with nothing. The amount you bid on changes so rapidly, that even when I placed my trade it would actually change significantly in the seconds I pressed the trade button. Which would totally alter the outcome.
I also found a couple of 'trades' which on the 'open/closed' trades area, as I was waiting the last few minutes checking the outcome, it finished on 'expired time 00' with me on 'green' and expecting a payout as shown, but then after a few minutes nothing showed up in my account, and on reloading page it came up that I had lost the trade?! Again in those final seconds no doubt, but I couldn't understand how it had showed green while I was still waiting the final seconds down to zero and I was due for a payout, only to not have it payed out as it had changed !
Good that I had only tried this out with a small amount of money as it is easy to get carried away when you are making money, only to lose it all later. I tried to trade carefully with small amounts of money, but still lost it all in the end. Trad carefully, it's not as easy as it's made out to be.

Warning, all of the above are true, EZTrader are scam artists, I would use different tone but it's forbidding on here., they make you believe that they support you, when you deposit £2000 they give you a bonus of £1000, almost immiatly they deposit 2x £500 deposit on a long shot months away and then yell you can not withdraw because of you so called bonus.
When all is lost and you begin trading on your own the system they use is always on their side, their is a delay on placing your option and there is always 5 pips in their favour, never never never give these thieving second rolls your money. As a last grow of the dice they stole £450 from my account and said it was fees.

Contact me on Roi38@hotmail.com if you need any more advise or help.

I was scammed too they had an account manager called Paul and he told me he is well good at being a broker around 90% sure trade to put on this Strike for 30th November 2015 expiration back then it was Summer of 2015.

Then a few months later he gets sacked I hardly get any personal account manager even though they promised me to teach me and help me make money, i only had very few sessions and they weren't informative only lazy tutorials on hey check this website out and do this and that, after 1 phone session they stopped replying to me and no more contact. Then I was given a new account manager called Alexander he told me he was taking over all of Paul's accounts, had a couple sessions with him only again lazy rush tutorials to get only 30 minutes x2 can't remember as it was skype text mostly and 3 skype text sessions.

Again vague explanations and rushed. He told me that he wouldn't recommend that I do the long term trade that Paul pretty much sold me with his fancy advertising, and that he shouldn't have done that and because he did that to other people as well they told me he got sacked. I'm like wtf what about the money £1000 you practically stole from me, its not my fault your employees lying to me to get me to give them more money.

The moment I told them I didn't have any more money they stopped contacting me in email. I was promised account manager and bonus pay Alex said let me know my managers said I can give you money, if you want me to give you more money, and I said sure and he stopped replying to me. If anything I want my money back now! I'm in the process of getting some Greek police on their case.

https://www.eztrader.com is a scam they use your money and enjoy the sun in Cyprus at the beach and whatever else. I still remember how my new account manager tempted me by saying of course I can make £1000 a month. They never bothered to teach me properly when I was sick or had to go out I couldn't get to them and when I can they blow me off because I can't give them any more money for them to help me. Even though I paid for account manager that's not supposed to teach me properly and even slide me tips to win trades is what they said. I lost £1000 for now but I'll get my justice just you wait!

Agree with everyone about eztrader, put in £2.5k got back, eventually £800, lost £1700. As someone said they put some large long distant bets on for me which both failed. I followed there instructions on how to place bets (or whatever you call it) first few won, then the rest lost. Can't believe i was so stupid but hey you live and learn. Still get calls from other trading companies who all say 'eztrader are crap come to us and we will see you right'. Yeah, I'm sure you will...

Based on my personal experience EZTrader is a SCAM.
You can not expect to make a withdrawal onece you have made a deposit or profit. What the others write is true -hey start postponing with all possible lame excuses and explanations.
In my case as I kept insisting, in the end they closed my account some days ago! The reason – their server has suposedly given me wrong quotes! Can you believe that a company whose busines is to give you quotes will have a problematic server and will make wrong over 900 quotes. The worst part is I can not clame the EURO 1802 that I had as a withdrawable balance on my accout before they closed it.
DO NOT BE MISTAKEN TO EVER TRADE WITH THEM!

Hi good morning Rick,
I registered for an account starting with USD$200 yesterday night and received a call from Mr Gilbert Ash to top up to USD$3000 with promises that there will be bonuses that will double to total value of USD$6000 and assured that if no loss/investment made, I will be able to get back my investment funds in full. Right now, I have not been assigned any trading executives and none of your people can be contacted. As such, I am losing faith in your trading company and hope you will be able to make a full refund for my investment funds minus off your bonus which was not given to me at all yet. Thanks

Dear Sir/Mdm,

On 16 Feb midnight, I came across your online trading website, www.eztrader.com through www.yahoo.com.sg . I registered an account with an initial amount of USD$200 but was prompted to upgrade account to USD$1000 (top up of $800). Subsequently I received a call from an investment account manager Gilbert Ash almost immediately and was told that to have guidance from an investment trading executive, I need to top up an additional of USD$2000 and that I will also enjoy an investment bonus of another additional of USD3000 funds totally USD$6000. However out of which my investment funds USD$3000 can be withdrawn with/without any obligations. The bonus cannot be withdrawn. Then I was further encouraged to make another USD$5000 top up to enjoy mobile updates in real time crisis situation around the world. I was not comfortable with the top up this time round and told him that I was not prepared to fork out so much money. He also told me to refresh my browser and that I can see I will have USD$6000 in my accounts which I did. He then told me to provide him some documents, a copy of my identity card, a bill statement as proof of my residence and also front and back copy of my credit card which I did immediately but there were no replies thereafter as I was told a fund manager will contact me shortly.

After providing the relevant documents online, I logged in again but this time I can only see there is USD$3000 left in my account. I tried to contact the guy but to no avail. I went online and found many complaints against Eztrader. I will want to remain neutral but hope that since there are no transaction made in any trades yet, as per agreement with Gilbert Ash that I will be able to withdraw back my investment funds in full.

Then I called my bank to try to stop the transaction but was told the transaction has already been approved and that the only the merchant can refund the full amount back since no services/products have been rendered yet else I will need to submit a dispute form which will put the bank through some investigation over Eztrader.

On 17 Feb morning, I consulted my bank and they told me to contact the merchant, Eztrader which I have been unable to contact anyone up to now and there are no method for me to withdraw the amount that I have invested which I have been told initially that I can withdraw in full/partial even if I decided to stop investing. Kindly please advise since the whole episode only happen last night and hope that out of good faith, there will be no unhappiness or dispute over what has been discussed and agreed between Mr Gilbert Ash and myself. Thank you so much.

I invested working funds to trade using the Ultimate4trading bot but subsequently after trading I realised I had been scammed. I established that the system will block a realy good trade request by either resetting the page and converting a put to a call or call to a put when the page reloads. or it presents a message "Transaction Failed, Try Again" And you try again and again.

I eventually complained to EZTrader on 18 March 2016 and requested the return of the balance of my funds in my account. Now after almost a month I am still waiting. EZTrader has closed my account with them, preventing me logging in to monitor my funds balance and transfer which I suspect will never happen.

My advice is to keep away from this company.

EZTrader is by no means a scam. They are sponsors of many big football teams which you can check out and they are one of the oldest companies out there. Their staff and support have a lot of experience and even though there are sometimes delays for answers to queries, they provide a very professional trading platform. The risks involved are all very clear and I think people are just using fabricated excuses to justify their disappointment.

I have gone through various brokers, most are not great but among the few that are OK I found EZTrader and two others that are far better than the rest. There are the usual concerns, for example queries taking time to be answered and a delayed withdrawal on occasion, but there are brokers with an enormous amount of clients and I have come to understand this. Deposits, withdrawals and issues are all attended to even if every so often it takes longer than anticipated. I recommend using EZTrader.

I saw that EZTrader has been around for a long time so I went with them and haven’t looked back since. They know what they’re doing and you know you are working with a professional broker. Sometimes there are issues but this is normal. All companies have issues sometime along the line but this hasn’t affected their efficiency. I’m glad I joined them and recommend other to do the same.

If you are trading to make quick money then don’t trade, it’s very unlikely to happen unless you are extremely lucky. Binary trading is not based on luck, you need to follow trends and the news. The problem is that people want think that in order to make money you need to make massive profits each day, that’s not entirely correct.

There are so many negative reviews about platforms that I don’t know which info is reliable. Seems to be that a lot of brokers are competing with one another. Just go with your gut when choosing a platform, there are lots of good ones. Also, make sure they are regulated as EZTrader is. So far, so good with EZTrader.

People accuse EZTrader of being a scam when it’s obviously not. Read up on it. They have been around longer than most platforms and have sponsorship deals with major football teams. This could not be done without regulation and it shows what a good reputation the company has.

If you’re searching for a platform to trade on efficiently, you’ve no doubt stumbled upon a whole bunch of them. Although acclaim doesn’t need to be the main factor when choosing a broker, it still is an important one that will affect your future trading. EZTrader’s platform has received plenty of acclaim and has maintained its reputation for a number of years now. While acclaimed, the platform is made for all traders, new and experienced, and is very easy to use. I have been trading for a long time now and had many brokers before this one and I would definitely recommend EZTrader even as an additional broker if you already have one.

Even though it’s hard to find a reliable broker nowadays, it doesn’t mean that there aren’t any, even if it only is a small percentage. EZTrader is a reliable broker. I’m sure there are more reliable brokers out there like this one, just make sure you know who they are and know they can be trusted. Read all the info on their sites before depositing.
